Description of Work: replaced my furnace

Description of Work: They came out and did an inspection of my furnances. It turned out that I needed a new furnace for the upper unit (14 years old). The original furnance that was in the attic was not the correct type of furnance for that location and I was having issues with it for a few years. They determined that it would be better for me to purchase the correct furnance instead of spending the amount of money it would take to fix what was wrong with it. They were in/out and cleaned up as if they were never there. I will continue to use them to tune up my furnance and air conditioning.

Description of Work: New furnace. From start to finish all was well. Never felt pressured. Use them for checkups on furnace and a/c now. Very professional every time.

Description of Work: We bought a Lennox HVAC system from them almost 5 years ago and have had them do the preventive maintenance service. We had a few problems since we bought the system, but they addressed them promptly and effectively. We now have a contract with them for an annual check up.

Description of Work: Furnace and air exchanger maintenance

Description of Work: They installed a new high efficiency, 2 stage furnace including piping to the outside of the house. This price also included a new thermostat and their one year service maintenance.

Description of Work: Installed Furnace and set up for A/C installation this spring. Were on time and cleaned up any mess. Installation crew very responsive to my questions and were punctual and polite. Only issue I had was in pricing the units, we calculated the energy credits and salesperson was not clear on the details for the limits and I just did not know how the credits worked so I did get a small surprise at tax time as I had used energy credits the prior year. Oh well.

Description of Work: They replaced a flame sensor in the furnace and it has been working fine ever since.

Description of Work: Requested and quickly got an estimate from Ray. Estimate was about $700 higher than a different company, so we did not got with West Allis. Ray did a great job and later answered questions; would have gone with this company if not for much higher price.
