"This is in regards to On Call Charlie. On august 17, 2023 he came to my condo to replace bi fold closet doors and install closet hanging system. He was hired for 2 tasks and only able to complete, as the closet door was incorrect size. He advised me to contact him when I obtained the right size door, which I did multiple times by email, text and voice mail with NO response. So Charlie got paid for 2 tasks and only completed 1. The second person they scheduled to finish the task did not speak English nor did he comprehend the task! The third man, Marcus was great. Your costumer service needs a lot of improvement Excessively long hold times, hard to understand and just kept passing me on to Another person. I asked for a manager and I guess thatâ  s not allowed by your company. Despicable! I have notified the Better Business Bureau. Isnâ  t this similar practices that required you to pay over a seven million dollar fine. I will never use your company and encourage everyone I know not to! Just terrible! You should be ashamed as a company treating customers the way you do!"
