Drucks Sudden Service

Called to make an appointment. Drucks said it was $59 for service call and then the repair technician would provide in writing how much the repair would cost before any work started. Technician came and first thing when he entered was to ask for my signature to approve the $59 service call and a $75 fee. After that he give in writing how much the repair would cost. So $59 was just to get him to my door. If I wanted him to come in and take a look it cost $75 more! Felt deceived and will not use Drucks again.

They got right back to me the next day.

The employee was excellent and his work was efficient and done correct. I thought the price was high for a small job, $50 to show and $180 for diagnostic before any work was started. Then the cost of the job.

I had to celing boxes replaced with fan rated boxes and 1 fan rehung on one of those boxes. No wiring need to be run and no switch work. Seems expensive for 2 hours of work with only 2 fan boxes of material consumed. I only did it because they were there and I wanted it finished

Drucks (Steve in particular) did a great job meeting our needs. Steve was courteous and thorough. Drucks may not be the cheapest, but the work was top quality. We would recommend Drucks and be confident using them again.

We had a letter from the city saying we needed to have our lateral replaced. We worked with Drucks to get it taken care of. The master plumber that came was very kind, courageous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend.

Costed me a lot of money and a week later not working

Contacted Drucks to have our sewar checked and unclogged. Drucks was fast, efficient, and extremely clean. The plumber left my property cleaner than when he got there.

Everything went well with my appointment. The plumber was friendly and went over multiple options with me. After discussing options i had the plumber replace my existing sump pump with a new pump. I had concerns about my finished basement flooding in the event of a power outage, so he recommended a back up sump pump. I had that installed as well and it is nice having peace of mind knowing that the back up will kick in if needed.

Excellent service. They rearranged their schedule to get done what needed to be done. I had water leaking in my basement all over my carpet. The plumber came in and just sat down in the middle of this gross mess and got to work. I was impressed. Expensive though. Over $400 for an hour of work. Replacing the 2 shutoff valves coming into the house. The only thing I didn’t like was they reused some of the old pipe fittings. Pipe fittings are cheap. They took them off so they should have replaced them. Fittings age and weaken over time. Kinda setting me up for another service call in the future if they fail now. Would have been 6 stars otherwise. Update as of 5/01/2019. The owner of Drucks Brian reaches out to me asking for pictures of the reused fitting. I sent it to him. At that point he reached back out to me and told me it doesn’t appear to have been removed and reused when I clearly watched it happen. He continued to argue with me. He even offered to send someone out to look at it to determine if it was reused. Then told me that if they didn’t think it was reused I would be charged for a service call. Really? Ur going to threaten a customer? I saw what I saw. I watched what happened and you tell me it didn’t. I never asked for anything to be done or redone. Just left a review of what took place and my thoughts. The proper way to handle this situation Brian would have been to send your guy out replace the .97 cent elbow and have 100% satisfied customer rather than argue, insinuate that I’m a liar, and threaten me with more charges. I will never return and hope this review is helpful to others in making decisions on who to choose for service.

Had to diagnose a complex problem. Did it well and within a reasonable time frame.

It went very well, I was very pleased.

All fixed in about 45 minutes. No issues since then.

They charged $60 just to show up, whether you agree to have them do the work or not, so you might as well have them do the work. The total for the job was about $300? (for running a snake 25 ft and changing a gasket in the toilet tank??) I asked them if they could change the water level in the toilet bowl, they said I had to replace the toilet!?! When all I needed to do was turn a screw (YouTube)?!?!

At this time still waiting for work to be done per my agreement with Drucks. I'm half way through the project and have been very satisfied with the Druck's service and the employees. They have been very helpful in helping me to evaluate my situation and provide solutions.

The inspection went smoothly. After it was finished the technician was very helpful and gave me his recommendations based on the age and state of the heater in my house.

The Druck's plumber was on another job which would take a while. The gentleman answering the phone said he wasn't a plumber but could come take a look at it. Turns out he was the manager and lived in our neighborhood. He walked over, took a look at things, walked back home for his truck and was then able to get the sump back up and running for us.

It took a while to figure out what it was. We thought it was storm water. It was actually the pipe from the sink and every time we let water out of the sink it went right in the basement. He came in here and was only here not even an hour and knew what to do. They're plumbers so they are a little expensive but as far as plumbers go they have a structure that they don't try to screw you on. Quality is really good. He was here right on time.

I would say that they do a great job. I don't have anything to compare the price to. They are excellent.

Druck's has great service and does high quality work. Their prices are on the high end of what I'd expect to pay. However, they gave me a price up front and solved the problem quickly. I'd call them again for a tough problem.

They are a pretty comprehensive service. They did a good job. The price was fair. I did use a coupon because they do issue coupons. They were great and they are very responsive. They take their phone calls right away and send somebody out. They are polite and friendly, obviously good people. Their punctuality is perfect and they are very professional.

It was a service call. I had a furnace problem. Before that they had done some of the cleaning and maintenance on it. Then we had an issue and they came and worked on it. The problem was that it wasn't quite done right the first time and they have a 2 week, I think it was, satisfaction guarantee and the problem arose right exactly at the 2 weeks and so I think they were there at day 15 or 16 and they recharged me again to come out a second time. The price was fair the first time but when I had to pay it over again the second time it wasn't.
