The entire process went extremely well. Jeff was prompt. He explained what he would be doing and how long the process would take. As he proceeded he would discuss his findings and recommendations. He also would entertain questions at any time. At the end of the inspection he discussed his complete findings and recommendations. All was very helpful.

Jeff was referred to me by my brother and he did a fantastic job. I’m a first time home buyer so needless to say, I’m proceeding cautiously with the entire process. I require a bit more patience and a lot more explanation than most (he also had the patience to deal with my 3 years old bouncing off the walls). He went to to the home to inspect first thing in the morning and asked that I arrive a little later. He went through the entire home, then went through everything in great detail with me when I got there. He gave me plenty of opportunity for questions and was a wealth of knowledge based on his years of experience and background. Jeffrey clearly explained all of his observations. He began with a general statement, took the time to get to know our backgrounds so he could tailor his explanations to our knowledge (or in our case, lack thereof), and went through each item carefully. The walk-through was detailed and helpful, and he offered his thoughts on the difficulty of addressing each issue. He also articulated the issues that needed attention sooner, while noting the ones that could wait.

Jeffrey did a fantastic job with a home inspection (and radon testing) done as part of an offer to purchase. He was remarkably thorough and exceptionally professional, living up to and exceeding his company's "Due Diligence" name! There were not many issues with this home, but Jeffrey still offered a full report of more than 100 pages with tons of photos. This made negotiations with sellers very straightforward. We were very grateful for his work and will call him again.
