This company is AWESOME! From the moment, the representative picked up the phone to the time the project was completed it had to have been 1 hour MAX. The representative placed me on hold while she found the nearest available plumber, and they were out at the house in less than 30 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

This job was a real can of worms. There were no shut-off valves on the supply lines, the water shut-off to the house leaked, and the old plumbing was rusted tight. Matt, the plumber was very nice, unfazed by the problems, worked very hard, and got the job done. He was concerned that it would take longer than I had anticipated, and made a point of letting me know what was happening. The job did end up costing a lot, but it was a difficult job; I couldn't have done it, so I was happy to pay a professional who could.

We have used Taagen for a variety of plumbing repairs prior to this particular job, including addition of plumbing fixtures and they have invariably done a good job. They have always been responsive, reliable and very pleasant to deal with. On one occasion they came on Christmas Eve to un-block a kitchen sink on an emergency basis, as we had several guests expected the following day.

Very clean and courteous. Showed up on time and spent four hours replacing pipes and adding new drain lines. Left the job site clean and set up the pipes so they could easily be tiled around. Will return to set the bathroom tub and toilet after the floor and walls are finished. Even gave me some referrals to heating contractors and tub re-finishers.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT CONTRACTOR IN EVERY RESPECT. THEY ARE FAIR AND PROVIDE FAST AND RESPONSIVE SERVICE WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY OF WORK. WOULD MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY LARGE OR SMALL PLUMBING WORK.

I do not remember the exact amount paid as it involved three different times and jobs. The above is a guess. Nice guys to work with. Had entire crew out to fix sewer line including boss's wife in order to get the job done in one day. Worked late until it was completed so we were able to use our plumbing again. I feel very comfortable with them and trust them to do a good job at a reasonable price. Would use them again for any plumbing problem that comes up that I can't fix.

The Taagen brothers were awesome! They were easy to schedule, they showed up on-time and performed all the work on schedule. The final bill was exactly what they estimated. They were very professional, ultra clean and very thorough. I've had good plumbers do work for us in the past, but these guys are great plumbers. You won't be disappointed!

I WOULD USE TAAGEN PLUMBING FOR ANY PLUMBING JOB AND SUGGEST THEM TO EVERYONE. WE COMPLETELY REMODELED ENTIRE HOUSE AND PUT IN ALL NEW PLUMBING AND FIXTURES. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CONTRACTOR WE WORKED WITH.

JULIUS AND HIS BROTHER COMPLETED THE PROJECT QUICKLY AND CLEANED UP NICELY. I KNEW THEY'D CARE ABOUT MY PROJECT WHEN I NOTED THAT THEY CARED ENOUGH ABOUT THEMSELVES TO USE EYE AND EAR PROTECTION DURING ONE PHASE OF THE PROJECT!

STAFF WAS QUICK, EFFICIENT, AND CLEAN. CAME TO INSTALL GAS LINE, ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, INSTALLED THE GAS LINE, LEFT NO TRACE. EXCELLENT SERVICE. HAVE ALSO CALLED TAAGEN FOR COMMERCIAL WORK. RESPONDED QUICKLY AT 2:30 IN THE MORNING.

THE COMPANY DID NOT INSTALL NEW PLUMBING AS WAS INCLUDED IN THE BID. I PAID FOR TOTAL NEW INSTALLATION AND GAVE THEM A $2000 DEPOSIT FOR THE JOB. THEY FORGOT TO INSTALL A CAP ON THE HAND HELD SHOWER. THEY ALSO CRACKED ONE PIECE OF CERAMIC TILE AND I HAD TO PAY $200 FOR THAT REPAIR. I ASKED THE COMPANY TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE TILE REPAIR AND THEY SAID "THE CERAMIC TILE WAS INSTALLED DEFECTIVELY AND NOT SUPPORTED WELL". I ALSO PURCHASED THE FIXTURES MY SELF INSTEAD OF BUYING THEM THROUGH TAAGEN. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THE TILE IN THE BATHROOM HAD ALREADY PASSED INSPECTION BEFORE I FOUND THE TILE BEING CRACKED. THEY JUST WANTED THEIR MONEY. I DID RECEIVE A 10% ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT, BUT THE COST OF THE TILE REPAIR ATE THAT UP.

CALLED AND GOT A QUOTE FOR THE WORK OVER THE PHONE, BUT THEY WERE WILLING TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME A QUOTE. I AGREED TO THE PRICE AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING. THEY WALKED THROUGH AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO BEFORE THEY STARTED AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. AT THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB, THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY DID AND EXPLAINED ANYTHING THEY DID EXTRA OR DIFFERENTLY AND WHY. ALSO EXPLAINED HOW TO ATTACH THE FIXTURES ONCE I HAD FINISHED THE DRYWALL. THEY STUCK TO THEIR PRICE EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN THEY EXPECTED. DON'T KNOW IF THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE, BUT THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS UNMATCHED AND THEIR WORK VERY SOLID. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I AM VERY SATISFIED.

I BELIEVE THAT THE COMPANY IS MADE UP OF THREE BROTHERS AND THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY.
