the job was not done until we were happy. You can get flooring many places, I am not sure you can get this level of customer service any where else.

I have dealt with a couple of flooring places in the past, but went to Stu's because of their rating on Angie's list. I was NOT disappointed. Dean, my salesman, was wonderful from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable about flooring and spent quite a bit of time showing me different samples and explaining the types of wood. He was VERY patient with me as I had an idea of the carpeting I wanted, but couldn't find initially. We went through a lot of racks, and I finally found the perfect carpet. He explained the types of padding for carpeting, as well as underlay for hardwood. He is patient and personable. I purchased hardwood, as well as carpeting from him. The installers were great as well, and professional. They have different installers for carpeting vs. hardwood. Both groups were great. They wasted no time moving furniture around, yet keeping things neat so I could live in my condo. I highly recommend Stu's!

They charged me their basic service charge to do something. They were pretty prompt. It did not take them too long, and they did a good job.

The installers arrived on time. The estimate had included the cost of a new sub floor, but the installers determined that they could use a leveling product instead of the new floor. I was very glad they did that because my base boards are narrow and I would have lost another quarter of an inch with the sub floor. They also saved me some money. The job was scheduled to be a 2 day project, but it was finished in one day. I am very satisfied with the installation. I would use them again.

Friendly people in store and sales. Installers where on time and talkative. When I discovered one tile was flawed they returned to fix it the next day.

We ordered our new carpet from Stu's Moreland Blvd. location in Waukesha. This was our first experience with Stu's Flooring. First, we wanted to take home samples of 2 different carpets so we could determine which carpet will look good with our furniture and walls. They did not have a sample of one of the carpets so they had to place an order with Mohawk Industries. They said we should get the sample in the mail in a few days. The sample did not arrive until 8 days later. After we placed an order for the carpet we liked we were told they will call us once it arrives from Mohawk. That took 1 month which was three weeks longer than the times we ordered carpeting from other carpet dealers. Their telephone service was frustrating. We called Stu's several times and only got a busy signal. If all of their phone lines are busy the calls should automatically go voice mail. The installers arrived on time and completed their work in 2 and 1/2 hours. They did not leave behind any mess. I rated the price of the carpet as "C" because we did not go to other dealers looking for the same carpet.

Two of Stu's carpeting professionals arrived right on time, assessed our damages, reviewed areas that needed to be stretched, and also discussed the areas of reconfiguration around the basement wall repair pillars that had been recently installed to repair wall damage. They next suggested options for the carpet reconfiguration around basement wall repair pillars. We appreciated and accepted their repair suggestions. They completed all the carpet repairs perfectly. We couldn't even tell where the carpeting had been snagged or depressed! The team then stretched, trimmed, and reconfigured the carpeting around the wall repair pillars and finished the edges and carpet perimeter very well. The team then stretched the carpeting throughout the rest of our basement floor and the stairway. Both carpeting professionals were very courteous, helpful, and intent on fulfilling all our expectations to the letter. They worked very efficiently and clearly knew exactly what they needed to do. They also cleaned up after their work was completed. Clearly, we are very, very pleased with the work they did. We will definitely use Stu's Carpeting and Flooring for our future needs. If possible, and will also request the two professionals who worked so effectively in our home.

He had a very good price - at least a third less than another bid we had from a different carpet company. It is too early to tell how long the carpet is going to last, but it seems like he did a great job.

The quality was fine and they are very professional. The carpeting is wearing and it's only two years old. I did call the owner and he said they would replace it, but he has never followed up and I got sick of calling. They did a great job installing but I would not go back to them again. I even had the carpets cleaned and the carpet cleaner said it was wearing unusually. I am disappointed.

Dean was very helpful in explaining what products Stu's carries. There were many different flooring options to choose from.The installation went well. We thought the price was a little high for the area of work that was completed. We would definitely do business with them again!

Very easy to get a hold of and all staff very friendly . Did the job quickly and cleaned up well. Went out of their way to make sure the results blended in well with the adjoining rooms by suggesting and then with permission putting in wooden floor jams.

They did a very good job. installers were friendly and professional. Prices were lower than another estimate, especially with Angie's List discount, and we really like the new floor. Our only problems were with communication with the store itself. I was the one to initiate all calls and follow-ups confirming installation dates, payment, etc.. Measurement was 1-1/2 hours late and again, I called to confirm that he was coming.

. The overall experience was very good from the professionalism of the sales team to the final instal. We were never pushed but always got any information we requested. The installers were prompt, neat, and knew what they were doing. We will definitely use them again!

We had a very specific tile that we selected and a tight timeline (the floor had to go in before our cabinets were worked on).It took about a week to get someone out to do the measure, and then another couple of days to hear back from the salesperson. Then, much to our disappointment, we found out that our tile was discontinued. We were very disappointed that this information wasn't shared with us a week prior, before they came out to measure and almost went with another contractor because of it. In addition, we had to juggle our crazy schedules to make another trip to the tile store to try and find something else - and we just couldn't find anything else that we liked. We were just about to get a quote from another tile store when Sherri, our salesperson, called me - she called all over the state to find our tile and had succeeded. Stu's won our business back. On installation day, they showed up on time and got right down to business. I was amazed that they were able to lay and grout the tile all in one day. In addition, the installer didnt even have to use tile spacers and you would never know it. We love our floors and are pleased with the end results from Stu's.

Salesperson Dean was exceptional in listening to needs/issues and steered me toward products and solutions. My condo is not the most soundproof so I wanted the best soundproofing options available. Dean made suggestions based on how issues were resolved at other multistory condos and so I chose products accordingly. Dean also came to unit to take measurements. Pricing and contract followed several days later. The job lasted 8 days, starting on Monday and finishing Wednesday of following week.I originally wanted the floating hardwood which was an exotic mahogany and the premium under mat which came to approx $16,000. I later added cork as an under mat with the Ultimat over the cork and all new baseboards. This made the new total approx $21,000. On day of job start, Brian and Ryan arrived on time and did prep work including moving furniture, some large, in my 1150 sq ft condo. After first day I noticed a paper crinkling sound when walking on finished area and we determined it to be the foil vapor trim on underlayment product. Since I am on upper floor we determined I did not need the vapor barrier and the foil trim was not used on further underlays. They also removed the new flooring up to the vapor barrier and redid area. The project manager called the product company to resolve responsibility issue the same day. Stu's was proactive in resolving the issue to my satisfaction without interrupting the progress. The underlayment was really the biggest issue, product problem-not Stu's, and as we ran into smaller issues they were resolved to my satisfaction as we went along. For example, the first transition piece between wood and tile was not curved on both sides but rather one side was a straight edge that I tripped over and which hurt my bare feet. Stu's started looking for something more to my liking and ordered as soon as they found it. My point is Stu's operated with 'the customer is always right' for every wrinkle and never made me feel I was being unreasonable. Rare to find these days. I am extremely picky about details and don't have a single complaint about any aspect of the result or process. My floor and baseboards are perfect. Brian, Ryan and sometimes a third person (I don't have his name but he also was very good) were self starters, very detail oriented, neat and cognizant of my high expectations. They brought problems to my attention so we could deal with them immediately rather than ignore them or hope I wouldn't notice . I really appreciated that. They went the extra mile to lay a perfect floor and to make the upheaval as easy on me as possible. They cleaned before they left every day. Stu's employees at every level are focused on customer satisfaction and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I never once got upset- a first for me with contractors! I highly recommend them.

I really liked that they were informative. The woman that greeted us was very informative. She told us about the different carpeting. She taught us a lot. She was very polite and nice. Her husband was also very informative. They were patient and family friendly. We had our two boys with us. They were just nice people to work with. The gentlemen that installed it were also very good. We were really happy with it. The guys that came and installed it were more professional than the guys that worked on our basement. I think we're going to use them to replace our carpeting upstairs.

At the store, Justin patiently helped me pick out the perfect carpeting based on the wall colors and furniture. He helped me find a carpet that even had a bit of orange in it to match the furniture's wood finish. He also came in advance and quickly measured the room and prepared the estimate. The installers were prompt and did an exceptional job, especially fitting the carpet around the two Murphy beds in the closets. They also disposed of the old carpeting and did an excellent job cleaning up when they finished. I've already gotten so many compliments on the carpet and would highly recommend Stu's Flooring.

The store is very clean, organized and functional. Dean at Stu's was very helpful in explaining attributes of the various selections of carpet styles, materials and manufacturers. Very patient, no pushing of a certain brand or price point. We felt he was being very objective. He provided several samples to take home. Prices are competative for like quality. He offered to pick them up and measure so we didn't have to drive back from Caledonia with the samples. The communication was good and on schedule. Installation quality was excellent and they disoposed of the old carpet. We couldn't ask for more. We would go back we would recommend to friends.

They are very knowledgeable about their product lines.

We walked in and were immediately greeted with very a friendly and helpful individual. We expressed our interest, described our needs and explained specific necessities in regards to our flooring requests. Not only were they extremely attentitive, they were very helpful in choosing the right carpet for our needs. Our specific requirements were for a good carpet that would hold up the wear and tear of a wheelchair. The owner of the company promptly arrived in two days. He measured the room, gave us a fantastic price and scheduled within less than a week for installment. The installers were professional, friendly, and did an absolutely wonderful job. They removed and disposed our old carpeting and did what we thought was above and beyond the clean-up than what was expected. *** We HIGHLY recommend this company and will most definately use them for our future flooring needs.

Their price was competitive, the installers were early, and the sales associate was very friendly.

Salesperson Justin came out and measured everything. He brought good-sized samples for me to review. I received a bid in the mail with a copy for me to sign and return if I accepted the offer. Based on previous reports on Angies List, I just went with this company. The bid included an Angie's List discount. I was able to schedule the job within two weeks of accepting the bid. I was told it would be an all-day job, and this was accurate information. Two man crew arrived a couple minutes early and set right to work. They left for about an hour and a half after prepping the floor, and then returned with the vinyl. Clean up was great, they run fans to help the prep stuff dry, refrigerator and stove were moved out of the kitchen for the install. I am very pleased with the finished product and the work performed.

I had a very good experience. The job was very satisfactory. It went very well and they did a very good job. They were reputable. They gave a life time guarantee for the installation which was very important to us.

The sales person was responsible, helpful and experienced. The delivery and installation was on time.

We had several estimates and had shopped around other flooring stores prior to finding out about Stu's. I left the other stores frustrated with sales personnel not returning my calls if I had questions or not knowing the products. Once I found out about Stu's and found a product I liked, I had them come give an estimate. Everything from the estimate to the installation went smoothly. Debi helped with a lot of the administrative process over the phone from the estimate paperwork to payments, saving me a trip into the store. Tyler who installed the flooring was excellent and did an amazing job. My flooring looks like I spent more $$ than I did and I already recommended Stu's to a co-worker and she hired them to do all her carpeting. Excellent company and I would highly recommend them.
