Received a call right before the plumber arrived. He was friendly and let me watch him change the cartridges so I could see how it's done. The original price was $148, but since I pay $7.95 a month I am a 'preferred customer' and get a 10% discount. I also got a $25 off coupon from Angie's List, so that brought the price down to $113. That still seemed pretty steep for a simple, routine job.

Overall Drucks did an excellent job. We had to wait for the delivery of the vanity, but it came when they said it would. It was a special order. The work was quick and efficient and Phil did a great job, cleaned up everything after the job was completed and removed all the old fixtures. We have had Phil do work on our house before, and he is a good worker. Cost was perhaps a little higher than others, but the quality of the work makes for it.

The experience was great. I looked up the best AC repair in my area ( Drucks Plumbing, Heating & Cooling ) on Angies List. I called them and they help schedule me right away. When I called them the central air had been out for several days waiting for a too busy repairman to show up. This week was hot and humid. This all took place on a friday. I was a little worried it might not get fixed before the weekend but They came through with flying colors. I even precented them with a coupon I got off Angies List and they honored that too. The central air worked great the rest of the summer without a hitch. Thanks for the great job Drucks.

Call-center was prompt in answering. Appt. easy to make and fit my schedule. A pre-phone call to let me know on their way. Arrived a few minutes late but was fine. Friendly. Work performed well as furnace still working. Paid right away and received discount coupon. Will call again.
