Awful, from the moment I walked in the showroom at the Waukesha location salesman Robert stated he was on a tight schedule so I had to make it quick. I quickly grabbed 3 samples to take home. The fellow that measured arrived on time a few days later on schedule. It took days to get the quote and when I called Robert to ask about it he again said he didn’t have time to review it yet. I have worked in sales 16 plus years and that is not how you treat somebody that is going to pay big money for a purchase at your store. The concept of the store works and the cost was in line with 2 other companies I received quotes from but the salesmen reminded me of a tacky used car salesmen.

GREAT WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICES! Purchased $4,000 worth of vinyl flooring in 2017. Tenant in our duplex called and said the flooring was lifting up along a seam. Stopped at Stu's in Greenfield on Sunday and told them about it. Called Stu's on Monday and spoke with Dan, one of the owners. He said he would have a repairman out on Wednesday. Wednesday Tyler came out and fixed the problem - NO CHARGE! He said "Stu's just likes to keep our customers happy"! VERY HAPPY WITH THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE!

It went great. It was a small area with actually a really big job. They take the trim off, lift the toilet up, get the old tile off, repaired the damage wood area and then put in a new flooring. He was very hardworking, conscientious, neat and clean.

I was very impressed with Jennifer at the showroom. She listened to what I wanted, made a couple of excellent suggestions, and let me browse all the choices. She highly recommend that I take home several large samples and try them out in my home for a few days. This helped me visualize the new floor, which was crucial for my decision-making. Jason came to measure the floors and showed me that there was no subfloor under the existing tile in the breezeway, which was worrying! He showed me where the grout was already peeling and cracking, and told me that most of the tiles in the high-traffic areas would soon start coming loose. New flooring was definitely needed. The two-man crew took two and a half days to complete all the flooring work. They arrived in the early morning and left around mid-afternoon each day. They removed all the baseboards and the covers for the baseboard heaters. I purchased two new toilets ahead of time, so that when they removed the toilets to do the floors, they could re-install the new ones. They removed all the old flooring – some sections were easier than others – and installed the new luxury vinyl planks. In the bathroom where the toilet had been leaking (the reason for the flooring project), they dug out the sections of the subfloor that were rotted and filled it with new stuff. They caulked around the tub in the main bath and the shower stall in the basement. They reinstalled the baseboards and heater covers. They installed a thin metal transition strip where the flooring meets the basement stairs. A separate crew came to ‘turn’ the carpets in the living room and bedrooms where the carpet meets the new flooring. The crew did a very professional job of installing the floor. I paid a deposit of half of the total when I accepted the estimate and half when the work was completed. The new flooring makes a huge difference in the look of the house. I love the style I picked out! I am confident that it’s a high-quality floor that will last for as long as I live here. I highly recommend Stu’s Flooring.

The process went very smoothly. One crew came on a Saturday morning and restretched the carpet in our living room and one bedroom. The crew was efficient and did a great job. The carpet looks like new! For the flooring, the crew arrived a bit earlier than they said, but that was okay. We had the kitchen and two other small areas done (using all the same vinyl flooring). Again, the crew was efficient and the results are beautiful. Kyle at the store was very helpful, too. We are considering selling and moving to another house. I would use Stu's again if we needed flooring.

Brilliant work, friendly and punctual installers. Better product than the national chains, and $1500 cheaper!! Would definitely hire these guys again!!!

Took a week to call back. They do not do repair work per front desk person. Felt the job was too small for them.

One of the most wonderful experiences in homerodel we have done. Extremely professional and punctual. We’re very clean and took there time completing our job. Highly recommend there service to our friends and family and will continue to work with STUS flooring for future remodels!

We had hardwood flooring done throughout our main level. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and knew the answers to every question we had. When it came to our install, the installers arrived on time and were very professional, and they cleaned up very well after themselves!

Overall our experience with Stu's was excellent. The sales staff in the showroom were very friendly. We took several large samples home with us for a week so we could see how it would look in our home. Once we decided on a product, the estimator came out to measure our space and he pointed out several things that other contractors we talked to did not notice. This guy was very sharp and was the one who sold us on Stu's. For example, our builder used door casing as baseboards. Other contractors wanted to just install shoe molding after the flooring, but because we had casing that was not flat, it would not sit flush with the baseboard and look like crap. Stu's was the only company to show me what the shoe molding would look like and recommend removing the baseboards before installation and I'm thankful we did. They were unable to reuse our old baseboards, and we had to purchase new ones, but ours were beat up and it was a good opportunity to freshen them up. I have a massive size refrigerator and the new floors would require my cabinets above to be shaved down. Of the 3 contractors I was looking at for this job, Stu's was the only one to offer to take care of that for me. The icing on the cake was definitely the installers. We had Brian and AJ install our floors and these guys did a fantastic job. They were punctual, cleaned up every day and really paid attention to the details. I was really impressed with how nicely they carved the flooring around my stone fireplace (picture attached). It looks fantastic. The job was estimated to take 2.5 days and was completed on time. Will definitely go back to Stu's for future flooring needs.

It was overall an excellent experience. We are completely satisfied.

We went to Stu's showroom in Greenfield, WI to look at flooring samples. We took several samples home, and chose the luxury vinyl flooring that we wanted. Then, Jason, from Stu's, came to our home, about a week later to measure the bathroom floor, and to evaluate the condition of the old floor. A few days later, Stu's sent an estimate to us, and we decided to have them do the job. On December 19, 2017, Tyler, from Stu's, arrived at our home a little after 8:30AM. Tyler temporarily removed the toilet and the bathroom door. Then, he removed and disposed of the old laminate floor, the old base moulding, the old shoe moulding, and some of the sub-flooring. Next, he installed some new sub-flooring. Then, Tyler installed an underlayment, and installed the luxury vinyl on top of that. He installed new base moulding, new shoe moulding, a new metal transition strip between the bathroom and hall floors, and reinstalled our toilet and our bathroom door. Finally, he cleaned up. He left at about 6PM. After Tyler left, we noticed that the door hit the new metal transition strip, and was hard to open and close. So, the next morning (December 20), we called Stu's about the sticking door. They sent Tyler back to our house on December 20 in the afternoon. Tyler removed a little wood from the bottom of our bathroom door so that it would no longer hit the metal transition strip. He was at our home for about an hour.

Flooring was purchased through Costco and Stu's Flooring did the installation. Owner Steve Ulik , my sales rep and contact person, was pleasant, easy to work with and honest. A two man crew finished the job in 2 days as was estimated. The contract called for a new sub floor but when old floor was pulled it was determined a new sub floor was not needed and we were reimbursed for that labor. The quality of the work excellent and the two installers were prompt, friendly and professional. I would recommend or use them again.

After looking at alot of the big box stores we ended up looking for new kitchen flooring at Stus. They had a much wider selection of colors and styles and Kyle was able to fill us in on a lot of the differences and pros and cons of each brand and style. We decided to install ourselves and they were more than happy to answer any questions we had, and told us if we ran into issues to give them a call. They had to order the flooring, and it showed up super fast. Would definitely use them again for other flooring in our house

Could not have been happier. Will definitely recommend to anyone who has flooring needs that need to be done quickly and with attention to detail. Worked within our budget to make our house look better than we thought it could.

The first call was fine and someone came to do a measure. He told me someone from the office would get back to me. After waiting two weeks I called to get the estimate. They couldn't give it to me because whoever had my account was not in. More waiting and I made another contact. Then I was told a different person would need to come to my house to measure for the repair. I was told they would contact me. No contact now for two more weeks. I'm going with another company. Ridiculous business practice because I have five more rooms that need service. Not going to even bother with Stu's.

I was very happy with the experience.

Jennifer, our salesperson, was helpful in showing us various options & giving us samples to take home. The tile that we initially chose was deemed unsuitable for stairways. We ultimately chose a top-of-the-line linoleum that would allow for the potentially uneven floors of our older house. Another employee came out to the house to do the actual measuring for the estimate. We had to put 50% down so the flooring could be ordered. We had the installation done by Todd several weeks later. Todd spent three days working by himself, ripping out the old tile & base, then laying 1/2-inch plywood & taking care to see there were no squeaks, then cutting & laying the flooring. He did an excellent job & we would definitely recommend Stu's after this experience.

They were professional and fast. They emailed and mailed us quotes.

Job was extremely well done. Crew was very mindful of protecting walls, woodwork, and furniture. Crew moved large items for us too.

Price was average. Most quotes I got were in that range. The work took basically one day. They had to come back to put some trim back on. They had to correct an issue on the floor. I would say two days. The workers were good. Very good.

Great. Tyler was the installer and worked for seven hours straight to get it done.

It was pretty expensive for the little area that we had done. They were great on everything, pricing was their only downfall. The installers were awesome.

Initial communications with our project manager were delayed, and follow through was poor. I emailed without response for 5 days, then when I called to follow up and ended up giving 50% for down payment and requested notification of estimated arrival date of the product, I did not get a call or email (another 5 days). When I called to follow up and talked to two other workers, they were wonderful and got me scheduled ASAP. The worker who came to the house was very professional and completely the work well and quickly. We are very happy with the final product, despite delays due to communication breakdowns.

IT WENT GREAT. WE GOT A QUOTE & A WEEK LATER THE TILE WAS INSTALLED IN THE BASEMENT. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. IT WAS DONE IN ONE DAY. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
