They broke our TV and my one of a kind non replaceable dragon statue. The drivers did not follow directions and half of what was supposed to go to storage ended up at the new house. Meaning we have to take it there as we unpack. The whole ordeal has been much more stressful than it would have been otherwise.

The movers were nice but they price gouge you. I had 19 totes a bed a couch, tv and a couple small end tables and they charged my card without my permission over 900 dollars for a move they claimed took 4 hours. I moved my things into thier storage and was told i don’t go to the place it’s stored so I was just to trust them which totally burned me because they charged me another 2 hours to move this small amount and to top it off if I wanted to see where my things were stored they would charge me 50 dollars just to view my items. I will never use them again and I would steer clear of this company.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Do NOT use Two Men and a Truck in the Greater Milwaukee area! They start changing time when they leave their office and not when they start the job. And they stop the timer when they arrive back at their shop, not when they stop working. Charged me an extra $140 for this. Other local companies do NOT do this! 🤬🤬🤬

Excellent. Our "Two Men" were super! They arrived on time and were done in less time that we were quoted. They were very friendly, personable and polite. We couldn't have asked for a better team.

The men were very efficient, neat, prompt and did a fine job.

They did great. The only issue is that they left one small, but deep scratch the living room floor and they fixed it within a week. They were very appreciative when I bought them all lunch.

Team was quick maybe too quick. Example told them to take the desk and they did but left the chair. Or two of the four folding chairs. Called them afterwards about the missed items and has told they will sent a truck over at the end of the day if available. I called them back three time with the same run around. I hired someone else to complete the move.

Fred and Desiree arrived on time and were extremely nice. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were so careful with everything including a glass curio cabinet that was very fragile. They were also cautious with the hardwood floors of both houses and not one time even bumped the walls going up and down the stairs multiple times. I can not say enough about how impressed we were with there work.

MISSING PROPERTY WORTH $800. After two weeks an Oreck vacuum is missing, a pair of weight lifting grips called Fat Grips, and a collectable Japanese Al Mar combat knife worth over $500. The knife was a wedding gift. The icing on the cake is we tipped these movers $50 each totalling $250!! The first set of movers were upset because my 78 year old mother was watching them like a hawk. They actually called their office and complained about my mom being too **** ** them. A lady called my mother and said she couldn't do that because there job is hard enough! No I'm not making this up! We called about the missing property and it's been two days and they don't even have the decency to call us back. I called the owner, Chris Dahlke, this morning and he never called back. After the move they have you sign an agreement stating you have everything. In hindsight I would have waited because we had a lot of stuff, there's no way we would have known. The thing is my mother signed and I did not, and half the stuff was mine. I'm going to file a small claims case because even if I loose people will see the case online. This business is a disgrace. I mean these guys looked so sketchy. Two Men and a Truck is a large franchise company out of Lansing I believe. The only thing this place has going for it is the catchy name. I would avoid this place like the plague. They probably have people calling all the time missing property. This place is not any cheaper and when you add in the missing property it's much more! I would also be careful of bed bugs. The movers went on and on about how they encounter bed bugs. When they came to move there was an old, beat up couch and a few other items in the back of there truck. I actually brought up bed bugs and asked who's couch that was. One of the movers said it was his couch and he was doing something with it it made no sense?? I'm just waiting to see a bed bug knowing this place lol!

Pictures were not packed well. I hired packers- 3 men, 2hours each. I had to leave the house, and they stayed and billed me for 10 hours. They packed what I asked them to pack but continued packing much that I did not want them to pack. Things were not labeled as to exactly what was in the box. i.e., Kitchen- laundry- just general rooms not WHAT was in the container.

Went great. They did an excellent job.

They did not respond to me at all. I only wanted to know if this was something they could do. I'm assuming they could not, but I would have preferred that they say that as opposed to ignoring the messages.

It went really well. They didn't stop for anything, and they didn't break anything. I am very happy with them. A friend recommended them to me since they did such great work for him, and they did great work for me as well.

They arrived very promptly. The men assigned to my job were Brian B and Trevor. Nice fellas. Had to explain things only once. They did what was asked. I was particularly impressed with the speed of the move. Both guys really hustled and worked very well together. Moving things to the third floor of an apartment building presented some challenges, but they were more than up to it. The total billed time from the time they left their business to the time they returned there was under three hours. I could not have been more pleased with the service I got. If you intend to do something like this my advice is, be sure to clear a nice exit for them and remove the drawers in your dressers and take apart the bed yourself and other similar time consuming details. Move boxes yourself. These things take up a lot of time and I thought I (and my son of course) can do these things ourselves. It's moving the big stuff that is tough, leave that to the professionals.

We used Two Men and a Truck to move my elderly parents and everything was outstanding. There was a mix up with the time I requested but they were very accommodating and the later time actually worked out well because of the snow we had on Saturday and allowed us to go over and get some last minute things done. Our 2 movers, Rich and Terill were 2 of the most courteous, polite, funny and speedy people I've ever met. This normally stressful event went very smoothly thanks to them.

When I called for a price, I was told this easy job should not take any longer than 1 hour. $132 was charged to my cc and I was told this would be the 1 hour charge. As you can see, we didn't have much stuff. I asked them to call me before hand to give me a heads up as to when they would be there. I received a call at exactly 2:04 to say they are almost there. They arrived at exactly 2:58. Where they went in between time, I have no idea. They finished the job a 4pm (1 hour total) I was billed for TWO hours. They told me they start counting the time when they LEAVE the job before. This was never explained to me. How do I know where the job before was? They also stopped at a 7/11 store for something while on my time. Read the fine print. They don't tell you this when quoting you.

Scheduled arrival was between 1 and 2:00. Two Men and a Truck called to say they were running behind it would be between 3 and 4:00. Movers arrived at 4:40. To offset the late arrival they did provide an additional truck to pick up the bed in Hales Corners. The workers were personable and professional, no complaints at all there. There was a discrepancy in the arrival time and I ended up paying for 3 full hours when it was actually 2 hours and 10 min.

Amazing! Movers were prompt and courteous. Nothing was broken or dented. We moved the breakable items ourselves. They were very efficient.

See above. Moved furniture and hauled it up stairs. Friendly goys that I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Milton and Mike from Two Men and a Truck brought the highest degree of professionalism, energy and skill to my move. The efficiency and care was spectacular. Incredibly smart movers. They knew every trick to get the job done fast and right. The speed of the move exceeded my expectations. Good people too.

The 3 movers that worked with us were very professional and hardworking throughout a long, hot, raining day. They were very careful with fragile items and difficult to move items including a bed and couch that had to be lowered from a second story porch.
