Although their quote was too high for our budget at this time, it still was a reasonable price. When our budget can afford it. we would definitely call them. The owner was very friendly and professional.

The picked up the piece as I am senior citizen and was afraid to transport it. Since it cost more than my initial $99. investment, they picked it up and delivered it back to me for no charge. The table now looks great in my living room and has many memories for me.

Made initial contact with the provider but it seems like he did not want to do the work so i did not continue with the service.

I brought Charles a desk in MANY pieces and a few weeks later it was back together as good as new. I'm thrilled with how it turned out, and would definitely use them in the future.

It went well - no more squeaks or flexing in chairs when you sit down. The deal was reasonable. I had a few extra chairs done above the deal and those were expensive.

They refused to refund my $99. They did offer to refinish an item for up to a year. I'm through.

Great! The refinishing was beautiful; table looks new again. They applied a coating that resists further 'abuse', like drink rings. All the people I contacted were friendly, as well as professional, and obviously competent. The table was done when promised and I am very happy with the work, especially that table is very special to me, sentimentally.

It took a while for him to respond, but eventually we set up an estimate. He came out to our neighborhood in an old van. He and his wife sat out in front of our house for 15 minutes. I finally went out front. They got out of the van and introduced themselves. They looked at the table and chairs. He handed me an estimate for about $650. I informed that the estimate was shockingly high and my wife will call them to let them know if we want to go with the work. I ended up getting someone else to do the work for under $400. I feel like they just raised the estimate to try to make more money. It was just an odd experience and an outrageous estimate.

I was very happy with the service that he provided for me. He was very friendly and I had total confidence in him from the moment I dropped off the chair. He was professional and very easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. I will be taking more items to him to restore for me. A very pleasant man!

Charles did a great job; he is professional and a great communicator. Not only did he refinish my chairs but, since they lacked seats, he found someone to make seats and gave me multiple options in that regard. Handled this all himself. I would definitely use his services in the future. I used two of his Angie's Big Deal certificates, which is helpful.

When I first contacted this firm, I was impressed by how easy Charles was to deal with. He gave clear and excellent information about the location of the shop and the job was finished on time. I bought the table years ago for $99 on sale and really like its size and how well it stood up to use. I am delighted to have it back on the job and looking better than new.

Did an absolutely beautiful job! However, I used a $99 big deal coupon supposedly worth $200, and was surprised to learn I'd have a $55 balance due after I bought it and was committed... despite the fact that we picked it up rather than having it delivered afterward, which would have been another $50. Perhaps I just don't know what the going rates for furniture refinishing are, but this was a flat, level, roughly 20" X 40" table-top only.

I delivered rocker to place of business. They helped me take it into the shop. They understood my problems and concerns. We agreed on a completion date and that I would be notified when the work was completed. I was not notified by the time agreed upon. A week later I called them and a week after that the job was completed. The work done was outstanding and I will use their services again. But I am concerned that because the project was small it was a low piority for them. Maybe because I had a coupon.

CT came to my house to pick up the piece, which I considered important, because I've had three back surgeries and am unable to lift heavy or bulky items. I personally think he did a wonderful job. I told him I didn't need the item quickly, and that I just wanted the job to be done correctly.

It went very well. These folks do excellent work on their refinishing and repair. Very pleasant to work with and will accommodate your concerns.

I can't find enough words to express my satisfaction with Charles and his work. The work done on the lid is perfect! He had perhaps a 2x2 piece of somewhat undamaged veneer to match. Due to the humidity, there were times that work was delayed, and Charles called to let us know that he wouldn't be able to get the lid to us as soon as he'd planned. So not only did he do outstanding work, he also kept us up to date on his progress. Awesome, professional, outstanding, and fantastic are the only words I can find to describe my impression of Charles & his work. I have a desk & chair that will need to be refinished eventually, and I will definitely use him for that project as well. I am absolutely delighted with the match between the lid & the chest. I was unable to remove the lid on my own, so he did it for me, and when he returned it, he reinstalled it as well. This was done according to an Angies List Big Deal coupon which was $99 for $200 worth of refinishing.

Commodes held the ewer and pitcher for bathing in the bedroom. There was considerable staining from the water on the top of the commode. That's all gone! CT Refinishing did the insides of the the drawers and cupboard. Everything opens and closes better now. They also did the backside. They met my expectations and more. I was told six weeks, it was done in five weeks. Everyone I met, whether owner or employee, was professional and courteous. I always appreciate such attitudes.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon intending to have CT finish a dresser that was already stripped. Part way through the first one, I added a second dresser - this one needed to be stripped and refinished. Minor repairs were needed on one. Both turned out excellent! Charles stayed in contact with me throughout the process and had me check the color to be sure it was exactly what I wanted. Even when one piece was done he had me stop by and be sure it was exactly what I was expecting (and would have redone it if I was not). Charles and his crew are craftsmen! They really are experts in matching color and finishing. The results are truly professional. I would not hesitate to use CT Refinishing again. The price was fair for the work.

It was awesome. He did a great job. I am planning for him to do the upholstery for me now. He was accessible to me. He came out even if he was in the back room to check what I've had and he was very friendly. He guided me through everything and he called me when it was ready. When I pulled up, they knew I was coming, so one of the young men in the back actually came out and brought the chair in, and carried it out for me. And I could have handled it myself but they did it anyway. They showed me around the shop. You could say the place could be a little cleaner, but it is a refinishing shop. The price was probably fair.
