They worked very diligently and very hard.

They were on time, polite, and for the most part, relatively quick. I only wish they would have warned me that they charge from the minute they leave the office to the minute they get back. I would have chosen someone closer to home if I would have known it would cost an extra $90.

My experience was horrible. They arrived 45 min late (map quest states 15min from location). They only moved 4 of 5 pc of furniture. They left behind part of sectional they supposedly couldn't move (we ended up moving it in 10 min.) I communicated with mgmt. during the moving process as I was concerned about the time we were being charged. Every person in mgmt. that we spoke to was very rude and lacked customer service skills. The owner of the Franchise CHRIS DAHLKE left me a very rude, long winded voice mail accusing me of "lying my way into his voice mail" which was not true. He told me to stop seeking a resolution from him and the home office as no one wants to hear my complaint. I have the voice mail saved. Never once did Mr. Dahlke speak with me directly or seek to find out my take on the situation before passing judgment. I only should have to pay for the 1.5 hrs. I was qted. I want $216 refund, but was only given $100. I have not cashed this check.

All of my furniture was located on the first floor of a large ranch home, so the move was quite easy. The movers came in and were extremely slow and unprofessional. I would catch them often standing around and would basically have to prod them to get to work and then instruct them on how to do it. I moved the refrigerator out to the truck myself out of pure frustration. They did damage to most of my furniture, which was new, as well as to my new home. As of yet, they have not come out to repair the furniture as promised (3 months later.) My experience with the manager was equally as frustrating when I called to express dissatisfaction with the amount of time this move took, as well as the overall quality of the work. This move should have been done in 2-3 hours, but I was billed for 6.5 hours. The movers took breaks and lunch, which they refused to remove from the bill.

I thought their price was very fair. They worked efficiently and quickly, and did a great job all around.

Movers stayed in truck 5 min before coming to my door to start move. I drew a SIMPLE map & wrote instructions for the simple 10 block trip (only 2 turns/2 stop signs) away. Struggled with large chair & scratched door. Arrived at 2nd location 25 min. later for 3-4 min. max. trip & sat outside again to add up more time at 2nd location. 2nd party I had on phone all this time. Movers claim they got lost and charged me $24.00 dollars extra. I said ''No, you had a map, 3 min. trip to location & sat outside at both locations.'' Extra charge was dropped; damage report made out; repairman showed up 1 week later to repair door. I'm disappointed that Co. never returned my calls re: ''lost'' drivers between moves. Movers & price good. Movers (like all others) stall/pretend to be lost to add money on the clock; however, great follow-up on door repair. Excellent refinisher & fast service. Polite movers. Good price. I will use again but will follow next time behind the movers to stop clock games.

I have used this company on 2 previous occasions. I have always been satisfied with them. Some of the moving teams are a bit more helpful then others.

They're amazing, very professional, efficient, and courteous. They would do anything! They managed to get two households into one truck, and they unloaded into a four-story building in record time. Not once did they comment or complain. If you have a big job, get 3 people. They charge 126/hr for three, or 96/hr.

This was our last move, we actually used them two other times for moves in a six month period. They were very accommodating, helpful and polite. I have recommended their services to others and will continue to do so. I feel I had a very favorable experience with this company, before, during and after the moves.

It was raining that day and I thought there would be mud all over our new house after they moved in all our furniture and belongings, but their was none.

We were very pleased. All employees we worked with were professional, helpful and friendly.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND VERY COURTEOUS. THE GUY THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY POLITE. THEY MOVED THINGS INTO THE TRUCK VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. DID NOT DAMAGE ANYTHING. ALSO DID AN EXTRA JOB FOR US.

Jessie and Juan, were on time (actually early), acted with professionalism and courtesy. They handled all the family heirlooms carefully and efficiently. Not one item was scratched, including an antique dining room set and china cabinet. I recommend them to anyone moving in-town. They completed their work in three hours.

Movers performed move efficiently within the hour expected.

I FELT LIKE THEY COULD HAVE FINISHED THE FIRST DAY, BUT I HAD TO PAY A SECOND DEPOSIT FOR THEM TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. THEY DID BREAK A CHAIR BUT THEY REPAIRED IT. I PROBABLY WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE COMPLETED THE JOB AND BECAUSE OF THAT I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T.

I FEEL I WAS OVERCHARGED. THEY TOLD ME IT TAKES 1/2 HOUR TO GO FROM THEIR OFFICE TO MY APARTMENT WHICH IS 6.5 MILES AWAY. ANY WEBSITE WHICH GIVES DIRECTIONS WILL TILL YOU IT TAKES 14 MINUTES. 1/2 HOUR IS RIDICULOUS. THEY ALSO STOPPED TO CHAT WITH ANOTHER TENANT, IN MY COMPLEX, WHO HAPPENS TO WORK AT THIS COMPANY AND WAS OFF THAT DAY.(THEY DENY THIS, BUT I WAS SITTING IN MY CAR WAITING FOR THEM TO STOP CHATTING AND PULL AWAY.) THE MOVING ITSELF TOOK LESS THAN 1 HOUR, BECAUSE WE ONLY WENT 1 AND A HALF MILES. THE TRAVEL TIME TO AND FROM THE OFFICE, AMOUNTED TO 1/2 HR. LONGER THAN IT REALLY TAKES, RESULTING IN AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $48.00. I CALLED AND COMPLAINED AND THE GIRL ASKED ME IF I DIDN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS ONCE BEFORE. I DIDN'T AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO IMPLY. I WOULDN'T GO THROUGH THIS BRANCH AGAIN.

THE ESTIMATOR WAS VERY HELPFUL AND CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING OUR MOVE LESS STRESSFUL. QUINN, THE ESTIMATOR, WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH. DUSTIN, ERIC L., JOSE, AND JOEY WERE EXTREMELY WONDERFUL. THEY ALL WORKED VERY HARD TO MEET THE DEADLINE OF BEING OUT OF OUR OLD HOME BY 10 O'CLOCK. AT 9:30 AM THE HOUSE WAS EMPTY. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CLEAN, NEAT AND WELL GROOMED. THOSE FOUR GUYS WORKED VERY WELL TOGETHER. AT NOON AFTER THE CLOSINGS, THEY STARTED MOVING EVERYTHING INTO OUR NEW HOME. THEY HAD ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS MOVED INTO THE NEW HOUSE WITHIN TWO HOURS. NOT ONLY DID THEY DO AN GREAT JOB THE PRICE WAS LESS THAN THEY QUOTED US. WE WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WHEN QUINN THE ESTIMATOR SHOWED UP AT OUR NEW HOME TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF OUR MOVE. THANK YOU TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!

THEY SHOWED UP A LITTLE LATE. THEY DAMAGED ONE DESK AND IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO REPAIR IT, BUT THEY DID REPAIR IT.

I'VE HIRED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND BOTH TIMES I HAVE RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE. TWO COMPANIES I HAD HIRED PREVIOUSLY WEREN'T AS CAREFUL AND POLITE AS TWO MEN & A TRUCK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!

VERY POLITE ON THE PHONE. ARRIVED PROMPTLY, MOVED FAST, WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH ALL ITEMS. EVEN ON THE HEAVIEST DRESSER GOING UP A CURVED STAIRWAY, THEY LEFT NO SCRATCHES ON FURNITURE OR WALL!

THEY NEVER GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THEY WERE SLOW TO MOVE ME. I HAD TO MOVE SOME OF MY OWN PIECES. AT ONE POINT I COUNTED 9 PIECES THEY WERE TO MOVE AND IT TOOK THEM TWO HOURS. THEY COST ME ANOTHER MONTH'S RENT, WHICH WAS $600 BECAUSE THEY WERE SO SLOW. I DID NOT HAVE THEM FINISH THE MOVE BECAUSE THEY WERE TAKING SO LONG AND COSTING SO MUCH. THEY WERE VERY SLOW.

THE MOVERS WERE ABSOLUTELY THE NICEST PEOPLE. THEY SHOWED UP AND SAID THERE WAS NO WAY THEY COULD MOVE IN JUST 4 HOURS. FOUR HOURS IS APPARENTLY THEIR MAXIMUM ALLOWED TIME FOR AN AFTERNOON MOVE, WHICH I WASN'T MADE AWARE OF. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY RAN OUT OF TIME AND MAYBE MOVED TWO-THIRDS. MY FAMILY MOVED THE REST THE NEXT DAY. I AM STILL DISPUTING THE $122.50 OVER CHARGE AS WELL AS THE DAMAGE TO AN END TABLE. EVEN THOUGH I EXPLICITLY REFUSED THE EXTRA CHARGE THEY PUT IT ON MY CREDIT CARD ANYWAY. THE MANAGER, CHRIS, IS RUDE AND IS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT HIS CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION.

DUSTIN AND TIM HANDLED OUR MOVE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEY SHOWED UP EARLY FOR THE MOVE, WORKED HARD THE WHOLE TIME AND TREATED ALL OF OUR FURNITURE WITH CARE. IF I EVER MOVE AGAIN (GOD FORBID), I WILL HAVE THEM MOVE ALL THE BOXES AS WELL.
