Great price, great service!

Dropped the computer off Friday afternoon and it was fixed by Sunday morning. Hard drive required reformatting on a different computer to allow it to access the OS. It works literally like new now. Pat was very informative , professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely call him for future computer problems.

I thought I just had the CD burner issue, but, by the time he arrived, I had a list of other quirky or annoying things about my computer that I needed to learn about. He patiently talked through processes, suggested differing solutions that would work and allowed me to arrive at what I thought would work best for me. Having him here with me at my computer is so much better than talking to someone on the phone, or, even worse, taking your disconnected unit to a service desk and trying to explain what is going on. He's my guy from now on.

Dropped off the laptop and Pat looked it over for a couple of days. He confirmed that both the hard drive and optical drives had failed, but was able to save all our data onto an external hard drive which he advised us to get. As we have a 18 mth old daughter and pretty much all her photos and videos on there, which I had yet to back up, this was a godsend. Pat kept us informed throughout the process and gave us a number of options to consider. In the end, we decided to just buy a new one, and again Pat was helpful in pointing us in the right direction.

Pat was fantastic. My computer had crashed several times in the previous month, displayed messages saying that a hard drive was damaged and was limping along very slowly. It is 5 years old, so I suspected that it may not be worth fixing. Pat talked me through the options and tried to help me fix it myself over the phone. As this was beyond my ability, I dropped the computer off on a Saturday. Pat gave me a fair offer to look the computer over for an hour on Sunday and would give me his opinion. Within 45 minutes on Sunday, he told me that he thought it could be fixed and restored. After two hours, it was working perfectly and I was able to pick it up. The best thing is that it did not require a new hard drive, contrary to the computer messages. The computer now works great and he saved me from having to buy a new computer unnecessarily. I got his contact information from good reviews on Angie's List and he definitely lived up to the reviews. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

He walked me through every step explaining as he went. I could hear that he was very sick, but he insisted that he could still work, that it was important to him to fix my problems. My computer is fixed and I am pleased to have found my new computer go-to person

Pat was on-time for our appointment. He thoroughly looked over my computer and installed some needed programs to keep my computer safe from outward threats. He taught me how to use programs on my computer that I did not know how to use. He also showed me things on the computer that I did not know even existed, things that will help me use my computer to its full potential. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My understanding of computers is very limited and Pat's patience spending time teaching me was wonderful and much appreciated. Thank you, Pat, for putting me at ease and fixing my computer.

Pat was initially willing to consult by phone and offer troubleshooting ideas by phone. I then brought the PCs to his house and he quickly diagnosed the problem and offered helpful advice. He quickly repaired one and it now works like a charm. Highly recommended!

Tosa Technical to the rescue!!! Owner spent 3 plus hours cleaning up my desktop internally such that it is fast as new. And connecting the router, etc. NO OVERSELL, I needed it with this 5 year CPU. Very personable guy and allowed me to ask him for advice on a laptop or anything later. He is phenomenally adept as to IT and all. Shared all he was doing along the way and multiple tasked: wasted no time: a bargain. And very, very informative and personable. I actually enjoyed his sharing of his knowledge. Cannot give a higher recommendation. I am sure I am forgetting something, but it was all good.

I called Patrick on Wednesday, after waiting for 25 minutes for my 2006 laptop to allow me to do anything. It had been getting worse and worse in spite of my virus scanning and attempts to find malware and I was fed up. While we talked, he began his analysis, asking pertinent questions. I dropped it off Thursday morning and eagerly awaited his call. I think he told me it might take 36 to 72 hours. As time passed I knew it couldn't have been an easy fix. Well, I picked it up this afternoon and have been happily using it for the past 4 hours. It has been transformed from nearly-ready-for-recycling to the extremely functional laptop it used to be. Patrick was professional, pleasant and would explain as much or as little as I wanted. He gave me a detailed written description of everything he did, explaining the steps he took to speed my little machine up. He even added 512MB of RAM at no cost. While he never found the exact cause of the plodding performance, his multiple cleanup and update actions, made this laptop a joy to use again. And by the way, he told me spent twice as much time as he charged me for. He didn?t want to charge me more than a new one, but also didn't want to give it back to me with just 'acceptable' improvement. He wanted to solve the problem. He obviously cares about the work he does and how it reflects on him. I am absolutely thrilled with my ?new? laptop. It went from 25 minute startup to 1.5 minute startup. YES! I?ll definitely call Patrick if I have issues again.

My 2-1/2 yr. old laptop computer suddenly was frozen, not allowing access I found Pat on Angie's List and called him explaining the situation over the phone. He assessed the problem over the phone and when he came to the house he was very punctual and pleasant. I have dial up so he had to come to my home but gave me hope it could be fixed. My dial up service slowed the repair process; however, this gave me time to ask many questions, as I am not at all computer literate. He was very patient and pleasant and answered all questions and made suggestions. It was like having a one-on-one computer class, yet when the computer allowed him to work on the repair, he took care of that very efficiently. As long as he was was in my home I asked him if he could add more memory and attach a fairly new, never used printer. When he left I felt I learned a lot, and he helped me have a much more usable computer. I've had several questions since and emailed with them and he has been very pleasant with answers.

I dropped the laptop off at Patrick's house on a Thursday afternoon and we were able to pick it up on Saturday. It works perfectly and my daughter is thrilled at how much faster it is.

They did very good work. This was the first time that I had used this company. They came to my house to do the repairs. The whole job took about two and a half hours. They did resolve all those problems and more.
