We took out a loan through a bank that was set up through exterior custom solutions. When the money was deposited into our account, they wanted payment IN FULL. We were not comfortable with that since the windows were not going to be installed for a few weeks. When we brought this to their attention, they told us we had to pay since it was not our money. When we asked for a receipt, and the woman on the phone was not sure if they were able to do that since it was not our money. I was told to call back to talk to the owner of the business about it. We did get a receipt. We ended up paying in full. We were told we would get a call in a week to set up an installation date. We never received a call, so we called them. They then told us they would not set up a date until our windows were in. When the windows came in we set up a date to have them installed right away. Justin and Josh, the installation guys, were awesome. They were very professional and kind. When the windows were finished, they gave me an Angie's List review to fill out. I filled it out with negative reviews because of our experience with the office people. When the sales guy, Brandon, saw the review I had left he called to talk to me. He did nothing but get an attitude and yell at me. He told me that it was not our money, just as a car loan is not our money, and a home loan is not our money, it is the businesses. That is obviously different, because you would get the car or move into the house right away. The conversation did not end well. I have been checking Angie's List, and they never posted our review. We were also supposed to get a $100 gift card the day the windows were finished, and we are still waiting to get it along with our warranty (they claim it is in the mail). Do not trust this company!

Started their work. Did a perfect job on the window. Trim, caulking & placing windows back into place. Both men worked with accuracy and with professionalism. Well done.

Installers were on time, kind, friendly, not too. Professional, cleaned up all mess, even mess they didn't make, and fixed the carpet where it met the new door. Also, smelled burning and found a coat that hat a sleeve burning in fireplace.

From the salesman to the installers, everyone was on time,friendly, and competent.They cleaned up well after themselves.

The installers Mike and Cal made sure everything was done to perfection, work and clean-up. Thank you. Very Pleased.

Dennis came out and did the estimate and set up the financing. There was a little confusion about the grids which delayed installation, but the new window and door turned out excellent.

Justin and Mike showed up a few minutes early and started selling up right away. They were very quick and efficient and knew their job well.

Windows were great, sales rep and installers were awesome. Little problem with scheduling on both sides. Overall, very satisfied.

The doors are very high quality, the texturing looks very much like real wood,the colors are perfect. The installers were careful and the rough. The sales rep was for through, without being pushy.
