Company was very professional from the start to completion of this project. Application crew was excellent to work with. Project was completed on time despite some challenging weather conditions, Workers were polite, considerate and displayed pride in their work.

Callen's 2-person window team arrived at 0800 on September 25, 2015. They introduced themselves and proceeded to inform us as to their process for removal of the old window and installation of the new Infinity Bay window. We also discussed an existing air leak in the window area, which they took into consideration during the installation process. They proceeded to lay protective tarps indoors. They also talked to us about how to protect the evergreen carpet plants on the outside from damage. Removal of the existing window took place without incident. All along the way, the team lead kept us informed, asked questions for clarification and showed us issues from the existing installation, rotted wood, etc. Reframing was done to accommodate the new window. Installation of the new Infinity Bay Window was done meticulously, insuring no damage was done to the existing bench-seat and woodwork. This included recommendations for additional insulation. The Callen team also made available for the future staining team, additional pieces of the original woods and new window materials to match the stain of our existing woodwork. The total installation was completed the same day, as promised. We then scheduled the staining for October 20 - 21, 2015. On October 20, 2015, the Callen staining team arrived and proceeded to review the installation and discuss with us the stain colors, application and care. This was a 2-day process. Day 1 - Preparation and staining. Day 2 - Sanding and application of the finish coating. Both were done very professionally and they, 'provided the workmanship as if this were their own home'. Both teams did a very professional and excellent job.

The work on all jobs were excellent. The craftsmanship was perfect. The men working on all jobs kept us up to date on progress.

Everyone on this project were professional, prompt and neat. The crews were on time and left the project in perfect shape. Showed us what they were doing and why it mattered.

We have had Callen install Infinity windows and Pella bay window in recent past. Always on time. Friendly, courteous, not too chatty! there were glitches in the installation but supervisors came over, found solutions without delay.

We initially talked to them at the Milwaukee home show and they were as nice as anyone else there until we mentioned that we live in West Allis, then the conversation got terse and the rep was visibly scanning the crowd for someone else to talk to (and it was pretty empty that day). "Here's a brochure, you can call if you want." Wierd, but we thought maybe he was just having an off day. Tried to set up an appointment a few weeks later, they cancelled. Fine, things happen. Set up another appointment - the guy shows up late (~630pm), says it's too dark to do a walk-around, and that he forgot all his materials anyway so he can't talk about options, pricing, etc. We were a little annoyed since we'd both left work early for the appointment but still asked to reschedule - he promised to call in a day or two. We never heard back from them; not the sales guy, or the office. Maybe our job was too small for them? (16 windows + siding, over $35k) Maybe he was just having a bad day? At least we're on their mailing list now, so every time a flyer or "special offer" from Callen shows up we smile and throw the fire pit behind out beautifully remodeled home :)

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THESE PEOPLE!!!! They were meticulous and creative with the design. The contract was clear and they stuck to it and the timing. All the factions involved (heating, electrical, carpentry) all worked together amzingly well. The project turned out beautifully and just how I invisioned!! I was really impressed with everyone that showed up! They were very professional and truly worked well together.( Ex. when the heating guy ran into a snafu, the electrical guy was there within 20 min and they worked it out.) Communication with the project manager was terrific. He answered my calls, texts or emails very promptly and he kept me apraised of everything. There was clearly a concerted effort to keep us happy, to which they greatly suceeded!! The Infinity windows are wonderful!! I choose this company because they had the window I wanted but I would choose them again because of the qwuality of the people and the workmanship. I went into this thinking they were pricey but when I saw the detail and the workmanship, I feel I got my monies worth! This was my project and my husband wanted nothing to do with it but in the end he wished they had built our whole house!! We love the room and, like I said, I can't say enough good things about this experience. While I haven't dealt with upper management, they must be doing something right as they have happy, skilled staff. This company is a class act with quality workmanship.

They were excellent. They were nice. They sealed the whole house off from dirt and grime. They carried the windows up 3 flights of stairs on their shoulders.

Lance our salesman was very helpful in selecting the style and features available for our doors and windows. Wade our project lead took our project through from start to finish with all on his crew. Very professional and knowledgeable. All was delivered as promised on time.

The installation crew performed the work at the time promised. However, due to a failure to properlly anticipate the difficulty in locating a source for Cream City brick, followed by an early change in Novembe weather, the exterior masonry work was completed in April, '15, rather than November, '14.

Well it went just fine. Doing the insallation. We have a very small attic so I suppose it was hard to get in there.

The visit to Callen went fine. It was on time and the representative was professional . We met on a Wednesday and I asked for an estimate by Monday. That did not happen and I called late on Wednesday for the estimate. It was a thousand more than another provider. The salesperson said he could have e- mailed it to me , but just gave me a quick estimate over the phone. I thought he was going to e- mail the specifics, but I never received anything. Never heard from him again. Maybe my project was not big enough for them to care. Weeks later when my project was finished by another provider I called Callen to let them know I was very disappointed in how my visit was handled. Mike the sales manager was very apologetic and admitted the sales person goofed on the communication for this project. If the sales person is too busy or ill don't they have someone else to take over?

Started project as per provided schedule. They were on time & listened to any suggestions we made or asked for. Worked well & adapted to unforeseen obstacles. Very professional.

I like their professionalism. As far as dislike, we had a little loss of continuity at a project due to personnel change, but they remedied it and handled the issue promptly. The price was a very fair price for what was done.

The positives: We worked with Adam who was very polite, knowledgeable and prompt. We are new homeowners and Adam spent the time to answer all of our questions. He responded in a timely manner and overall gave great customer service. The crew was clean and left the house in good condition after each night. The not-so-positives: The job took longer than expected, several months. We were ultimately okay with this and understand climate and time of year (December/January) had a lot to do with it. The biggest not-so-positive was that we weren't told the truth when the crew forgot to install the ridge vent. The project manager (not Adam) was new to the company and told us they needed to come back out to widen the area around the ridge vent so more air flow could come in. The real truth was the roofing crew (which is sub contracted) forgot to install the venting after installing the entire roof. We learned the truth when Adam apologized immensely for the mishap during the final sign off, which is when we told him what we were told. He of course apologized again. I called Phil Callen as well to let him know what happened and he too apologized. We were told the new employee was talked to and just didn't understand the "callen way." We have a lot of projects lined up for our house and would give Callen another try, we would just request a new project manager.

It went very well, the windows are very nice and the job was done well.

They put up the new wall boards and painted. They do very good work and back it up. They are a little on the expensive side, but we've been happy with their work. We had one issue and they came back repaired the shower and resealed it. There was no problem and they came back within a couple of days of us talking to them. I would use them again.

They are a good family organization. Easy to work with.

Fairly well. 2 workers arrived and worked without a break until the job was completed. One worked on the inside while the other on the outside. Laid protective plastic down to prevent stains on carpeting. Very thoughtful. Even washed the windows after installation.

Site was nicely cleaned up after their installation. Project looks great.

This is our 2nd major project with caller, They have good ideas and work to a very high standard.
