Cheryl got back to me quickly. Set up an appointment to view the house and give an estimate. We decided on a day and she made it happen. The crew did a great job and we are happily awaiting them each time they come. With my spouse and I both working full time and then some it is great to have a service we can trust so we can spend time with family instead of the dreaded cleaning day on the weekends!

Their work was excellent. We had a bathroom that was pretty trashed by our contractor (dirt and debris form the construction, paint spots all over our bathtub, etc). When they were done cleaning, it looked like a brand new tub. Sometimes I have had to re clean my house when I have used other cleaning services. My house was spotless, I will not need to re clean anything. Cheryl the owner came to look at my house to provide an estimate. She was extremely professional, prompt and honest about the evaluation. I appreciate her integrity, she told me what I could expect, what the quality of cleaning would be, and I got exactly what she promised.

Cheryl Schwarz and Capital Cleaning and Concierge are just excellent for house cleaning of either a light or a “full-deep-clean” nature. I have worked with various arrangements for house cleaning over the years and found Cheryl’s and her team’s attention to detail unprecedented. She also has great judgement: At a couple of points, I just told her I wanted X hours of cleaning and to make the biggest difference she could with that many hours. I was always happy with the results. She is probably a bit more money than others [I have not comparison shopped much], but without a *single doubt* it is worth it; in fact, I think my house stayed cleaner longer after her team, so she might have even saved me money in the long run.

The cleaning went well. The crew was very professional and efficient. My nanny and husband both commented that parts of the house seemed cleaner than after our previous cleaners were here. Price-wise may be on higher end to some but given our schedule, needs and the quality of work, will use again and would recommend to others.

Cheryl and her team did a very thorough job on my quite dirty house. The place was transformed. I did not comparison shop and mentally estimated the cost beforehand. I was not surprised at the estimate which might be a bit more than you would pay elsewhere, but *it is definitely worth the extra* money. Her team did a great job and I will definitely be hiring them again.

Cheryl and her crew have been cleaning our house for years. The are reliable and they do a fantastic job. They pay attention to detail - things like fixtures in bathrooms are always wiped down - things that other cleaners seem to miss. They work according to a list I leave each time - and they use products based on my preferences. In addition to quality work - Cheryl always lets me know when they'll be coming and is flexible if I need to switch days. She is extremely responsive to text messages.

It always goes very well. They listen and follow through on what you want done.I'm sure every homeowner is different in their prorities but I have been very happy. Not only are they hard working but very easy to have in my home.I highly recommend this service

It went, and goes, excellent every 2 weeks. The crew comes to our home and cleans it from top to bottom, including 2 stories, 2 full bathrooms, and a partially finished basement/laundry room. Everything you would expect: vacuuming carpets and rugs, hardwood, vinyl, and tile/stone floors cleaned, kitchen, dusting, bathrooms, blinds. You name it and they do it, and they do it very well. Usually a team of 2 to 3, sometimes more, can do hours of work in a short time as they spread out around the house. The owner is hands on and makes an appearance to help out and supervise every few sessions. This last week we needed some extra help polishing some tarnished silver, and the owner came over to instruct the crew on the proper techniques, which they then completed perfectly. If you need it done, Capital Cleaning will find a way to help you. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Cheryl’s team is fantastic and continues to amaze me. We’ve been clients of her team for over 10 years. The most recent addition to her services, condo watch, was something that we really valued. My husband and I travel a lot for work and we have pets at home. We hired Cheryl to clean and then condo watch for 2 days. Not only did we come home to a clean home, but we had peace of mind while we were away!

Cheryl and her team are very professional and pleasant. They follow a list of predetermined chores. The cost is high but she pays taxes and a higher than average wage to her staff. I'm happy enough but have had help in the past that would notice something and go out of their way to clean up something extra.

Cheryl and her team are consistently very thorough and detailed in their cleaning of my home. I have had them in my home for about two years. I work long hours and so it is a delight to come to a home that looks and feels clean and fresh. Most grateful for their services

They do an excellent job, are on time and can change days/times if necessary.

They were very prompt and efficient. Communication is ok. Even after leaving their service, I still get emails asking for my 'to do' list. This email that was sent also used 'cc' rather than 'bcc' which generated a 'reply to all' message from another client as well as access to emails for many of their clients.

Cheryl has been incredibly responsive and communicative. Before the first cleaning, she visited our home to take a tour and developed a detailed proposal based on our needs. We were switching from another company which we didn't find to be as responsive and thorough. After the first cleaning, our home was more clean than it had been since the other company started. I plan to work with them on a regular basis.

The cleaning services provided on my condo I just purchased were great! They did an impeccable job-- from bathrooms to kitchen and everything in between, we were so happy with the result. The 6 year old condo smelled and looked like a brand new place which was greatly appreciated as we made this new condo our home.

Cheryl and her team are an excellent fit for us. They help us clean the house thoroughly every other week. The team does a great job and is very responsive to specific requests or schedule changes. We have a (large) dog and two cats and they are always treated with respect during their visits. I highly recommend them for house cleaning services.
