Amazing! First Adam came to view the project and provide an estimate. His explanation of the process was very detailed and extremely informative. He was very thorough in letting us know all the options and possible outcomes. Today, 5 days later, the job is complete. Scott arrived yesterday to start the process and spent a full day. He returned to complete the job this morning. His attention to detail and customer service was truly excellent! The results he produced are beyond our expectations. Went exceptionally well , arrived on time estimated, very workmanlike in there procedures did an excellent job of protecting surrounding areas cleaning up when finished & explaining the process as they went along. Very satisfied!

The project went very well and the finished product looks so nice. The service was very professional and carefully done. I only wish that I hadn't opted to have the non-slip material added to the bottom of the tub. It is very gritty and I find it scratchy to sit on when bathing. It is great for showering though and makes showering safer without having to use a bath mat.

Awful. We went thru the trouble of removing our clawfoot tub and bringing it to there shop. They had all the time they needed to do a good job. When we went to pick it up it was a little ruff to the feel but Adam, who at one time claimed to be the owner , said the owner did it and it only needed to be cleaned. So i foolishly payed them and brought it home. I installed it and cleaned it and it was not any better. Bottom was nice but sides were very ruff. The tub was worse than when we brought it to them. I called and requested that someone come out to fix it. Adam came out and did a little sanding and polishing. While at our house he spent most of his time on what seamed to be personal phone calles. When finished we were still not satisfied and Adam said it was all he could do. When I called Adam back he became angry that I was not happy and scheduled another tech to come out. When the other tech came out , a week and a half later, he started the visit by saying "I don't know why I'm even hear" in a very sharp tone. When we started asking questions He became angrier and angrier, not even listening to our questions. He did some more sanding and polishing, improving the finish only a little. When I explained my further displeasure he actually started yelling at me! When I told him we only wanted the tub to be as good as when we brought it to them He accused me of only trying to get money out of him! He left my home screaming at me from his car so loud im sure my neighbors heard! My Wife and myself don't deserve to be treated this way in our own home by someone we payed to do work for us! My Wife called the company and talked to Adam who said he was the owner and only half hearted apologized for the treatment by his employee Tom. When I called and talked to Adam he told me that Tom was the owner and we had no recourse. He also said that the tub was as good as they can do and ALL of there work finishes ruff like ours. Really! This complaint has little to do with the poor quality of there work. I really don't think that any paying customers deserve to be yelled at by so called professionals in there own homes. Please avoid this business

Miracle Method wasn't the cheapest, but I decided based on the description of the service from them and reviews online. Work was done timely and professionally. It has only been two months so I can't speak to longevity, but it looks good with the new tiling that I had done.

I was scared of this process and with two dogs and a child, thought the airborne mess would be harmful. They did a great job, no mess, no airborne irritants, etc. It's been a year now, and the bathtub still looks great.

It went great . After getting burned by another company listed here , Adam squeezed our job in and got it done before we went on vacation. Looks great , and a fair price.

I was very apprehensive about this process; had heard horror stories about tub refinishes. But it was $3200 less expensive than ripping out the entire tub/shower area and redoing it. To date we are quite pleased. Our tub was blue and now it is white; looks great. The tiles were in great shape but had some blue tiles here and there, so the surround also needed to be sprayed. We had a stone-look finish put on the tiles, and it is beautiful. Adam and Tom are very professional, very thorough, answered every question patiently and respectfully. They guarantee for 5 years but have assured me that with reasonable care, the finish can last 20 years (at which time we don't expect to be living here! lol).

Exceeded my expectations as they also refreshed a nonskid surface that had become grey over time at no extra charge.

Wow. He was prompt, efficient, no-nonsense, and personable. Yes it stinks for several days. It's not exactly "like new" in that, when the light strikes it you can see wavering, etc. But it is clean, white, and glossy. Looks great! It's hard to believe that they can do such a great job in place, and so quickly. He estimated 3-1/2 hours; it took a little under 3. He masked everything off (we just had the tile redone), and did a beautiful job. I do think $500 is kind of steep for 3 hours of work and a gallon of material or whatever. I far prefer this to replacing the tub though... the labor, the time, the mess, and the landfill space are not worth it, not to mention that a 1955 tub is higher quality than what we could get today for anything like the same price.

The provider did an excellent job and was courteous and professional. The process took two days, during which time we could not use the bathtub. The result was great! Today, well over a year after the service was completed, the finish still looks great and has held up well!

Went well, repaired crack, patched over holes for old sliding shower doors, repainted and looks like new.

He worked on it two separate days since he had to let it dry. He did a wonderful job. I would say that he did what he said he would and did it on time.

Great communication with this company with Adam going over every detail of what would be done and what was expected of us regarding preparation to have the best results. Detailed instructions on how to care for the surface was given and questions were encouraged. This was a 2-day process and on both days staff were right on time, left the premises without any mess to clean up. The work was completed in a very professional manner and the results of the work are excellent!

The initial meeting to determine what would be best was very thorough. They gave all the details we needed and answered our questions. The information we received about the intrusion within our home and our healthcare for ourselves and our pets relieved any doubt about proceeding with this project. We knew what to expect and looked forward to the finished product. The day of the refinishing we were prepared, and so was the technician. He was very quiet and proceeded with the work he was to do. From the beginning to the end took only about 6 hours. We couldn't use our tub or shower until the next day, but we have memberships, smile. he next day for inspection and/or touch up took only about 1.5hrs, and we could use the shower, etc by the evening. We are completely satisfied, and our surfaces are bright and beautiful! Thanks for the professionalism.

Everything went great. From the first phone interaction to the second day of application, everything was professional and thorough. Adam was very polite and considerate to our home and my kids. The bathtub looks fantastic. I am very happy with the product and with the service. We will be calling him again for our other bathroom when we are ready.

My tub and tile was really a mess...it now looks brand new. I was extremely happy with the results as well as the service provided by this provider. I definitely recommend people at least explore this possibility of getting a bathroom makeover.

Adam Burac stopped at out house on May 2016 to discuss what we wanted, give us ideas on the colors options and made very good suggestions, and provided a quote. The original quote also included the kitchen sink but we opted to keep the original porcelain sink. We choose this option to have a sink where there are greater cleaning options. We prepared the rooms based upon their instructions and their representative showed up on time and began preparing for the applications. Great care was taken in covering the surfaces in the area to ensure that the other surfaces were not affected by the application. This was a multistep process that took several days. They advised us of a potential smell in advance and they were right. We are glad they did since we were able to make arrangement for our pet. We started off with a powder blue bathtub and bathroom sink and they are not bright white and look great. The countertops were white tiles and had grout line clean issues The color option that was suggested and we chose was Rocky Road. We are very happy with the final results of the counter tops in both rooms. There is only one minor caveat. There were a few caulking issuers that were noticed after they left. It was brought to Adam's attention and was promptly taken care of. I wish there was a way to share before and after pictures. You would be impressed.

The process was very smooth and took about a day and a half. The "new" tub/shower looks great! Saved us the headache of ripping out the tub and shower surround and replacing the entire thing. Looks really good. There was a lingering smell for a couple days, but has since gone away.

Everything went very smoothly. He called a day ahead to let me know what time he would arrive and asked if he could start earlier. He arrived on time and thoroughly explained the process. He followed up the next day and showed me his work and some of his concerns and ways to fix it. He arrived on time the second day also. I was very pleased with his work and now we have a beautiful white tub.

I left a message for Adam & he promptly returned my call. He goes into great detail covering every inch of what the job will entail, how long it will take, preparations I needed to do before he began the job, cleaning products to use in the future - he is very professional & thorough. The job took 2 days - approx. 5 hrs. the first day then about 1 1/2 on the second day. He called me the night before to make sure we were still on then arrived promptly & ready to go on both days. He is very friendly, outgoing and trustworthy - and so hardworking. He is extremely careful to keep the door closed, window open & fan going to contain the smell - which I really barely noticed. I appreciated how neat & clean he was - everything was picked up & immaculate after each day's work. I LOVE my new bathtub - white & shiny - it looks like I purchased a brand new tub! Fabulous job & I highly recommend Adam. I also used Adam to refinish my daughter's bathtub - a Xmas gift. Hers was in very bad shape - a very dirty white and peeling badly from a previous job that was incorrectly done - not by Adam! She is very pregnant & was a bit apprehensive about the fumes but he reassured her after thoroughly discussing what was involved in the job. She & her husband are so excited with the outcome as it looks beautiful and now mom is looking forward to taking long bubble baths - something she would never do in the shape the old tub was in. I am so happy to have found Adam and his Miracle Method Surface Refinishing & plan on using him to come back for yearly buffing of my tub to keep it so beautiful. I'm so glad for Angie's List as that is how I found Adam after reading all the good reviews & seeing his high ratings. I truly wish everyone I hired was as professional, courteous & thorough as Adam.
