We had a garage with attached "she-shed" built by Affordable Contracting and are very happy with the final product. The workmanship and materials used were top-notch.

John and I would definitely hire this contracting service again or wouldn't hesitate to tell our family or friends about them. They took care of our insurance claim so we didn't have to deal with paperwork, what was covered, or what needed to be done to replace our garage. They also pulled all the building permits so we didn't have to deal with the city rules and regulations regarding a new structure. They were so easy to work with, they answered all of our questions, the crew was friendly, and let us know what they were doing every step of the way. Jesse and his crew did a fantastic job! Could not be happier with the guys working and how efficiently they finished the job. They arrived consistently everyday at 7:00 am and made sure to ask questions on things as they went along to avoid setbacks. We saved a bit of money by doing the job in the winter and all I can say is it looks remarkable. We will certainly return to Jesse and Affordable Contracting Services again for roof replacement soon.

Jesse and his team quickly put together one of the trickiest builds I've ever witnessed with professionalism and courtesy. In less then 10 days they made our dream a reality. The guys worked quickly and quietly, and cleaned up after themselves daily. Despite all the rain delays, they stayed ahead of their projected schedule. They were very informative, and asked questions along the way to ensure we got what we wanted. Jesse was always available to answer any questions we had from the very beginning. Excellent. The owener was very responsive and had excellent communication, and the crew performing the work did a great job and also had great communication. It was what customer service and quality should be when it is when it is at its best.

They did some work for me late last year. The reason I had my roof done, was because I had hail damage last year. We went through our insurance and the approximate value I think was around $19,000. They were lower than anyone of the other estimates that we had got.

We couldn't be happier. To point out some of the items that stuck out to us we would like to begin that each crew was a pleasure to have on site. I work from home and had time to get to know each crew through the process of slab pour to finishing touches. they were all respectful, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had along the way. They took part in the excitement and understood that this project was very special to us. From the minute we began consultation with Jesse Clark, I knew he would be our contractor. He was able to capture the functional design that my husband wanted but also pay special attention to the design details I demanded. We were building a new building next to a house over 160 years old, and I wanted the character to transfer into the new design. Jesse also worked with us giving us options to fit into our budget. He helped us identify where we could scale back or change materials, but not compromise design for cost. Another 4-star mention is to the building crew who was here early every day on time. They took the time each evening to cleaned up the yard and work area. While working on our site for a good chunk of the summer we never felt they or the equipment and materials ever got into the way of our activities in the yard or hindered the appearance in any way. They had an eye for detail and the compliments continue to pour in. (even from strangers driving or walking by!) Lastly, the concrete crew was talented, considerate and fast. We will have them back for further flat work planned. If you want a job that is perfectly coordinated between trades and you are looking for the best quality with a design that can be your very own, Affordable Contracting Services is the ONLY choice in the area. We had 7 other quotes and contractors come in to discuss this job. None came close. We will call them back for any projects we consider in the future.

They were very easy to work with and responded to my every question. They were easy going and professional. They cleaned up behind themselves too. I could tell by their work and by talking to them that they enjoyed what they did and had fun on the job , but also took their work seriously. They wanted everything they did to be done right and it shows.
