Naturescape

We have used them for a couple of years now. If there is a problem they promptly send someone out there to take care of the situation. They do a good job and leave the information as far as what they did if we are not here.

Naturescape takes care of the landscaping at our home including mowing, trimming our trees and bushes. I have used this company for about 10 years. I am pleased with the service and quality of work performed. I feel the price is good for the work done. The staff is punctual and professional.

I've used them for five years. Last year I was not happy with them. I've had to call them back because they haven't done the whole property and their careless with the fertilizer they use. Their prices are good.

I called them and was impressed how easy the process was. They come right on time and I don't have to be here. They were responsive to me when I said I preferred a hand mower to a riding mower, as I didn't like the big white lines the riding mower left. So the next time they brought the hand mower and I see a pleasant difference. It's great not having to do this myself and the price is right.

They do lawn maintenance and provide different treatments to our lawn and we have seen a big improvement with our lawn this year because of them. Our grass was patchy and terrible. Now it is fuller and more green and is in a lot better condition. The price is very fair. The staff is excellent. I have never had any issues with damage or anything like that. The customer service is really good.

This has been the second year that we have used them. We were delighted last year but this year, we have been working to understand that our understanding is the same. We would not be grading them as high as we did last year but it is early in this season. We would definitely be using them this year. When we talked to them about the issues, they have been very attentive in coming back. So, we have great hopes that they would be regaining their high grades by the end of this season.

They were really just average. They were pretty pushy with their sale's tactics, and even though I had said no I still recieve calls to get me to back up with them.

Overall experience was fine. They basically come and go as they please. They usually contact us by phone a day or two before any application is done to let use know they will be there. Each application takes only about five minutes. The weeds are gone and the lawn feels and looks great.

Excellent price for lawn service, but you get what you pay for. You never know when they will show-up. Fertilizer ends up all over the driveway and side walks. If a lawn chair is in the yard, they don't move it. Rather, they fertilize around it. Lawn ended-up streaky - - i.e., you could tell exactly where they did and did not fertilize. I have used them in years past, but this past summer was not good. By far the best price you will find, but you get what you pay for.

Naturescape does a great job on my neighbor's snow removal; and, they're kindness yesterday demonstrates that this is clearly a top notch company that deserves your consideration if you're looking to hire someone for snow removal.

I spent about $100 on that service. They are willing to come for just three applications. I asked them to come on Labor Day, Memorial Day and Halloween and they came and got it done. Their service is good. I hardly see them; they just come and do the work. Their price was pretty comparable. I have had trouble with them earlier about the dates that they were to come, but now they are much better.

Great. Mailed in request and they came over a couple of days later. Have used them in past a number of times.

This was the second year of using NatureScape and likely our last. While the cost is good, I didn't feel that the services were timely. I had to call twice to ask is they were coming. Their response was "yes, you are on the schedule for tomorrow".. This year the crab grass was really noticeable. I really don't have anyone to compare them to but I will try another company next year and see.

NatureScape has been doing what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it. The communication with me has been good (they left fliers when they did an application). My only concern was that they didn't do a weed control as a part of the first application, by the time the second one came around (which did include weed control) I already had an entire yard full of well-fed dadelions.

I have had him for long and I would recommend him. They have made some improvement for the lawn as it looks greener. They do a lot of things like they cut grass when I give them a call. If I pay them before the 31st of this month for their yearly contract I get a discount. I would continue to use them in future.

It was not a bad or good experience, but, it worked out just okay.

They do a good job, and their pricing is reasonable. I had good luck with them. They are very responsive, and they seem to be better compared to other people in the past.

Their prices are reasonable and they are very affordable. I have the five seasonal applications. They use the granular instead of the spray fertilizer.

They have been very good in attending to all our needs. They will come and take out anything that I have to dump, or get repaired, and sometimes there is no charge. They do a good job and their prices are reasonable. The people who come out are very responsive and answer all my questions. They call us a day before and inform us about their coming to do work. We are satisfied with their services and will continue to use their services.

They come in most of the times when I am not at home. However they call ahead and keep me informed. They also do lawn mowing for a cheap price. There is a personal touch with them. There is always one person assigned to your yard. They are always on time, polite and friendly.

Naturescape comes 4 times a year, for lawn maintenance. I have been using them since 1990. If I am not here, they leave me a note that they were here. They automatically come, when it is that time of year. My lawn is in good condition. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have been using them for years for lawn service. They added snow removal, so we tried them. These people are so reliable and dependable. I do not know if I could trust anyone else to be more reliable. When the snow reaches two inches or more, they automatically come out unless it is snowing during the day. Then they will come out when the snow is finished. We have never had a problem with them.

We have used them for about six years. The lawn does look better. The only thing I have a problem with is that when they put the pellets on the lawn, some gets on the sidewalk, so you get the crunchies. Other than that they are great, and I have recommended them to other people.
