Capital Cleaning and Concierge is always reliable and does all work with excellence. We are a corporate housing company , and are thrilled with the services provided. We have worked with Capital Cleaning and Concierge from 9/2014-to present.

I did it every four weeks. The owner was excellent and was very responsive to any needs. Personally, for us, we just felt like the company was getting too big. We felt like the quality started to slip a little bit, compared to when it was a little smaller, and then price, expense-wise. And then one time they just did not show up, that was kind of like the last straw for me. I will not use them again for regular, but, maybe, for a one-time thing.

CCC have been cleaning for me for a couple of years. I can highly recommend their cleaning service. They perform a thorough and detailed job cleaning my house from top to bottom. I will sometimes check those obscure areas of my home that tend to be forgotten and, sure enough, it's clean! I have two dogs and one cat and I rely very heavily on their biweekly cleanings to keep my house maintained and hair and dust cleaned up. They are absolutely the best cleaning service I have had in the Madison area. The pricing is totally worth the quality of the service they provide. It also helps the owner keep employee turnover lower by paying higher wages which I think is very key to a successful business model. Having to constantly train new employees tends to dilute the quality of service, in my experience. The owner couldn't be more professional and responsive. I'm very satisfied.

Fantastically! Cheryl and her crew responded immediately to my inquiry, came right over and came up with a plan. They ended up having to come back 2 more times, but by the time they finished, the house was transformed, so clean that I felt so much better about moving in !

This service is worth every penny knowing potential buyers didn't have to look at our house and judge that we are not great housekeepers, which is true, and extrapolate that our house as a whole was not well cared for. We have dogs and cats and there are some areas of the house that hadn't been attended to when we moved in or while we lived there (lower level laundry room as an example). We were comfortable and confident having Capital Cleaning in our home, with our animals present, while we were at work. Their ability to clean things we didn't think could come clean (our tub and flooring behind toilets) was simply amazing and their attention to detail (air vents, the oven, the dirt and animal hair out of the patio door & track). Our place sold after just the first few showings! We highly recommend Capitol Cleaning and plan on using them regularly for our new house.

Cheryl and her team were great. Shortly after I purchased the Angies List deal, Cheryl called and left a voice mail. Despite having a tight schedule, she was able to work us in. The team was incredibly thorough and did a great job. They have returned once since and I will be continuing with them on a bi weekly basis. What I am most impressed with is Cheryl's close communication and her flexibility. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this. If one thing doesn't work, she will find a way to work with you.

Cheryl and her crew came in and performed miracles. They got my house spotless and saved us countless hours of having to do it ourselves. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and attention to detail. I've used other cleaning services in the past and although good, this team makes my house spotless in places even out of sight like tops of moldings and trim work. They also work as a team and always have the same team leader every time, and usually the same team so that there is consistency, oversight and they know the house and what I like done.

Our house hasn't been this clean in years! Our cleaning plan called for an initial "major cleaning" to reach all the areas our previous cleaner had neglected. Our 2 new cleaners were very friendly and worked extremely hard. They cleaned for well over 3 hours and exceeded our expectations in every way! Cheryl also followed up with us the next day to make sure we were satisfied. We couldn't have been happier with the results!

I called Monday for a last minute cleaning - I needed someone by the weekend and didn't have high hopes of finding a quality service on such short notice. Cheryl was able to accommodate my last minute request, even coordinating well past business hours and following up the next day to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. The CCC team came today (Thursday) and our place looks great. They even stayed longer than I had asked for to finish up the job, at no extra cost! I am really happy with the work they did - they didn't even mind our 2 dogs hanging around while they worked. We have a 3 month old, so housework has sort of fallen by the wayside. It's such a relief to have a clean house again. I will absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for professional, quality cleaners.

They are punctual, professional, and above all detail oriented. They do a simply amazing job cleaning the house to your exact specifications. I couldn't be happier with the job they do. They're on the expensive side, but it's well worth it for the peace of mind and sparkling clean home.

We haven't had our house deeply cleaned since we moved in 8 years ago - so it was needed! Cheryl and her crew cleaned everything. There was a lot of grease built up in the microwave vent as well as on top of the cupboards - our range was cleaner than I've ever seen it. They also did a great job on our hardwood floors and hit all the details like bathroom fixtures and baseboards. The house smelled fresh and clean (but not that antiseptic clean smell) when I returned. My dogs weren't sure we were in the right place. :) In addition to the great service and attention to detail, I really appreciate the communication from Cheryl. She did a walk through my house to give me a thorough estimate of how long the cleaning would take. Once we scheduled a cleaning, she texted me the day before to confirm - she then texted me when they were done and left a note. They customized their cleaning according to my needs and budget. I look forward to using Cheryl and her crew on a regular basis. It's obvious that they take pride in their work.

I started using Capital Cleaning and Concierge on February 17, 2015, and I've had a total of three home cleanings done. I'm now a regular customer, on an every-third-week schedule. I can't say enough about Cheryl and her crew of cleaning managers. They are professional, courteous, respectful, and hard-working. Best of all? I come home from work and walk into a clean home! Magic! I would definitely recommend Capital Cleaning and Concierge for home cleaning. They provide concierge services, too, (from plant watering to party planning, and everything in between, as I understand it), and, although I'm only familiar with CCC's cleaning services, I would not hesitate to hire them should I ever need concierge services in the future.

It went pretty good. They were okay and they came back like two or three times. They were not as efficient as I would have liked so I will not have them back. There were 3 or 4 ladies who came out and spent 4 hours cleaning. They just move very quickly, I have two small children and I don?t want people to come in and out. They just talked a lot. But they were nice but they were not very efficient as I would have liked so I will not have them back. There was no additional charge apart from the $159 big deal. They are okay but the woman who runs it is not very organized and I think she has a hard time growing the business personally. But if I will need someone in an instant, I will call them.

Capital Cleaning & Concierge was highly responsive, punctual, and did outstanding work. They worked around our schedule, and left the house immaculate. I consistently received email replies within 2-3 hours from Cheryl. She asked very detailed and relevant questions to ensure our move-out cleaning needs were met. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Never had any problems. They vacuum, dust, clean the floors and do the bathrooms. Will customize their services to your needs. Extremely flexible if scheduling issues arise. They went out of their way to reschedule to a different day when that became necessary.

I'm very happy with the results. Though I'm a first-time customer, Cheryl was able to get me in before my Christmas party next week, as I had requested. The crew was punctual and considerate. The cost of the work was very reasonable given the high quality of service. Prior to the appointment, I gave Cheryl a prioritized list of everything we wanted done. She said they would get through as much of the list as possible within the timeframe we agreed upon. The crew got everything done on the list. My house is sparkling clean, and smells great. Will definitely use this service again.

I have used several cleaning services over the years with the same results; with the first visit there are promises made and I am somewhat satisfied with how my home has been cared for. But soon after that the quality and consistency of the work and level of the service that I was promised and expect diminishes. After meeting Cheryl and enlisting her services, the ?wow? factor just keeps on growing every time they care for my home! Cheryl and her team are always very prompt, professional, courteous and very, very meticulous about the needs and expectations I have for my home. Considering how hectic my work, kids, sports and overall family life is, Cheryl?s concierge services have been a life saver and a major stress reducer. There are things that I just don?t have time for but am in very much need of and I can always count on Cheryl?s Concierge service to take care of it. Cheryl is naturally inquisitive about the services that I seek and provides many observations and suggestions about items relating to my home and solutions to my hectic life that I had not even considered previously. The end result is that my home looks awesome and I have more much needed time for the very important and special things in life!

They do immaculate work! Everything was perfect. I love having a cleaning service because then I can spend my precious non-working hours with my family.

I was very pleased with how they managed to fit in the full cleaning service on short notice at my convenience. They contacted me for more details to know exactly what I wanted/expected, had great communication all along. Staff was pleasant, arrived promptly, did a great job and the condo looked perfect to be ready to put on the market. Really happy with every aspect of the service. Will definitely use them again.

They do an outstanding job. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I feel very comfortable with leaving my apartment while they are there. I have been using them since July, and they very available when I call for them to come, as they come every other week. They are very personable, even when it may be a different cleaner here and there.

. They were to arrive at my house(per her email) between 10-1030. I scheduled a training appointment @ 1100. They arrived at 11:30. I told her "You are late". She had a surprised look on her face and I said" You were supposed to be here between 10 and 1030". She stammered"Well the traffic was heavy". I asked if she had my telephone number? She said yes. I then told her I missed a training appointment @ 11:00 that I could not get my $45.00 back because I did not give a 24 hour notice. I was very upset, angry. She stated she would write me a check for the $45.00, and hoped this would not affect a return cleaning or my review. I said "This is a one and you are done". She stated to me "I know you are angry, but I think you are too angry for this situation". There were 4 women , so spent 1.5 hours in my home. My priority list was the main level(approx 950 sq feet- living room, bedroom, bathroom, dressing room, kitchen) no inside cleaning of appliances, no bed making; .then the down stairs(approx 700 sq feet). I went outside to mow my lwn. She called me in at 1:00 to state they only had time to clean the main level. Since I live on he main level, it was not dirty. She stated it took one woman 45 minutes to clean the front of the refrigerator, it took another woman "a long time to clean the bathtub" and there was a lot of pet hair. I have a dog and cat that had been brushed the week before. I actually checked my trash and the trash bags, and found minimal pet hair- like maybe a third of my Dyson cylinder. I will try to attach a picture of the bathtub, which was not cleaned well at all, liquid body wash on the floor around the drain, and hair in the tub mat.,
