Our refinishing system is unique. Our proprietary bonding agent, MM-4, chemically fuses the new finish to the old surface. This hi-tech material has a proven, 41 year track record. Plus, it is environmentally safe, as opposed to the "acid-etch" method still used by other refinishers. Miracle Method has been in business for over 41 years. Tubs, tile, and fiberglass carry a 5-year, non-prorated, warranty. With proper care, your new Miracle Method surface can last 10 to 15 years! Description of Work: There cost was a little high compared to others. They claim to have a better process which may be true. I ultimately could not use them because there lead times were too long. I would consider them in the future if time permits.

Thank You for the feed back. I truley wish we could have got your job completed in the time frame you needed. I would like to add the reason we are higher on our tub refinishing pricing is not just because we do a better job than other refinishers. It is because we spend 4 1/2 hours day 1 and 1 1/2 hours day 2. All other refinishers only spend 3 hours in one day to refinish bathtubs. This is what allows us to give a better quality finish. Tom Burac arrived on time, explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. Everything was exactly as promised. The tub and tiles look beautiful. Based upon our previous experience the price was reasonable.
Description of Work: The previous tub "resurface" was removed, a new finish was applied to the tub and tile surround. A non-slip surface was also applied to the tub.

Everything went great. It is so shiny white and all new looking. Even after over 2 years of use, it still looks brand new. He was very professional and courteous. He took a 1/2 day to prepare the surfaces and came back the next day to complete the process. I am very glad I choose to have this done. And soon I hope to have him back to do the same thing to our master bath shower that is also tiled with 4 inch square tiles!!
Description of Work: Resurfaced a very old and worn bath tub. Also resurfaced the 4 inch tile squares that surrounded the tub (which even had black stain on the grout). Resurface the toilet paper holder and applied a slip resistant botton to the tub.

The work took two and one half days to complete. Tom explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He worked with color selection and was able to match our new Kohler toilet perfectly. Tom did quality work, was clean and neat, always on time and a pleasure to work with. The end result is new looking units that are not BLUE. It's been over a month since the work was completed and the new finish looks as good as when Tom finished. We are 100% pleased with Tom's work and the finished product. The entire experience was excellent. We would highly recommend Tom and Miracle Method.
Description of Work: Updating our bathroom. Included a large jetted fiberglass tub and seperate shower stall that were BLUE. Cost estimates to change out tub and shower were insane. Decided to have units resurfaced with a new color. Had a concern about the jets, not to worry they came out great. Called Tom and got a ballpark estimate over the phone. Tom came to house to explain process and give a firm quote.
