Dan called me back within 24 hours of my initial call to him. He came out within a few days to provide an estimate and explained to me on the phone the services he would perform as a follow up to his estimate in writing. Scheduling was tight, but we were able to find a mutually agreeable time and Dan worked around our schedules since my wife and I both work during the day. The agreed upon start time was 2:30pm and Dan was between 5-10 minutes late arriving. However, he finished before his estimate of 3 hours and after my inspection of his work, he made a few minor tweaks and the tub, shower surround and window now look very nice and clean. He offered tips on how to maintain the fresh, new look and was on his way.

I was out of town when they came. I was pleased with the work they did when I arrived home. They're very responsive and the price for the service I received was fair. I will use them again in the future.

He did a good job. There were some areas of concern, but he came back and fixed that. I had no problems. He was prompt and really quick. It wasn't that expensive. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

He arrived on time exactly if not a little before 8am. He removed the old caulk and molded grout with a razor tool. Then used the old grout mix I had from the previous remodel to mix a batch of replacement grout (he didn't make me buy new mix from him!). After he replaced the grout, he gave me step-by-step instructions on drying time and future maintenance/cleaning. He also made a few grout touch-ups on the bathroom tiled floor and baseboards. When finished, he cleaned up the entire space and left the bathroom looking great! He was very personable and took the time to explain things and answer all my questions - very appreciated by this first-time homeowner.

He spent two full days regrouting and then returned a third day to apply the Enduro Shield. Both bathrooms look great! I was very pleased with his work.

Dan was prompt and professional both when he came to give the estimate as well as when he came to do the job. The result was simply beautiful. He got the grout on the floor so clean he didn't have to "stain seal " it as he originally thought he would, resulting in a $60.00 savings to us. We both couldn't be happier with the results or with Dan

The day after I called, Dan came over and gave me an estimate and scheduled a date for the work to be completed. He was very professional, punctual and informative. On the scheduled day, he arrived on time and quickly went to work. He performed the work exactly according to plan and when he was done, I was amazed at how wonderful the tub area looked. It looked like it did when I had it installed 11 years ago! I was very pleased with his work and would definitely hire him again.

This is not an exaggeration - my bathroom looks like it did the day they finished remodeling it 6 years ago. I feel like I have a new bathroom. The floor is gorgeous, no more discoloration. The kitchen counter turned out just like the bathroom, like new. Dan left all areas of work immaculate (and I am very picky). He explained everything as he worked to make sure it was what I wanted. He also educated me on the care/cleaning of tile and the new areas of grout/caulk. The price was more than fair. I will use Dan again and will recommend him to anyone who asks.

Dan returned my call promptly. He arrived to offer my estimate on time. He returned 2 weeks later, on time as arranged. I asked Dan to remove the old grout and replace with new grout. He worked quietly and quickly and did a nice job. He also cleaned up after himself. I thought he was a little expensive, but after I saw what he all had to do, then I understood. Thanks Dan!

I called and left a message seeking an estimate. Dan returned my call within 2 hours. We made arrangements for him to come and provide an estimate. He showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and assessed the job. My wife and I, after some deliberations agreed to have the work done. Dan was able to perform the work three weeks after we decided to proceed and he estimated it would take 5 business days. He started the work at the agreed upon time. He divided the bathroom into segments and completed one each day. He uncovered a leak in our shower area, for which he removed the tile, rebuilt the rotting area and reinstalled the tile. The job site was kept very clean. The work was completed on time and the results were amazing. Our tile was in good condition prior to start the job, but the new grout has completely transformed the room. Truly amazing. Although the style and color of the tile is dated, we had this work completed as opposed to having a full remodel performed. (which would have been far more expensive). As for the price, Dan was a very hard worker, no question. Still, he spent 30 hours on the job with limited materials cost, so I would gather he made a few bucks. The results are impressive, but we're still assessing the over-all value of the estimate.

I called for a quote, he responded to my call almost immediately, came over quickly to take a look and give me a quote and was here to perform the work within a week of the first visit. It took several visits to finish up due to the moisture build up, but he did a great job.

I called & talked to Dan about my shower and tub issues. He came to my house & gave me an estimate on the spot. I accepted and he put me on his schedule. He came on the expected day and went to work! Dan is very good at what he does and he left NO mess (always a plus)! He gave me tips on how to care for and clean the grout, which I appreciated. He also sealed the floor of the shower. Both the tub and the shower look great!

Excellent. My 12-month old bath/shower looks brand new. Dan identified the problem that caused the cracking and fixed it.

He was very good at his work. He also noticed a problem in our other bathroom and pointed it out to us. He told us he wouldn't do grout work there, because they we would just be throwing money away.

I HAVE USED HIM IN THE PAST - HE CLEANS UP NICELY, AND HIS WORK IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THIS WAS A TEDIOUS JOB. HE DID NICE WORK, AND IT LOOKED LIKE A NEW SHOWER WHEN HE FINISHED.

AFTER A FEW MONTHS THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS A LITTLE SLOPPY. IT LOOKS AS THOUGH IT WASN'T SEALED PROPERLY.
