I requested detail be added to my survey.

New home for me purchased last summer. I wanted a plat survey for peace of mind and so I understood where my yard boundaries were. I now have a current set of plat surveys thanks to Bill's great work.

This was a great experience. I needed one monument marker located to determine one side of my property. After getting a quote for $700.00 from another company, I began my search. I called another company and Bill was recommended for this work. I had not called him as he is located in Muskego, quite a distance from Fox Point Wi. This was no issue for him as he was doing work in the area anyway. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He did this work in a timely manner and was very careful to be precise in his work. He confirmed the other monument markers that I had already located and located the one that I could not locate. I found his work to be reasonable and it is clear that he enjoys his work. I highly recommend him for any survey work that needs to be done.

Requested a quote through AL and Bill responded promptly and professionally. With terms agreed, we mailed a check to cover the retainer portion ($225) of the job. Upon receipt, Bill contacted us and said when he expected to perform the field portion of the work. He arrived as planned, despite our first snowfall of the season and the less-than-ideal conditions and carried out his task in a workman-like manner. We went outside and introduced ourselves and Bill was friendly and professional. He answered our questions thoroughly and was pleasant to work with. Once the field work was completed, he prepared the plat drawing and mailed this to us about a week later, which seemed a reasonable amount of time. We were not pressed for time so we did not inquire about expediting the process. Bill gave us the impression of a man who enjoys his profession and we very satisfied with both Bill and his work. We would definitely employ Bill again should we need this type of work done.

We were incredibly impressed with Bill's work. He was responsive and able to survey our property much sooner than we were expecting. He came on a Saturday and we received our documents by Wednesday. We recently moved into our house and have been working with many different vendors and Bill was, by far, the most professional person we have worked with. He was very punctual and provided us with adequate information about himself, the process, and our options. You could tell that he is truly passionate about his work. The price seemed fair and we were pleased with the entire experience.

Bill was very friendly, responsive, and professional. He was thorough and came back several times because he wanted to ensure he was doing the best job possible in surveying the property. He also did a background check on the history of the property to confirm he had the most up-to-date information. He was using top-notch equipment that allowed a very efficient survey process. He provided multiple copies of the survey and was reasonably priced. I would use his services again.

What a genuinely nice guy! He was on time, professional, was diligent and did exactly what I wanted. Huge smile, and one of the nicest guys you could meet.

Went very well. Called Bill mid week and he emailed me a proposal within 2 days and was out to do the leg work that Saturday. Bill was friendly and very helpful. Not even a week later I have 3 copies of the Plat of Survey in hand and can proceed with my project. Very impressed with how quick it was done and would recommend and used him again.

In preparation for the building of a new garage we had to have a survey completed. Used Angie's List to get names and referrals. Ended up using Bill Karpen from Bill's Land Survey. We are extremely happy and satisfied with his services. He was very professional, thorough and the survey was completed in a very timely manner. Could not have asked for better service. Contacted Bill about survey our property, got a fast response from him, went over what I was needing. Great communication always kept us updated, work was completed faster then I thought it was going to take, and was done perfectly.

Bill is fantastic! We were in the middle of winter (and snow on the ground) when first contacted. He came out to the property and did what he could until the snow was gone. Once the snow had melted, he was promptly back out to finish the survey. The map is FANTASTIC. Really, a work of art. (Seriously; I might frame a large copy in my office.) Doesn't even compare to a copy of a neighbor's survey that was provided for reference. All improvements are shown in detail, with topographic details and precise measurements. He also dug into easements and clearly indicated those on the plat. I received a PDF, paper & AutoCad versions. Unfortunate that I won't need his service at this location again! Thanks Bill!

He hasn't even come out to the property yet, but he was the first surveyor that wasn't a salesman and was pleasant to talk too. I go by "feel" and even though I've never met him, he IS the guy we're going with! Gentleness and kindness go a long way! Sorry to the big-wigs who quoted me more, just because of where I live and were curt. Bill is ole' school and perfect for this homeowner! :)

I will not bore you with details other than I never even met Bill physically and he took care of everything I asked and more. I would not hesitate to call Bill or recommend Bill to anyone needing a property survey. You can't get any better than his service; 11 Stars out of 10!!! Thank You again Bill!

It went very well. Bill works hard to meet all customer needs. He did some extra items for us that popped up along the way. He's great to work with and would highly recommend him.

He told us how to use the existing survey and to contact the person who did the original survey to identify the lot lines. He did not unnecessarily take our money.

Bill answered all our questions during the survey process. Very detailed. Pleasant personality.

Bill is both professional and personable. He loves his work, is good at it, and enjoys talking about what he's doing. He has good technology and provides thorough results. He was the most affordable -- and the most responsive -- of four surveyors I contacted for estimates. The detailed drawing he prepared will be a valuable reference for the rest of our time on this property, and probably for the next owners as well.

Bill is pretty awesome. I've been planning on putting a shed up but was limited in space in my back and side yard since my house is set so far back from the road. I figured I'd get a survey done and know for sure what I had to work with. I sent him an email and he called me back the next morning. We set our arrangement over the phone and he showed up in a couple days to get to start work. After completing the work he was even kind enough to send me the CAD file he created for my plat. I use CAD software for a living so it made it easy for me to draw the layout for my shed and wiggle it around to see where I could fit it. I even gave a copy of the plat to the zoning and code officials in my village and they were really impressed. Awesome guy, awesome service, awesome deal!

Bill completed this job promptly, professionally, and competently. He is great to work with and is obviously driven to provide great customer service.
