Patrick had shown me how to update my security programs and all was fine...until they all changed the formats of their sites, which left me "stuck" on how to proceed with the updates. Patrick came promptly and went through all of the programs and I took notes on how to proceed, ignoring new promotional invitations that I did not want. He also showed me how to perform other tasks on my computer that I wanted to use but didn't understand. I find that making a list before he comes of all of my questions makes his time more productive and efficient. Since I began with working with Patrick Wirth at Tosa Technical, I find my computer serving me much more fully.

I contacted/e-mailed TosaTechnical through their website on another computer. Within a couple of hours I got a response back from my email with Patrick asking me to call and discuss the problem. He told me how to fix it over the phone and didn't charge me anything!! So after I fixed the problem myself, I am now typing this on my newly fixed computer. Thanks Patrick.

Pat updated all of my security programs reminding me of how to do it myself. He found a problem with one of the browsers that I was using and set another as my default browser. I had not been able to send an attachment in a manner that recipients could open. Pat discovered a step that I had failed to take and I wrote that step clearly in my notes. While instructing me in the above, he made necessary changes in several other functions that had caused my computer usage not to be "user-friendly." I live in a duplex and my daughter's family shares it with me. One of their computers, which is used for business, was not functioning smoothly. The user of this computer is quite knowledge in computer technology but was not able to resolve the problems satisfactorily. Pat helped in customizing the windows environment to fit the needs. Also he solved a storage device connectivity problem. All is well in that home office. As usual, when Pat Wirth left our home, we were all satisfied with his expertise and his implementing changes that restored our working relationship with our computers. He helped explain the pros and cons of two possible router setups, and gave objective recommendations in a professional and clear manner. He asked to hear my particular concerns, so that he could be sure to explain and clarify those things, which he did clearly and completely. Work was completed quickly and efficiently.

Pat came to my house (on time) and after investigating various ways of addressing the issue my computer had, fixed it. Not knowing computers very well, I couldn't tell you what he did, but it worked. I asked him to "clean it up" as I've been told it needed some maintenance, so he did, and added a program for me and made sure I understood how to do it myself. He was very concerned that I know how to do what I needed to, and was very good to work with. I'd have him again in an instant!

I appreciated Pat helping out with the pictures for us! All of my data is now safely backed up. Unfortunately, after he left the computer was still slow. There was a slight improvement, but I had to have another online company handle this other issue.

Patrick has serviced my computer before and was knowledgeable, efficient, always professional...and considerate of my somewhat-limited computer knowledge. I've used several other technicians through the years with some acceptable results, but once I experienced Tosa Technical I was sold on the expertise and quality well worth the cost. [Finding those "lost" documents was priceless.] When the old hard drive "died" I called him immediately and he was prompt as usual. He worked diligently on my system's challenges. He explained all that he was doing and made sure that I would feel comfortable with the changes that were necessary. Recovery and restoration required advanced knowledge and Patrick's expertise was remarkable! He was in my home for 3 hours of competent, efficient work and I am most grateful to have my computer back for all of my needs. I have found that Patrick's persistence in checking all programs and installations for updates and details, and not stopping until all is resolved, leaves me assured that I have been well served.

All of the tasks were eventually accomplished, but it took two appointments to do it. He did not have great knowledge of a Office 2013 and spent a lot of time getting information online. He also dressed unprofessionally. On the second follow-up visit in which I still charged full price, he wore ripped jeans, displaying an inappropriate area for any type of setting.

Patrick was on time, professional but friendly, carefully explained what he was doing, diagnosed the problem and explained to me in a way I could understand, and fixed the problem. He also provided valuable consultation that enabled me to upgrade the RAM in my computer, making it twice as fast. Excellent value service and quality.

The owner answers the phone promptly, is friendly and pleasant, and delivers at the promised time and price. Plus, the repair was successful and my wife is a happy camper.

Dropped computer off and told it would be ready in 48 hours. It was finished in less time than that. Computer is working fine.

It was a pleasure working with Patrick. I needed the laptop brought back to factory settings and broken bezel replaced quickly. He expedited the fix to meet my timeline. The PC works like new! I highly recommend his services.

Patrick had to install programs on my new lap top and also coordinate my gmail, calendar and contacts in the cloud so it will sync with my Iphone. This sounds easy but was difficult since all my dates were in an old version of Outlook. Patrick was very confident and after some extra searches was able to make everything click. He was here 41/2 hours and was worth every $ spent. He arrived on time and stayed longer than planned on.

He did a thorough job and I would say that he probably undercharged, he gave us an estimate and I think it ended up being less than what he said. I think we ended up dropping off our computer at his house and pick it up again. They did work for us and it was not just an estimate.

It is run by a person named Patrick Worth and he is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He does a very good job.

I had been having problems with my Dell computer and their (Dell's) technical help was getting me nowhere. I contacted Patrick, in desperation, as I needed a functional computer. He came to my home and helped to diagnose the problem. Seeing as the computer is still under warranty, he had me call Dell back & he explained the exact problem to them. The whole process took at least 2 hours. Long story short, I now have a functional computer. My suggestion is don't buy an extended warranty with Dell, just call Patrick instead.

I called him, he picked up right away and had our computer scheduled for a "check-up" the next day (in our home). He was very professional and explained things very clearly (esp for people like us that are not that computer savy). The computer has been running much more smoothly so far!

Great, as I said above, Pat fixed my desk top. It is running better.

I brought the drive to Pat the day I called him. He did everything he could and spent a lot of time trying to get data off the drive. I really appreciated his effort, professionalism, and his willingness to go the extra mile. He gave me advice on how to go further, what to look for in a data company, and called a place to assist me in my efforts. I will certainly call on Pat when I need computer assistance.

As I said above I needed to have some organization of the wires I have for computers, printers, etc. I could not reach anything if I had to unplug or do anything with a plug in. I also didn't know if all the wires were actually being used. I found out they weren't. I was happy with the arrangement he made.

Patrick did a outstanding job with a very complex system. I have computers 2 desk 2 lap tops, the laptops are controlled by a wireless router, the desktops are hard wired to each other and all four are networked. To add to that the downstairs computer has control of the home music system through a receiver to a iPod docking system to a TV upstairs and through a distribution system through the house. It is switched at the downstairs computer to go the cable system to the receiver. the reason I needed Patrick was the upstairs computer had a major virus and was unusable, and finally locked up. The down stairs desktop hard drive was crashing, I had a new computer that I needed Patrick to salvage my music and photos from and transfer to the new computer. In addition the music system was not operating. Well to make a very long story short he had to reload the system on the upstairs computer as the virus had done a lot of damage, while still saving my information. He hooked up the new computer downstairs and was able to save all my music and photos to the new computer. He found that my system was incorrectly hooked up by the cable company as there were two routers. He removed the cable company router, had me purchase a better router to replace the one I was presently using.. I was able to take the rental cable router back. He then got the complex music system to work through the cable/computer/iPod dock system. He stuck to this and had to come back another day, which he did with no hesitation, he said he would no leave the job until I was happy and that is what he did. I highly recommend Patrick. No job too small and certainly no job too large! It is difficult to describe in words how complicated this whole process was. Through out the entire process Patrick explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and answered any questions. He corrected errors made by other computer repair people I have had in the past and was very professional in explaining how it was wrong without being critical of the other repair person. Patrick is very professional and at the same time a very nice man. Great to deal with and endeavors to help you by phone before coming out!
