It went very well. They are professional.

Had two windows that the seal was broken on. T and L came out and measured the windows. They provided me with two quotes, one for new windows and installation and the other for just the windows if I wanted to install them myself. Decided to have T and L install the windows. Very glad I did. Removing the old windows was NOT as easy as You Tube videos portray. T and L removed the old windows, cleaned up all the gunk left on the frames and installed new windows. Windows look great. I watched the entire procedure. T and L was professional, friendly, and cleaned up after he was done. I'm sure this job took longer than they had anticipated. Great job. Thanks T and L. I will definitely use you again.

I have used them a few times now to replace broken window panes. It is frustrating that sometimes the earliest that they could schedule the work was 2-3 weeks out, but they are always courteous and professional and reasonably priced when they do the work.

Amazing service, quality and price. Sent photos of edges, they sent back edited photos with drawn outline of how their recommended size, rounded edges, etc. would look on piece. Ready in less than 1 week and the price was incredibly reasonable. Loved the Angie's List discount! Will use again!

I called to ask about pricing, but they said that they had stopped doing auto glass about a year ago. I could not find anywhere on AL to put this information, so I am writing it as a review. I gave them an A overall since they are a good company and they should not be penalized for services that they are not providing any more. I would use them for window glass (and have used them in the past).

Great communications and on time - They came on time to quote an estimate to replace my broken glass. Later on that day, they called back and gave me an estimated timeline. A couple of weeks later, they called and scheduled time. On the day scheduled, they called to see if they could come earlier (which is awesome).

I had a single pane window and full-sized, in-door mirror replaced in my home. T&L Glass was excellent. The tech (did not catch his name because I was on my way out) was very professional and was finished in about an hour and a half. The new window and mirror look great and everything was restored to pre-service condition (molding was replaced, all old glass cleaned up, etc.). T&L was the most competitive of at least 3 glass contractors that I contacted in the area and about the only one who didn't make me feel like a total idiot when I explained the type of mirror replacement I needed. In fact, they followed up twice to make sure we had the right measurements and bevel for the mirror. The final bill was exactly what the receptionist quoted. Totally impressed - I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

It was through Angie's List and I got a little discount on it. They were awesome! I was very, very pleased with them. I just picked it up, put it on and it was perfect. They did a really nice job. They were so quick. They said it would take maybe three days, but they called me within two or three hours and said it was done.

I am very happy that I decided to go to T and L Glass. Looking to prevent future damage to my windshield, I needed to repair a small chip. My biggest worry was that my insurance company would not cover the cost or that they would but the process would be lengthy. I went on my insurance company's website to find a company in their certified repair program. All the places they recommended were farther away than I liked so I looked up on Angie's List and found T and L Glass. I called to schedule an appointment and brought my car in within the hour. Zack and Kris were very helpful in calling my insurance company to make sure the claim was covered. After the repair was completed, I just signed my name and walked out the door. Can't even see where the chip was anymore. Very glass I went with T and L instead of driving all over town. The cost was $65 but I paid nothing, pretty good deal.

T & L has been very responsive and professional. They listened to my request, gave me just the design and look I wanted. They kept to their timeline and were great to work with. Their price was competitive and I would use them again for sure.

The service went well. The technicians were friendly, on time and charged exactly what they estimated. Scheduling was pretty easy and they showed up on time. What sold me on the service was the friendliness of the receptions and their customer care.

They explained the choices, and then we first chose the lighter glass thinking that would be enough. After learning it was not sufficient, they came at no charge and fixed it again. Very prompt service. Quickly completed, and good communication.

We are moving into a new home, with one window that needed to be replaced, based on the inspection we had. To make final negotiations with the seller, we needed estimates on the window. I emailed T&L who had worked with us before, and I called them twice. They never sent anyone over to the house to do an estimate at all.

We are doing major renovations and are acting as GCs/Owner builders on it. I called the glass company to ask about raising two old window glass panes 1/2" to where they had been before, find out how much would they charge for installing an interior window to an old door opening, and replacing a glass sliding patio door and a glass back door. I was going to ask about cutting mirrors for bathrooms and installation shower doors, but never got to that. The very polite lady on the phone just kept repeating I need a carpenter to anything I asked and that they only cut glass and they can put it in, but they don't install windows or doors. I got the assumption that that is the only thing they do, cut glass. I think their website and the Angieslist description of this company is misleading or the lady didn't understand what I wanted the company to do. Very confusing call that was, since other glass companies have told me the things I need are easy to do for them. Hope this review saves time for others with the same situation.

They were very helpful in guiding us on how to measure correctly and how to install it ourselves (saved us money). Fair prices, good service. A little slow calling us back on things, but overall an easy experience.

Was quoted a price of $140 for fixing the window at their location, which is about $100 less than the nearest competitor who would fix the truck window at my home. Opted for dropping off the vehicle in exchange for the lower price. Picked up the truck and it was $200 more than the quote: total price of $340. Called to talk to the owner; had the name of the person who quoted the price, and the details of the original call. Talked to a receptionist who said I would receive a call back. When I did not, I made a second call and was told that I heard the price wrong. I explained that I left a note on the seat of the vehicle with contact information and the quote of $140. Was told that the "person fixing the window would never pay attention to something like that." I believe I was victim of a bait-and-switch: quote one price and after the work is performed, the price goes up and you have no choice but to pay it to get your vehicle back. From other reviews it looks like people have had a great experience with this company. I wish that was the case here. The situation was made worse by the lack of a call back, and then the short and rather rude exchange during the second call, placing the blame on me as they would never have quoted such a low price.
