Description of Work: called to have someone come take a look at our furnace and ductwork and was told there would be a $59 charge to send someone out. no free estimate?! I had Christiansen heating and a/c and had them come out for a free estimate :) they gave me a quote and were very friendly. I then called Drucks back to see over the phone what they would charge to install the furnace to compare with what Christiansen quoted me and Drucks told me that they would have to come in person and would do a free estimate. How unprofessional and disappointing.

Description of Work: Annual furnace maintenance. Great service from the technician, was very respectful and very punctual - arrived a few moments ahead of time, and got the job done in less time than expected! I also was very pleased with the ability to communicate & schedule via email.....helps not having to try and play phone tag! I will definitely use Drucks for future needs.

Description of Work: The bathtub drain corroded and leaked in the basement. The pipe was replaced with pvc pipe. We felt that the price was too high for what was done, however the job performed was good.

Description of Work: furnace went out , called and had a service man out within 2 hours, looked up my heating unit and found it was under warranty , went to get the part and installed that day. will use again for all my plumming needs.
