Description of Work: Tom was exceptional. Always returned my calls, answered all my questions, arrived exactly when he said he would. _x000D_|We had a leak coming from an unknown origin and he worked hard to discover the leak. So even though he punched a few holes in my walls :-) he solved the problem. I would highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use his services again. In fact he will be the first person I call for any other household issues. As a side note he is very personable as well. I really enjoyed working with him,

Description of Work: He came to my house and gave me an estimate in May of 2015. I emailed him repeatedly after that to get a date and he emailed me back twice saying he'd get back to me. He never did, even after a few phone calls where I left messages to please get back to me and another email. Unprofessional. It took me a while but I finally found someone who could do the work at the end of August.

Description of Work: I hired Tom to help me remodel my master bath. he ripped out all the old fixtures including the whirlpool tub and shower enclosure an built a 7ft.X 4ft. shower and tiled the complete bathroom. I enjoyed working with Tom he would go out of his way to make sure everything was done the way I wanted. I would recommend him to anyone. He did an excellent job at a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: Tom from Tom's Handy Services installed a new kitchen sink base, counter top, sink, and faucet in our duplex. He did a very good job and we would hire him again.

Description of Work: I called him to see if interested in putting in bathroom exhaust fan. Said he would come out on a Sunday @ 10AM for estimate. He never came or called me back. I called him, left a message, and he never called. Totally unprofessional!

Description of Work: We had a new front door installed. Had to remove outside door first. Tom had to reconstruct the frame, I think it was the original door from the 50's. Door bell had to be disconnected. The wire was then cut accidently but Tom repaired it. He has a great personality throughout the process. We wanted to outside storm door put back on even though we will be replacing it in the spring. I know it was a pain for him to do because it had to be cut down to fit. It was a very od fashion door. but he did a great job & I would definitely have him come back. We couldn't be happier. P Blaine

Description of Work: Tom met me to look at the projects i had and promised to get back to me with a quote. I didn't hear back from him which was surprising as he has done some work for me in the past. I called to follow up again but never heard back?

Description of Work: After reviewing Tom's ratings on Angie's list I called him. Yes, he is very busy, so sometimes you need to touch base with him more than once, but he does respond. That said he is very reasonably priced compared to other contractors, is very friendly, and works really hard and nonstop. He did a great job on several small projects at our house and I recommended him to install some tiles for my son and daughter in law. I can tell he's really busy, so it's not a big deal to me if I have to touch base with him more than once about a project. Bottom line is he charges a fair price for really good, thorough work, and he's just a nice guy all around.

Description of Work: I called him to give me an estimate on some handyman work I needed done. We agreed on a time and a date, which was about 5/5/07. He came over, we went through the entire list. He promised to call within a week to set up a time when he would be available to get the job done. Took a piece of mortar from the house to match color and I said it was imperative that he would get back to me in the next week to give me some idea. He said he would, that was the last I heard from him.

Description of Work: Tom came and Installed a new light in my entryway he was very nice and professional, I was glad he came as was not a huge job but he did not complain and he was priced right according to other handyman I had called. I'm giving his name out to everyone I know he did a great Job!

Description of Work: Tom replaced my vinyl kitchen floor with ceramic tile. I supplied the tile, and Tom supplied all other materials. Tom also remodeled my bathroom and put in a glass block window, replaced the shower/tub fixtures, tiled the tub surround and floor, installed a new toilet, installed a vanity, and installed a medicine cabinet. I supplied the tile, toilet, vanity, and medicine cabinet, and Tom supplied the rest of the materials.
