T & L GLASS SERVICE

The company was willing to do the work at next day after my visit the day, when I took my work vehicle to this place I had to wait due to I was to early in accordance to the time of my appointment I did't wait so long, after few minutes they start the proceedure, I asked if was posible to observe the instalation and they allowed my staying in the work area the installers where very profesional while performing this instalation and was completed before the estimated time, The dispatch offer me coffe & glass of water to me that was very kind and is the service I want to hire again.

Everything went very smoothly. It took one hour and they even caulked it for me so all I had to do was touch up the paint. I would definitely use them again!

They came right away and were able to work right onsite. It was very fast and quite reasonable. It was 80-year-old leaded glass. The guy was real fast and he was nice. I needed somebody that could do it fast so I could put it out of my mind. I was very pleased with them.

I had two cracks in my windshield where a rock had hit it. I got an appointment the same day I called. They repaired it so that the damage is barely visible. It took about an hour.

If the windshield had shown signs of cracking, a complete repair would have been done costing $65, but after looking at it, they were honest enough to tell me it only needed to be filled, which saved me some money. It took less than 1/2 an hour.

It went perfectly. I was very pleased with the results.

Dropped it off to see what could be done about the glass falling out of the frame. They diagnosed it as improperly sized (too small) for the frame, and said it needed new glass to fit the frame properly. They did the work, and I am very pleased with the results.

We called and they set up an appointment for free estimate. Based upon estimate we hired, arrange replacement and the work took approximately two hours. Very professional and quality of the work was excellent.

Contacted T&L for an estimate, and they gave me timely feedback. I had a little trouble deciding on which glass to go with. They were helpful and helped me make a decision. Installed glass within the timeframe they said. Would use them again.

Great experience. We took in my husband's car after a rock hit the windshield. They explained that they could clear it (not sure of the technical term) although we would still see it from the inside of the car. It's small enough that it does not impact our driving. This was the cheapest way to go and was also safe. They offered to do it on the spot but we made an appointment to come back. They took us promptly and did a great job.

They were actually great. They were polite, on time, informative, fast, and all around awesome.

In the end I went for the more expensive option and was very happy with the results. These guys put out a top-notch product and I would totally use them again.

T&L have been great! We used them for our custom shower enclosure and it was natural to go back for these shelves. Easy to work with and professional. Shelves were ordered and completed quickly. We did the installation ourselves.

It was fine afterwords. The window was broken again subsequently so we had to have it fixed again. The guy who fixed it said there were some techniques that he might not have used to fix it where the glass was a little loose in the framing. It is not something that would have been an issue had the glass not fallen. When it fell the second time there was more damage than there otherwise would have been because of the way they went about rebuilding the window. I wouldn't use them again, not because they are bad but because we found another provider.

The scheduler was very polite and efficient. The workmen were very pleasant and also very efficient.

They were efficient and came out right away.

They came when they said they would and repaired the windows beautifully. The cost was very reasonable. The workers were personable and professional. The leaded glass window broke again a couple of weeks later, and they came back at no charge and replaced the pane with a stronger glass. I highly recommend these responsible and professional people.

The technician arrived at the house at the scheduled time (actually a little early). He put a protective covering on the floor, and removed the old, broken glass. Then, he carefully cleaned an prepared the door frame and then cut and fitted two new panes of glass. After he was done, he carefully cleaned the entire area and let me inspect the result. He was very professional and very good at his job.

Service was prompt, worker was respectful, friendly and worked rapidly.

Incredibly easy to work with--very informative over the phone regarding all of the available options. I ordered the glass during the first call and as promised, it was ready the day.

I called T&L at 8:00 AM on Monday morning. Spoke with Ryan Schulze. He was very helpful. Answered all of my questions. Ryan committed to completing the job on the same day and said he would send one of his men right over. The repairman (Bob) was on site by 9:30 AM. (He didn't come "right over" as Ryan had promised. Rather, ours was the second job of the day. Ryan should have called back to tell me this. Bob is very experienced and professional. He explained everything about the process and the materials used in detail. The job was completed in three hours. Cleanup was excellent.

T & L provided very courteous same day service.

I left my four picture frames with them and told them I could pick them up on Saturday because that is the only time they are open that I don't work. When I went on Saturday they were closed. The next Saturday I mentioned it to them and they said that they had a family emergency. I realized the next day that they cut one of the pieces wrong so I had to bring it back to be re-cut. So, a job that should have taken less than a week took over three weeks. However, the owners are extremely nice and I will probably use them again as long as I don't need the glass right away.

The work was impeccable. They were quick, thorough, courteous and the estimate was like gold.

The guys who came to do the work were excellent. Friendly, knowledgable, efficient. My first contact was very pleasant, and I appreciate that they are open on Saturdays. We had some mix-ups on which day the estimator would come, and they weren't too helpful on that when I called. Overall, though, great job.
