The services were exactly as advertised. I was impressed with the professionalism and completeness of the work. I would recommend them to a friend that was looking to have cleaning done.

I recently purchased four hours of house cleaning from Capitol Cleaning as part of the Angieslist Big Deal. Soon after my purchase, I was contacted by Cheryl to schedule the cleaning and make the necessary arrangements. Cheryl was easy to communicate with, and her crew did a great job addressing my list of priorities (bathrooms and kitchen). They were punctual, thorough, and professional. Should I need/want additional house cleaning in the future, I won't hesitate to use them again.

This is the first time that I've ever used a cleaning service and I've been SO happy with them! They have been cleaning for me once a month since the first of the year and I love coming home to an immaculate home. They do those "extra" things that I don't care to do and they work off a priority list, so the things I want completed are done. I highly recommend Dust Busters!

Quick response, set up an appointment exactly when I wanted. All the things on my list were done. Great quality job. We did a one time cleaning, I wish we could afford to have them on a regular basis. I'll probably call them just for twice a year deep cleaning of kitchen And bathrooms.

The wonderful thing about Cheryl and her crew is that they will do anything I ask them to do. I needed certain items moved and put in certain places which were done very carefully. She wrapped precious things that needed to wrapped very carefully and moved them for me as well. The bathroom and kitchen were cleaned thoroughly and helps me get organized as well, along with her excellent suggestions. She isn't just a house cleaner, she is also a house organizer. Also, she is very easy to relate to, takes my suggestions, is very flexible to work with in terms of time and date. I would highly recommend her.

Dust Busters is wonderful. I have never used a house cleaning service before, but I will not use another at this point. It was wonderful to come home to an immaculate, and I mean immaculate home. I am not someone who enjoys the meticulous cleaning items, and Dust Busters covers those areas. She even cleaned my vacuum cleaner itself! I will be definitely calling them again!

After meeting Cheryl and subsequently enlisting the services of her team at Dust Busters, the ?wow? factor just keeps on growing! After their complete and thorough initial entire home cleaning I signed up to have Cheryl take care of my home on a bi-weekly basis. Cheryl and her team are always very prompt, professional, courteous and very, very meticulous about my home. Cheryl is very inquisitive about the services that I seek and provides many observations and suggestions about items relating to my home that I had not even considered previously; the end result is that my home has never looked better! If you consider your home to be your castle, you would be wise to enlist the services of Cheryl and Dust Busters; they will always treat it as such. I can't tell you how much I look forward to coming home after Cheryl has completely gone through and taken care of my home!

When I called Dust Busters (spoke with owner Cheryl) I and asked if they needed to come to my home to give me an estimate - Cheryl said not really - she asked how long it takes me to clean my house the way that I wanted it cleaned and she would go from there. We decided to have her clean 1 1/2 hours this is two people cleaning. I live in a small cape cod - I asked for her to clean the kitchen, family room, master bedroom and master bath. I picked up the house before she came, so all she had to do was clean. It took her 1 1/2 hours to clean the kitchen and the family room. (The house was picked up and had the usual crumbs on the counter and hair on the floor to be cleaned). She told me it took her so long because of the "condition of my house". I told her I PICKED UP the house before she came - I didn't think I had to PRE CLEAN the house before the cleaners came. I told Cheryl I would like a refund for half the price of her cleaning, since she only cleaned 1/2 the house. Cheryl did mail me a check for half the cleaning price within a few days.

Cheryl and her team are awesome. They dig right in and get the dirt regular cleaning (and other cleaning services we've tried) miss. When they're done, the house feels clean. And they're all as nice as can be. Yes, they may cost a bit more than other services but you get what you pay for--exceptional cleaning and service. Two big thumbs up.

Cheryl and her team are great! They came for a thorough cleaning of our house, and we have them come on an ongoing basis. She was flexible in working with us to acheive a plan that we were comfortable with in terms of our goals and budget. The price is not cheap, but worth it to have the peace of mind of a trustworthy, consistent team and wonderful work. Love coming home to a sparkling house!!

The owner/main contact was professional in a way, but too casual and a bit abrupt. She was timely in her responses and in their cleaning times. There were a couple items they didn't put back in the correct places, but I let her know and she said she'd tell her staff promptly. The cleaning done was satisfactory and they appeared to complete my priorities. I would probably use them again.

Great Job! Everything went very well and Dust Busters did a wonderful job. Would definitely have them do more work for me at my rental properties.

There were 3 of them. They brought all of the own supplies, including a step ladder. They didn't get finished, as they ran out of time. They did the general cleaning, not any windows.

Cheryl was very professional. They performed a good deep clean of a home I had purchased. It was a last minute thing, and she was able to accommodate me on VERY short notice. They even did the cleaning on a Sat :) Great Job!

Were a little late, they worked quickly and did a great job. Did everything I asked them to do.

I called Cheryl to arrange housecleaning when I was moving out of my condo. She was very prompt at coming out to give an estimate and go through the house to identify exactly what would be done. She offered various options and discussed the expected price, breaking the work done to how much time each task would take. We came up with a plan together and she was able to work me in quickly and get the job done before the new owners moved in. Her work was to a high standard and the condo looked great when her crew was finished. Price was what we had discussed and very close to her estimate. I could not have been more pleased with her service.

It went fantastic. We just moved into a new house and Cheryl and her movers took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. Because of her services I was able to move in and go about my day to day business without having to worry about any previous messes from the last owner. I'd highly recommend her, and am so grateful for the quality of her work.

She is really interested in the people she cleans for. She is very caring, brings a lot of good energy and has a great attention to detail. She will go out of her for people. I have used her for over two years. I would highly recommend her to others.

It always goes well. Since March 2012, I have employed Dust Busters to clean my home. Cheryl and crew did an extensive post remodel cleaning and have been working bi-weekly for the past 16 months. Dust busters is thorough, reliable, and respectful of all surfaces (hardwood, stainless steel, granite, carpets). I extend my highest recommendation of this company. After selling our home recently, I thought I could do the final cleaning for the new owners all by myself. A few days before our closing date, I realized it was way too much work with everything else I was juggling. Several months earlier, someone had recommended DustBusters as a great cleaning service. I took a chance that maybe they might have an opening. I called Cheryl and she couldn't have been nicer! She did some schedule juggling and got me in the day before our house closing. She and her team did a great job. The home was deep cleaned, polished and looked spectacular for the new owners!
