Drucks Sudden Service

I was left very angry with this company. I tried to give the phone answerer enough information to pass on to the plumbing technician so that person could evaluate the situation prior to coming to my house and charging me for a service call. The phone answer person seems not to have that in her job description. No passing on of information. The service sharge quoted was $59. Not mentioned was the $5 fuel charge plus tax. Total = $67.20. I could not use the Angie's list coupon. The plumbing technician evaluated the situation and determined he was unable to do the work in a satisfactory manner. This could have been done over the phone with a short discussion between him and me. I had all the necessary information before the technician arrived on site. About 15 years ago I had a similar outcome with Drucks plumbing. Did not solve the problem and charged weekend and emergency rates. I likely will never use Drucks again. I suggest you use Oshkosh Sanitary Sewer Service or Flush for sewer drain problems. How does this company stay in the plumbing business?

I called for service from Drucks Sudden Service last Friday morning after reading positive reviews on Angie's List. The woman taking the call was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. She actually offered to send someone out the same day! Just a few hours later, as promised, a serviceman arrived. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The disposal was a very easy, two-minute fix. Alas, the expensive dental appliance was not inside! I was disappointed that the price remained the same as it would have if the problem had been more extensive. However, I had my $25.00 coupon from Angie's List, which helped! This company is phenomenal. They service many areas other than plumbing (eg, electrical, heating and cooling). I will be a permanent customer. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Our water heater was beginning to fail and we called Drucks. The receptionist, Rochelle was very pleasant and helpful. They were able to get someone to us quickly. Ryan was the technician and he was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He presented us with a few different options, and once we made our decision, service was scheduled in a timely manner. Drucks is easy to work with, and we would definitely do business with them again.

He said it was working just fine. He did not have to do any repairs. He was very nice. He wrote up a big note about how my water heater was fine for the real estate company.

They tried to work with me as far as getting a time that they could come out here. They were prompt. I was very happy with them, very pleased.

I left a message on their answering service as this was a Saturday call and the technician was very quick to call me back and was out to the house in about an hour. The tech was very professional and quickly set up to start running the snake to clear the roots. After two hours, the roots were finally clear and the job completed. At $329 an hour to "run the machine" and an additional $114 to show up at my door and tell me there were probably roots in my drain, the total cost with tax came in at $809. While they cleared the roots, I cannot recommend Druck's because if their pricing on other items is anywhere in the ballpark of what I was charged for a very basic service, I simply can't afford them. With sewage on my basement floor, I had few other options other than to send them away, pay the $114, and try to find someone else.

They were very good and their price was very reasonable. They were prompt, walked us through everything, and did a good job. They were here on time and worked until they got done. If they did not do good work, I would let you know.

I believe is name was Kyle and he was wonderful. Told me every detail right down to the estimate and performed all services quickly. He even gave the kids a tour of his truck!! He was great! I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!! Thanks so much!

Their technician was great, very prompt and friendly. Work was as expected and matched the quote. Will use them again.

We have used Drucks Sudden Service a few times. They arrived on time and accomplished the work in a timely manner and left a lot of good follow up information, they also showed me how to stop a recurrence of the plumbing issue. Their prices are reasonable.

They did a great job. We very pleasant and clean, worked timely and did not try to unsell us at all. Would definately use again.

Sent an email on 5/9 requesting information be sent to me via email for their furnace/ac duct cleaning. No email was received but they promptly called me during dinner on 5/9 to see if they could come out. I said I could make time between 11 and 1 because I work less than 10 minutes from my house. However, they need to call me when they're on the way and I'll get over to the house, go thru their walk-through, etc. and decide if we want to use them for the duct cleaning. They called at 10:48 am on 5/10 to say they're on their way. I asked how far away, they said 20-25 minutes. That would put it about 11:10-11:20 arrival. I agreed and RESCHEDULED an 11 AM meeting. I got home and waited until 11:40, 20 minutes past their expected arrival time. Not having heard anything I called back and they said "he's on his way, not far." By that time I needed to get going back to my office as I had no proof the individual was truly on their way. I did receive an apology email from management that they arrived at 11:46, but I'd gone back to work by then because I couldn't count on them. Moral of the story is have an afternoon free or be unemployed and wait for them to show. Only reason I'm not giving them an overall 'F' is that management stepped up and apologized.

The last time was for a furnace tune up and it went well. They gave me a 3 hour window and called when they were a half hour away. Completed the work quickly and explained what they did.

It started with a phone call for an estimate on how much it would cost to hook up my hot tub. I was given a time frame from 2-4pm and a 69.00 charge for the electrician to come out to my home. Understanding these terms, I agreed to have them come out. He arrived on time right after 2pm which i was very happy about. About 20 minutes after being at my home, he stated that he could not do the hook up today. I will remind you that this is a VERY easy hookup as the box is already outside and it is merely running three new cables from that box to my tub which is about 20 feet each and they are already setup to snake. So i needed 60 feet of conductor cable and another 6 feet of flex cord covering for inside my tub. These parts are approximately 125.00 total. He gave me a quote of 450.00, plus the 69.00 fee, so 519.00 in total to run three cables and hook up a flex cord covering! I was absolutely SHOCKED. I decided to look elsewhere! What a ripoff! Additionally, when paying the 69.00 fee they stated I had a balance of 50.00 for a service plan from over a year ago that I cancelled and NEVER used and they refused to eliminate that fee! I will be telling everyone about this poor service and I will not go to DRUCKS unless it is LAST RESORT! I paid 115.00 for NOTHING to be done! I will NEVER shop with them again and I would advise you to look elsewhere as well or I want my MONEY BACK!

Overall we are very happy with the services from Drucks and would use them again in the future.

Their pricing is good. I have never really had to go in for the real service for it other than just inspections. They are timely. They are always prompt; if they say that they are going to be here at 8:00 am then they’re here by 8:00 am. I am on a regular program with them.

It went really will, they know what they were doing and didn't make a huge mess! They were thorough and proffesional. I would definitely recommend.

Took awhile to diagnose problem but once reason found repairs were completed in a timely manner. Service tech informed me of potential future problems with furnace without pressuring a sale in any way. I was very pleased with the service and the professional manner of Mitch.

The service man was on time and performed all the duties he said he would. He adjusted the burners and patched a few leaks in the exhaust pipe. He also pointed out spots of asbestos on old duct work that we were not aware of.

Overall I would highly recommend Drucks. We wanted work done at a time when they were very busy with other work and so we did have to wait a little to get our hot-tub wired. I could have had it wired by a friend for less money but I think it was worth the cost and the wait to have it done by Drucks. They were extremely professional and detail oriented . We are very happy with the install. I have complete confidence that it was done right and have received several compliments on the wiring.

First experience with company; liked the service man a lot! Informative without any pressured up sell. Will DEFINITELY bid them on our furnace replacement in a year or so.

Overall Druck's hires some of the nicest guys around. They are prompt and professional; they are well informed and cheerfully willing to teach and answer questions.

The technician (Mitch) was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He answered any and all questions happily. Mitch went through the furnace tune up step by step and explained what he was doing along the way. Upon reaching the step of inspecting the heat exchanger, he discovered a large crack in it and informed me that I would have to get a new furnace, as carbon monoxide could leak into the house. He then disabled the furnace (as required by law) and placed everything back together. I asked him if his Drucks sold new furnaces, and he informed me they did. He then preceded to write an estimate for three different models even though this required an additional 30-45 minutes of his time. I am very impressed by the professionalism and customer service offered by Drucks. Highly recommended.

Arrived promptly and was very professional. Put booties on and off every time he went in or out. The water from the toilet tank was majorly dripping out through a loose screw that I couldn't remove. I thought just the screw and washer needed to be replaced, but he said the whole tank had to be replaced. He had the necessary parts in his truck. So it was more expensive and took longer than I expected, but no more leaks now. Also did a good job on clearing the drains in my older home.
