The project went very well! Excellent workers. Did the job to my satisfaction. I asked for the most experienced worker! Had him before.

It was very well. They are extremely professional and punctual. They do very good workmanship. They have good follow up. We have used them off and on for 2 years.

From the very start, our experience with Callen Construction was great. Adam, our sales rep, was courteous and knowledgable, helping us make the most informed decision for our project - there were certainly more expensive options out there when looking at skylights, but Adam made sure to show us items that made sense for the location and amount of space we had. From there, the installation was a month or two out, but when all was said and done, the whole skylight installation was fantastic! The unit looks wonderful and the guys that put it in did a great job and the drywall looks like it had never been removed - and believe me, there was a sizable part missing after the install of the skylight! Looking at it now, you'd NEVER suspect we had a new one installed - it looks THAT good! Adam came by again to check things out and will come back AGAIN in a year - how many companies stand by their work like that? I have nothing but praises to sing for Callen Construction and will recommend them to all of my friends and family - not to mention they're now my go to company when it comes to anything having to do with my house!

They were over the top professional. Scheduling was super and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

I had multiple estimates and all said the whole thing had to be replaced. But only Callen seemed to take the time to explain all they would do, and include all the finer points of a professional job. Their installation sounded much more professional than any of the others (vinyl , wood, alternatives). I went with Marvin Infinity windows, a little more expensive than Pella wood, and a lot more than vinyl. But a lot cheaper than Tod and Tod . I am very pleased with their work. They even took care of another exterior problem I had while they were here at a very modest extra cost. I would definitely consider them again for a future project because of their overall professionalism and great finished product.

The two-person window work crew and two-person exterior crew were highly skilled, professional, and personable. The pride they took in doing high-quality work was always evident. They kept us in the loop on progress and issues.

I'm not sure that I'd consider them for a larger basement remodel if they can't help me with a smaller job of having the basement egress window installed. Seems like a bit of a foul ball to me.

The estimate price for this job was 7-$10,000. We put down a $250.00 deposit, so far have nothing but cancelled appointments. Last night, my sister traveled out there to meet with the interior person for and appointment. When she got there, the women said she did not have any appointment; however the receptionist had it in the books. The women refused to see my sister still. I called the receptionist today and asked the manager to call me, he never called.

The Workers were friendly and professional and completed the project with great expertise and quality workmanship.

The design experience was excellent. Marie listened to us carefully so the elements in the bathroom are what we hoped for. Construction > a prevision had some glitches. I was home most days which helped avoid big issues.

Callen was the team leader with their own tradesmen to do the tear out based on a plan developed with their designer. Subs were all experienced with a showpiece! I'm even recommending to family. I'm spreading the word!

Workmen (carpenters) arrived on time, worked, answering our questions. Work is beautifully done. Modifiations had to be done to fit the windows in the opening. The men were careful and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They left the area clean.

The men were courteous, professional, and pleasant. The job was completed in a short time.

Overall, it went very well. There were a few minor glitches along the way, but they were very responsive in clearing things up. Christopher Wittmann was especially wonderful to work with. He explained everything very patiently. The workers were professional and knowledgeable. You can tell that one of this company's values, beyond just doing good work, is care and respect for the customers. Even though they were more expensive than the others I contacted, I believe I got my money's worth. The only reason I gave a "B" to cost is because they seem to spend a lot on marketing.

Calender of work schedule given at start of job so we knew what to expect with schedule. All contractors were polite professional & mindful of keeping area tidy & protected.

All your workers were on time and seemed very proficient in their work windows look great! The guys were very polite and friendly I an always impressed by them!

Crew was on time and very respective of our time and leaving the house as clean as when they came in. Estimates, both time and cost was met. No additional costs. We are very happy with the windows.

After much weather delays, it was done quickly. The crew was very friendly and answered all questions.

The installers did a superb job. We were told they would "work clean", but that was an understatement. We did our part by removing items from 2 feet around the windows as well as drapes, but did pay a bit more to have blinds removed and replaced by them. The crew put up plastic barriers around the indoor workspace and protected the flooring around each window as they moved through the house. After each one was done, they used a shop vac to clean up all traces of debris from the work. They took care to keep track of all the hooks around which the cords for the blinds are wound so they could be re-mounted onto the new window trim. They cleaned up their worksite outdoors every evening before they left, and when the entire job was completed, they even swept out much of our garage! I especially commend Eric, who was the lead on this job and his assistant, Kyle. They were helped by others, but the two of them did most of the work. Wade, who is the head of the crews for windows, did a great job when the sliding door hardware presented a problem. He and Eric worked to try and solve the problem, but have contacted Marvin to replace the faulty panel. We have every confidence the problem will be resolved to our satisfaction. These were not at all the cheapest windows we could have purchased. I think those are the ones outside in the dumpster on our driveway right now. We feel we spent more but have gotten a very good product and excellent workmanship in terms of installation. We would recommend Callen to anyone looking for a contractor for replacement windows.

I had a rough idea of what it would cost to insulate my attic and their quote turned out to be 4 times higher than the other ones I received and the work that was done. I didn't use them, their work could be great but I would shop around first to make sure you are not paying more than you should.

Quote appointment on time – no pressure. Two installers on time, worked as team, spotless and clean. One Steiner – on time, made perfect color. Extremely efficient. Totally satisfied.

They were great at customer service. One of my windows popped out when I cleaned it and the guy came right out and helped me put it in. They were great and we enjoy our windows. The windows were expensive but the windows were great.
