They we quick to arrive after my call and treated the lawn as expected. They left an informative note that explains each treatment specifically. I struggled weather to give an A or B for quality.. The lawn will take a while to come back after some previous owner neglect.

Our mowers were in the shop and we were leaving for vacation in two days. We called and asked to have the lawn mowed. Despite the last minute request, they were there the next day and did a good job.

It has been a positive experience. Hopefully, Naturescape's treatment will allow my lawn to recover and look good again.

We first hired Naturescape this winter when it was difficult to find a plower They always came as promised and were very careful about avoiding damage to the lawn. They always answer the phone, no answering machine.

The price was competitive and the service was performed within one week of my first phone call. They also called the night before and left a message reading proposed treatment. Left signs on the lawn and a bag full of printed information - much of it promotional but also informational regarding suggested lawn maintenance.

Very prompt and called before they came. Lawn looked fine. Vehicle they use to apply pesticide dug up our grass in several spots. Aerated lawn in June and in July technician said we needed aeration.

I've used them for 3 years now. They call ahead and always do what I ask them to. I particularly like them because they aren't pushy with additional services, they will offer them to you, but not be pushy about it. The price is per year and is for 5 treatments, it's also based on your yard's square footage as well as the services you choose.

The aeration was completed properly. I have experienced in the past that they do not go deep enough, he knew what he was doing. They were courteous.

Good work very cooperative sends me notice for charges and charges me at the end of the year.

Said they would come during the next month and came in a few days, early am, and did the job well. I appreciated that they did not try to sell me other services when I called.

Reasonably priced. Have used for several years in a row. They needed to return on one occasion to re-do a lawn application, they did so promptly and without further charge.

Excellent service was performed over 5 or more years at our home and at several rental properties. Management and staff are knowledgeable and willing to return if there were problems or additional treatments needed.

They do a good job and beside coming out five times a year, they will also come out if you have a problem throughout the season within seventy two hours.

They have always been prompt, arriving when promised. They put up lawn signs after they've fertilized. Their prices are reasonable. We have noticed an improvement in the appearance of our yard since using them.

Time spent on applying lawn care chemicals was usually less than 5 minutes as noted on their invoices. The lawn was not as nice as when I used a different service, lots of weeds along the edges of the lawn due to not taking their time on applying the chemicals. They completely missed applying the chemicals to one side of my house. I called and asked to speak to a manager, and it took a long time before the manager returned my phone calls. I ended up calling a few times following up to get a hold of the manager. They did come right out and take care of it, but I was still not convinced that they attended that area all 5 times they visited my property.

I signed up late in early to mid April for their service, and it took several weeks for them to make the first teatment. I was pleased with the improvement I saw from aeration, and with the results of weed copntrol over the spring and summer. I had a concern over weed growth and they would quickly come out for an additional treatment.

Naturescape called before they came as requested and flagged the yard after application as required. They provided a detailed breakdown of the application and also identified any other problems observed during their visit.

WHEN I RETURNED FROM MY VACATION I SAW THAT MY LAWN WAS OVERGROWN and WILD LOOKING. MY TENANT TOLD ME THAT IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN CUT ONLY ONCE JUST AFTER I LEFT and NOT AFTERWARD (NO EDGING WAS DONE). MY HOUSE REALLY STOOD OUT ON THE BLOCK FOR THE MONTH I WAS GONE, IT WAS VERY EMBARRASSING. I CALLED and SPOKE TO ED MARSHALL WHO ADMITTED THAT THEY HAD ''BOMBED IT'', and AFTER MY SUGGESTION HE WAIVED THE $32 FEE FOR THE SINGLE MOWING. I ATTEMPTED TO CUT THE TALL GRASS MYSELF, BUT WAS UNABLE TO BECAUSE OF ITS THICKNESS. I CALLED NATURESCAPE AGAIN, and ASKED THEM TO SEND SOMEONE WITH EQUIPMENT APPROPRIATE FOR THE TALL GRASS. THAT CUT WAS PRETTY SLOPPY, and IN GENERAL I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT MY LAWN LOOKED WORSE THAN BEFORE I LEFT. THEY BILLED ME FOR THAT CUTTING and I PAYED IT. IN THE END MY PATIENCE, and MY LAWN WERE NOT THE BETTER FOR HIRING NATURESCAPE. THE MANAGERS RESPONDED TO MY SITUATION, BUT NOT IN A WAY THAT OVERCAME MY DISAPPOINTMENT, and EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.

THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I AM PRETTY SATISFIED WITH MY LAWN AT THE PRICES THAT THEY CHARGE.

THE COMPANY IS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I CALL WITH CONCERNS.

THE YARD WAS VERY CLEAN WHEN THEY LEFT.

DID A GOOD JOB. THEY DID RUIN A DOG TOY THAT WAS LEFT ON THE LAWN BUT OFFERED TO PAY FOR IT RIGHT AWAY.
