Fantastic. All phases were great.

Jesse sent his team to do the actual shingle removal and roofing. The first team came in on day one and worked all day through (it was very very hot) to get the shingles off. The second day another team came in and put the shingles on, and it was done. Jesse stopped out a day or so later to check in with me and look it over. We needed our chimney taken down below the roof line, so Jesse recommended Ablaze Technology, and I was very impressed with him as well. He came in right away, explained what he was doing, offered suggestions for improvements and was done in no time.

All work was completed on schedule and to specification. The team did a great job.

Good. They came out very soon after the purchase. There were no additional costs. I would tell a friend he did everything I needed and it seemed to be satisfactory so far and there is no more water coming in the house. I really don't know what the price would be because I didn't get competing numbers. I would have to go with a C because I have nothing to compare it against. The responsive was close to an A. He came a little later than the agreed upon time and didn't call, I had to call him.

Over the phone he said it would cost 500.00 and he'd see if he could fit me in. I told him that would probably be ok and that I would be out of town for 2 weeks and left it at that. I admit that I said 500.00 was better than 5000.00. In the meantime, I called another contractor for another quote and he came to the house and inspected the roof and gave me a quote of 200.00 or less and I signed the quote and set up an apt right way (not fitting me in). I actually didn't think that Affordable Contracting wanted to do the job. Too small for them. Affordable Contracting called while I was out of town and said they had an opening in their schedule. They came and did the roof while I was gone! No bill and no written agreement, just a verbal. I waited for a bill and none came. Today he showed up at the house and wanted to bill me 500.00. I told him the other contractor could do it for 200 or less and he as much as said, too bad, that we had a verbal agreement. He took 100.00 off of the bill but it was still twice as much as it should have been. I asked how long it took and he couldn't even tell me because his crew did it. He claimed the time involved was driving over to see what type and color of shingles and then going to get the supplies. Their company is in Neenah, less than 5 miles from my house. I feel he should not have come when I wasn't home , and that when it was a smaller job to do than expected, to not charge the 500.00 which was never written in a formal quote. Had I spoken to him on the phone, I would have told him to cancel the job. The other contractor had already bought the shingles and sealant, knew what was needed, took the time to evaluate the job, and told me it actually would have taken less than 1 hour! I feel that Affordable Contracting acted unethically, and when he showed up at my door, expecting to be paid immediately, with no advance warning or phone call to say he was coming over, also didn't take credit cards so it put me on the spot! Never, ever, would use them again.

We bought a home with old wood siding that we wanted to change to vinyl. We had a number of contractors come by to give us estimates. We decided to go with ACS. We contacted Jesse for an estimate because I found him on Angie's LIst and he had a number of positive reviews. He responded promptly. Not only did he provide us with a competitive bid, but he also offered many recommendations. He assisted us in picking out a bold color based on our preferences and in using more shake than we had initially anticipated. As two people who had never gone through this process before, we welcomed his insight and enthusiasm. He appeared truly invested in our project from day 1. All of his recommendations exceeded our expectations in the final outcome. Jesse is organized and responsive. He answered all the questions we had both promptly and thoroughly. I trusted that when he said something would be done, it would be done. And it was always true in our experience. Priceless! We had a team of 2 men on our project for a solid week and a half. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. They were a pleasure to greet every day. The project moved along quickly. Everything looks fantastic! We have received many compliments already and the project was just completed a few weeks ago. I am beyond pleased and I would recommend ACS to anyone looking for quality materials, quality work and a crew that makes the project stress-free from beginning to end.

I have a farmhouse over 100 years old. Jesse was very reliable from our first phone call, arriving to discuss the needs for my home, listening to me, providing estimates (a few contractors didn't even come back with an estimate). He made some nice recommendations I hadn't thought of and I'm glad he gave me the input. He was fair and honest. His crew was professional, reliable, and friendly. They cleaned up each day and left my yard in good condition. I am very happy with the rubber roof and the siding. It's exciting to see the transformation of my home.

The crews involved got to work and completed the job without stopping, except for a few weather delays. Jesse Clark was responsive to my concerns, and quickly reacted to inquiries via text or phone calls. Mr. Clark acknowledged that my project was a first for his crew, but from the high quality of the workmanship, it didn't show. Start to finish did not go beyond 3 weeks in length. I am confident that if you hire the Affordable Contracting Services team, you will be pleased with the results.

I couldn't be more pleased. I was working with a gentleman named Jesse Clark, who I believe is the owner. He came out and talked to me about what I wanted to do with my home. He was extremely good at listening to what my ideas were and helping me with suggestions in areas where I wasn't 100% sure on what I wanted to do. Types of siding, types of roofing, for example. He let me know what was available, differences in pricing, and let me make all the decisions with zero pressure. He was very informative and patient with me in my decision-making process for colors and materials. He was excellent at staying in touch with me along the way to find out if I needed any more information. I spoke with 5 different contractors before hiring affordable contracting, and one of the things I specifically requested was a detailed break-down of everything that was going to happen and their prices. He was the only contractor who provided me with all of that information. In addition to that, when he brought me the breakdown of the details, he included a couple of items that I hadn't considered. For example, I have a fenced-in backyard. Part of it needed to be pulled to get the excavation equipment in and it would need to be replaced. He also added the cost of landscaping to repair the yard after the excavation equipment is brought in. He was very thorough with us in helping us consider everything and providing suggestions for things we hadn't thought of. Jesse kept us informed every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the products. Every man on the job was completely professional. I can't say enough good things about Jesse and the work he did for us. Jesse has also been working with the insurance company that makes it much easier for the homeowner.

Awesome!! Jesse responded within a day when I called him for an estimate for my roof, gutters, and covers. He came to the house within a day or two provided me with an estimate before he left. The estimate was itemized so I understood exactly what each portion of the job would cost me. Jesse is a certified GAF shingles installer which translates to a shingles warranty that surpasses any other brand of shingles that I researched. Given that my last roof only lasted 14 years, the warranty was important to me. Once I signed a contract the roof etc. was installed within approximately 2 weeks. Installation of everything went like clock work. The roofing crew was at my home the morning as promised, removed the old shingles and all of the old felt, and installed the new roof and ridge cap in less than a day. Someone came and replace my fascia later that day and the following morning a crew was here to replace the gutters, downspouts, and gutter covers. The crews were awesome; extremely hard working, respectful, and courteous. Drop clothes were placed around the house to collect any debris and they swept the yard for nails. When they left, you would have never known the roof was removed. Also, Jesse came near the end of the roof install to make sure everything went as planned. I am extremely happy that I went with Affordable Contracting for my recent home improvements and would use them again without hesitation. A number of my neighbors had also commented to me about how impressed they were with the installation crews and their work ethic.

Awesome. They came out and gave an estimate on the same day that I called. The installation was amazingly fast and professional, and our house looks great. The price was affordable, just like they promised. I highly recommend them.

I called Affordable Contracting Services to get a quote for replacing part of our roof and caulking some windows. The owner, Jesse Clark came out the next day and had a quote to me by that very evening. He was very professional, and I had no reservations about hiring him to do the job. The crew that came completed the roof in one day and was very respectful of our home and property. I was worried about the mess of stripping off all the old shingles, but they put out numerous tarps to catch all the debris and protect our landscaping and deck. In addition, the crew walked the perimeter of the house many times to pick up any stray roofing pieces. Overall, I was pleased not only with the quality of work that was done, but my whole experience in working with Affordable Contracting Services. I would definitely hire them again for any future work I might need.

I joined Angie's List when I had decided to replace poor quality siding that was installed when my home was built. I got 3 estimates from the local companies on that list. Affordable Contracting Services was approximately $2000 to $4000 cheaper! But more importantly Jesse listened to my concerns and offered answers to what was wrong with the old siding AND offered suggestions to update my home such as adding "shake" to accent the garage peak that the other contractors did not. Together we discussed quality of materials and came up with an excellent product choice and color. Within two weeks he and his crew were there to install the siding and it took only 4 days. The gutter was done the next week. They removed all the old materials and when they left you would not know they were ever there. I love my new home! It looks so good I decided to add a new front door and have asked Jesse to order and install that as well. I am definitely glad I chose Affordable Contracting Services and would highly recommend them for any siding job.

Overall I think my job was done in a timely manner. My roof was done in one day and my siding took a week. They cleaned up after themself's everyday and always told me what to expect the next day. Overall I think it went great.

The crew that worked on our home was amazing. They were very friendly and courteous - they even made sure to cover up our landscaping/flowers so they wouldn't get damanged. I can't say I saw that being done at some of the neighbor's houses by other contractors. They were at our house for over a week and every night when they packed up to leave for the day, they made sure every last tool/nail/scrap piece was picked up and put away. The owner of the company always made sure we knew what was going on and kept us imformed though the whole project. Thank you Affordable Contracting Services for a job well done!!

We immediately noticed the outside noise reduction with the new windows and insulation. Our heat and AC costs are improved also.The work was done in a timely manner and the quality of the work is exceptional. The workers always were very professional and cleaned up the work site daily. We were very satisfied and are planning to have this company do some interior work for us this year.
