Description of Work: I wanted to get a quote to add 3 outdoor outlets. The power is already available to be tapped into for the project. Pretty simple. First of all they charge $59 plus tax just to show up. Their electrician spent over an hour working out the quote. When I told him the amount of $2700 was very high, he said they weren't the cheapest-no kidding. I just got another quote from Black Haak for $630. That's who I will be using. So it cost me $61.95 to learn not to use Druck's.

Description of Work: This wasn't urgent but they did fit me in the next day. The office called when the tech was headed to my house so I could meet him there. The problem was fully explained and the work was done quickly. I will be using them again in the future.

Description of Work: I was trying to unplug a sewer pipe and the "snake" I was using snapped off and fell further into the pipe. They came and cut out a length of pipe, retrieved the snake and unplugged the line.

Description of Work: Furnace worked intermittently and it was single digit temps outside. I did what troubleshooting I knew but could not alleviate the problem myself. I called Druck,s as they were the dealer that installed the furnace 8 years ago. They were at my door 30 minutes after my call and pinpointed the problem as a plugged vent. After clearing the vent the furnace was fine and they were on there way.

Description of Work: Wanted $95 to replace a bath faucet cartridge. Can do the job yourself for $8. A few days later, I called them to see if they could give me a ballpark figure on replacing the whole faucet. They said they could not give me an estimate unless they came to the house, and that would cost me $70. Guess who I've never called again?

Excellent service!
Description of Work: We originally hired Drucks to do our annual furnace maintenance 2 years ago, and were very impressed so signed up for their monthly plan and "Sudden Service" program. Since then, we had to have them come and replace our furnace blower motor on a weekend emergency, and also have had subsequent regular maintenance performed on both our furnace and water heater. Drucks is very professional and the service is awesome!

We are disappointed that you were not satisfied with the options we offered. We had agreed on an arrival window of between 11:30AM and 1:30PM on August 24, 2012. According to our GPS records, we arrived at 11:15AM and provided pricing to repair the A/C as well as the pricing to replace it. We even accepted a coupon that was not valid with a trip charge only call. Again we are disappointed you did not find our options helpful in your decision making process.
