They were great but they were so many years ago. Their price was reasonable. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive. They were excellent. The quality was absolutely great. They did call us to tell that they can't make it and make it next week. Their professionalism was excellent.

I had been very satisfied. It was very reasonably priced. I have no dislikes. I am just very pleased with the way they produce enough light. I am a realtor and I had a customer who put them in, and that's where I have learned about them. We couldn't sell their house because of a dark hallway, and they put some solar tubes in the hallway, and we sold it shortly after that. That was how I learned of them.

It was ten or fifteen years ago. It was perfect. They did exactly what they were supposed to do.

It was very good. We love the Solatube, they said they guarantee it for weeks but we have not have any problems; that was a year before. We were very happy with the lights. The guy came in, he did his job and he was very nice. They seem to be awfully expensive...they are good products and the materials are actually present. The labor didn't take long; it was pretty quick to install. There were no complications.

It worked fine. They came in and they were fine. I don't have any negative to say. They came when they said they were going to.

We went with them because they were the original ones and the owner of the company came out to our house and talked to us because my husband was real concerned about putting a hole in our new roof. He was convincing and it really made a difference because our kitchen was really dark. I actually did recommend them to my neighbor. The second one we got, we both got them at the same day. There was one problem, but it was at the tail-end of the warranty. They came and repaired it. There might have been some condensation or something in the fixture, but it was not a big deal; they took care of it. I thought the price was a fair price. We would use them again in the future if there was a need.

It was perfect. They are excellent and I would highly recommend them. It provides a lot of lights to the room you installed it in. There are couple of different styles; ours have a fan for our bathroom. But any room that has access through the roof you can install it in and there's time you don't need to put a light on because it is so bright in there.

The service turned out very well. They did a very good job. It has been awhile, but I cannot remember any notable complaints about the installation. That went very well. The results are good. I am very pleased with it. I believe their punctuality was good. I do not need another room with a solar tube, but I would use them again for another house.

The technician was right on time and he really knows construction. I would only put in the tube if the exterior part was on the back of my roof---and he did it!

Found Brighter Concepts on Angie's List. Emailed company and they responded the following day with the approximate charges depending on size ordered in addition to a variety of diffusers offered. Looking at these, I then had an idea on what the cost would be. They followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions, I did not and already knew I wanted a Solatube. Scheduled an appointment for later that week. Installer arrived on time and we walked through what I'd ordered and where I wanted it located. He proceeded to get to work and completed the job within an hour due to our ranch style home. Frank & Brewster were very friendly and professional. I'm very pleased with this product & amazed at the amount of light that comes through, now our previously dark bathroom is filled with glorious light. I would recommend Brighter Concepts as the go-to company for Solatube installations.

Installer was on time, had a pleasant demeanor, did a great job. He offered suggestions to service for our benefit without trying to sell. We are very satisfied.

Brighter concepts called in advance & provided a 2 hour window for installation. Installer arrived during time period and immediatly went to work. Laid tarps to catch all debris. Asked for our input on couple of location possiblities, different styles. He was courteous and very professional. Explained variaty and paperwork to be processed.

Responded promptly to my phone message. Had an opening the next day. Showed up on time, performed all the work professionally, were efficient and polite. I would absolutely use this service again.

It was great. It completely turned upstair hallway to a bright space. It helped downstair family room as well. The only complaint is he did not put the reception part on top of the roof so it wont catch that much light in the late afternoon.

Plumbers were on time. They did work & cleaned up everything after the installation was completed.

I wanted to put a solatube in my kitchen, but I wasn't sure if it would work in my particular space. Solatube doesn't usually go out to homes except to do the installation, but when I explained my concerns (and since I live near their showroom) they sent someone to investigate. He looked around carefully and concluded that it wouldn't brighten my room the way I wanted it to. I was very impressed that he was so honest in his assessment - he could have physically installed the unit, but he said I wouldn't be happy with it. I would definitely use this company if I could.
