Joe was very prompt. He helped me choose a toilet, picked it up and installed as promised. He cleaned up everything when finished and I would certainly use him again.

I called Joe at 7 am he called back at 7:37. He got to the house at about 2:30, replaced the ancient trap and grease trap and cleaned out the lines all the way to the stack. It took about an hour and know every thing works like new.

What a professional!!! Joe is wonderful!!! Will answer your calls right away. This is the 2nd time I have used him. This time my toilet was clogged and he came over when I was off work. When he was there we talked about getting a new toilet or changing the inners of the tank. Joe told me the prices and I decided to go with a new toilet. He told me the ones that he recommends and the prices also. I picked the one that I wanted and in a week Joe called me and asked what day would be better for him to come and install it. Joe went to the store and got the toilet for me, he came too the house after I got off work to put it in!!! Joe is very nice, upfront, and he cleans up after himself. I have recommended him to others already. If I have another problem, I will not hesitant to call him!!

Found the floor drain backing up on a Sunday morning. Didn't think I was going to get it fixed that day without paying a huge premium. Had my wife call Sunday morning, Joe answered right away. My wife explained the kind of problem we were having he gave her a price of $189.00 over the phone and could be out the same day between 12-3. It sounded very fair, so we had him come out. He showed up towards the end of the time window. He assessed the problem, and got to work. He used floor protection and plastic to protect the items in the basement. It took him about two hour of work to clear some roots that got into the drain lines. I would have no issue using him again.

I had first used to fix a slow drain to a basement sink. Work was perfect and price was very reasonable. The second time, my basement sewer line had plugged up ( Discovered at 10:30pm on a Sunday ). We had about 3 inches of sewer water in the basement. Called Value Plumbing and he was there before 11:30pm and got the drained opened and the water started draining right away. Third time I had him back to do a very special and thorough sewer drain clean out to make sure we never had a basement food again anytime soon. All done with great equipment and knowledge at a fair price.

Called at 7:50AM and left a message. He called at 7:55AM and I told him what I had. He said he could be their around 4PM and gave me a rough estimate. He showed up at 4PM and unplugged the drain. The cost was exactly what he stated, no up charge at the end. I will use him time and time again if I need a plumber. I love it when a person tells you what it is, and it is that.

We are very happy with Joe's work. He was able to come out the same day that we called and finished the work quickly. We had called about a clogged kitchen sink, but he also snaked out the laundry sink after he discovered that it was slow-draining, also. He cleaned up the work area perfectly and demonstrated to me that both sinks were working before leaving. He also gave me a quote on another plumbing issue that we have. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Called on the 16th, he said he was in the area and can stop by around 4pm. Was on time. It took him about 30 min to clean up the plug, and it was cheap. Supper friendly and took of his shoes when he came into the house. For sure will use him in the future.

Joe made a Saturday visit prior to the Christmas holiday, was very professional, and explained the problem and his approach to cleaning drain in a clear manner. Price was reasonable and included main drain cleaning / pulling toilet for access. Would definetly use Joe for future service, satisfied customer.

Joe arrived as scheduled (actually, a little early). He was courteous and explained what he felt needed to be done, giving an estimate right away. I though his estimate for services would be in addition to a trip charge, but it was all inclusive. The drain run better than they have in years and the cost was 1/2 of what I anticipated. Very satisfied!

Great job. Quick and complete work. Cleaned up everything after completing job, including sludge that came up from the basement floor drain and even wiped his wet shoe prints on the basement landing.

After having a new roof installed on my mother in laws home we discovered a plugged vent pipe in the attic. Very tight work area. After hcalling Joe and meeting him at the home he came up with a game plan and all was repaired the next any. Joe was used earlier in the year and we would use him again without question. Great work at a reasonable price.

He quickly assessed that the floor drain did not need to be snaked but just plunged. He was efficient and saved me a lot of money. I will definitely use him again for my other properties.

Called in the morning. Arrived at 1:15 PM. Worked fast. Was very neat. Put down plastic and cardboard to protect basement rec room floor. Had to haul some heavy equipment downstairs and was very careful.

He was just super. I'm sure I would have paid hundreds to another plumber. He even waved the travel fee because we live so close to him. He was great. I would give him A's across the board and highly recommend him.

I CALLED THIS COMPANY WEDNSDAY 9/4 AND LEFT A MSG ABOUT WHAT SERVICES I NEEDED TOM CALLED BACK AND WE MADE AN APPT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY ALTHOUGH HE SAID IT WOULD BE LATER IN THE DAY I WAITED ALL DAY FOR HIM AND HE NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED I CALLED HIM AND LEFT A MSG AND SO FAT HE HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALL ON FRIDAY I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY WERE HERE WITH AND HOUR AND A HALF AND DID A GREAT JOB DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH VALUE PLUMBING

Excellent. Plumber Joe Pelzer was prompt, courteous and professional. Changed the faucet in an hour and cleaned up carefully. Cost was very reasonable.

We called Joe after our kitchen sink stopped draining. He was very busy at the time, but was able to fit us in. He used his power auger to open our drain, but told us the plumbing run from the drain was very long and had years of build up. He actually ran his auger through it twice. He recommended an enzyme cleaner to help keep it open, which we purchased at a plumbing supply shop and used. Unfortunately the drain closed up again the next week. I called Joe to see what could be done and he said he would come out again and open it up at no charge. He came back and ran his auger through it another 3 times. It now drains better than it ever has since we purchased the house ten years ago. I would not hesitate to use Value Plumbing again. Joe is very neat. He laid sheets of cardboard down on our kitchen floor while working and left no mess.
