Description of Work: We needed a new survey for a new detached garage. Bill found and marked property corners, confirmed existing lot dimensions (1.25 acres), located and detailed most everything in our yard (shed, pool, cement slabs, utility easements, etc.) on the new survey. He also placed several stakes at my request to accurately locate a property border so that I could determine where exactly the setback for the new garage would be. Bill was very professional and courteous. I'd use Bill's services again and recommend him to others.

Description of Work: Bill is excellent. I originally contacted him to provide a survey for my dads lot in Cudahy preceding the construction of a new garage. Bill was fantastic with his communication and follow up, and his work was superb. It turned out that due to the city not alerting us to some requirements, we needed additional work done. Bill understood the situation, helped us out with what additional services we needed, and even gave us a price break on the new work. He gave my dad a senior citizens and veterans discount, and was kind and professional throughout. He's a great guy who does great work and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

 + -1 moreI needed a survey for a fencing permit for a property of less than 1/10 of a acre in the city. I had a pretty good idea of where the property lines were because the houses are very close together. Bill gave me a very reasonable price for installing permanent corner markers and providing drawings of the property (with no drawing of the house). He demonstrated great customer service, very punctual, professional and thanked me for the work. Our property was rectangular so the corner markers and certified drawing were really all we needed and the other surveyors we contacted were trying to sell us more than we needed. He prepared 4 certified copies and let me know that he could give me more anytime. He dropped them off at my house the day after the survey was done. Bill was a true pleasure to work with and got the job done very quickly after the request.
