great... my the windshield wasn't coming out the easiest, and it took some serious work to get it out. There were random wires tucked in there, and they carefully removed the windshield without any problems.

It's rare to have this level of customer service and professionalism. The process was easy from start-to-finish, with everything clear, no-hassle, and of high-quality and good price. I recommend T&L very strongly.

They responded within a day of our message (we called and left a message on a Sunday night). The receptionist said they were busy and she took our information and said someone would contact us back within a week. After 2 weeks I e-mailed them because we hadn't heard anything and they were at my house the next morning for an estimate and apologized for the delay. There was just some miscommunication. I received a bid within a few days. I then dropped off the accepted bid within a day or two with a deposit check. They contacted us within a few days to pick up the mirror for repair and stated the window would have to wait until the weather was warmer. Once the weather was warm enough to fix the window they contacted us and replaced the mirror that they had been repaired and fixed the window that day. We were out of town for a few weeks so I told them there was no hurry for the mirror. They did a great job and the price was reasonable. The workers were very friendly as was the receptionist. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent price and service! The company was quick to give a good estimate, which was enough below other reputable companies I decided to go with them. They did the work on the same day, and performed it in the time they said they would, while I waited. The waiting area was a little messy, but they offered me a pop while waiting which was nice. Our driver side window had been smashed in and made a huge mess with glass everywhere. They did a thorough and excellent job of cleaning up all the glass and the new glass works perfectly.

I found T & L Glass Service on Angie's List. Ryan was friendly on the phone and set up an appointment based on what was convenient for my schedule. He and another gentleman showed up on time with professional friendly appearances. They listened to my concerns about the mirror and asked some questions. They then thoroughly inspected the mirror for safety. They assured me that the mirror was safely adhered to the wall. They were willing to install two clips at the top of the mirror for my peace of my mind. I appreciated that they took my concern seriously. They then asked if I had any other questions. Ryan looked at a couple of my windows and gave some very sound advice. I didn't require any other services that day. However, if I do need help again with glass installation or repair in my home, I wouldn't hesitate to give them another call. They were very helpful, sincere, and friendly.

T&L made this experience as easy as possible. I had written the time of the appointment down incorrectly, but the technician graciously still came to my house to fix my windshield a little later. He worked quickly and the car was nice and clean when he was finished. I would use them again if another rock shatters my windshield.

Called to explain needed repairs, scheduled appointment, met repair person on appointed day, repairs performed promptly and well. Was billed to my credit card a few weeks later.

Showed up on time with two people. Very personable. Finished in no time. I wish all trade people were this good.

They were fine. They took a little while to get back to our request and their estimate was more than triple other local glass providers. We ultimately selected a different provider and were very happy with the results.

I donated a patio set to Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity but the glass tabletop had been broken. I contacted T&L and asked if they would repair the table and charge the cost to do this to me. T&L came to Habitat measured for a new tabletop. When the tabletop was ready they picked up the table repaired it and returned it to Habitat. I gave them a contact person at Habitat. They did a wonderful job, were very pleasant, and did it quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Despite being listed, they no longer do on-location repairs. That being said, they were a local place with very friendly staff, and they did a great job.

I understood that it was pricey, but I like the table and it goes with a side table, and it fits with the size of my living room and decor. So, I was willing to pay the price,. They didn't do it themselves. They had to send it out. I was told that it didn't quite fit perfectly when I picked it up, and that the glass had to go in one way to fit. We tried both ways, but it was a squeeze eith way, and and i worried that the seams of the (wood) table will spread from the force over time. Although I should have, I didn't send it back. However, I was less than pleased.

They were able to get me in quickly. However, when I arrived they woman at the desk complained that whomever had scheduled me had not put me onto the technician's list for the day, so he was working on something else. This made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. Other than that, however, everyone was friendly. I was a bit put off by all of the overtly political displays in the office (autographed photos of McCain & Palin and George W. Bush thanking the owners for their contributions), which I thought were perhaps inappropriate or at least ill-advised for a place of business. However, the work completed was professional.

I called T&L glass after reading the positive reviews on Angie's list. I needed several window panes replaced at my church. T&L worked very hard to find a good match at a reasonable cost. They scheduled the job promptly and the work was very good. The windows look great and I have used them again with the same excellent results. I am very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Called in the am to get an estimate on a small decorative window that had a crack in it. Glass panel needed replacement. Gentleman came out that afternoon. He was able to complete the work right then and there on the spot. Was pleasant to deal with. The quick response time was greatly appreciated.

The service was really good. They were just really good. I had a brand new shower and they made a glass enclosure and a door. They were very nice, professional and they arrived when they were supposed to. I would use their services again in the future.

I called them to ask if my job was too small, and it wasn't. I called back with the measurements of the mirror I needed cut. They called me 3-4 days later and i went to pick it up.

Went great - they were responsive, helpful, knowledgable and the price was very fair. I picked up the glass when scheduled and it was packed nicely and of great quality.

I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. Many shops cringe at the thought of working on a 100 year old vehicle. I told them I needed the job done in time for our car club's 50th anniversary tour the following weekend. The work was done on time and I had the enjoyment of participating in a memorable tour with many other Model T owners.

Overall went very well. called for an estimate. Price was reasonable and a few weeks later block windows were installed. No clean-up which was great.

My husband called them and explained what happened, they said to stop by at 4. he took the car in and they were able to fix it that day.
