Description of Work: Scott performed as promised, was on time, and found problems I had missed. His information was instrumental in my decision NOT to purchase an investment property because of potential repair costs. He did not exceed his area of expertise, as he suggested I use a basement consultant to evaluate basement repair costs.

 + -1 moreHe was most helpful. He came over many times to check and went into my attic. He even brought over another roofer who has a very good reputation, particularly in the Brookfield area. He inspected my roof and found all the problems that were in the initial re-roofing that had been done last summer. He wrote up a report for me and took photos of all of the faults and had it all documented in a beautiful booklet.
Description of Work: He inspected mainly my roof. I had a new roof put on and the work that was done was bad. The roof leaked after it was put on. He came over to look at it and help me on how to handle it.
