Everything about this project was great: getting an estimate, scheduling the installation, the installer, and the product. We should have added a Solatube to our dark hallway a long time ago. This was an excellent investment, and worth every penny.

The work was done efficiently, cleanly and rather quickly. I love the outcome. This was a bathroom with no window and was dark. It is now bright. So much nicer. A funny outcome is I have had people tell me they could not find the switch to turn the light off when leaving the room. I love the outcome and would recommend without hesitation. You too will love this solution.

THE SOLATUBE SERVICE MAN ARRIVED AS MY ROOF SHINGLES WERE BEING REPLACED AS PROMISED. COMPLETLY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK PERFORMED. I'M ALL SET FOR ANOTHER TEN YEARS.
Description of Work: I HAD TWO SOLATUBES INSTALLED TEN YEARS AGO. COMPLETLY SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY ADDED MUCH NEEDED LIGHT IN MY HOME. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THEM WAS THAT AFTER TEN YEARS THE PAINT ON THE FLASHINGS FLAKED OFF AND BEGAN TO RUST. I WAS HAVING A NEW ROOF INSTALLED SO I THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO REPLACE THE FLASHINGS. I CALLED THE SOLATUBE DEALER AND FOUND OUT THAT ONE SOLATUBE FLASHING REPLACEMENT WOULD BE FREE BECAUSE IT WAS PURCHASED LESS THAN TEN YEARS AGO. THE OTHER I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR PLUS THE SERVICE CALL CHARGE.

Jonathan came to look at the house and provide a quote. There were many options. He gave excellent information and suggestions.
Description of Work: Jonathan installed 2 - 14'' solatubes. One in the kitchen and one in the hall. The kitchen tibe has a light in it. Both have night lights.

Efficiently. There was no mess or cleanup for me to handle.
Description of Work: I had a Solatube installed in a windowless bathroom. It is fabulous. The room is bright. During the day I no longer need to turn on a light. Guests who use the room sometimes look for the switch to turn the light off when they leave the room! The company was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend.

We thought about this for two years and are glad we finally had it done. We received a 30% tax credit to offset the cost,
Description of Work: We installed a solatube in a dark area that included a stairwell to the basement and living area. The tube gives a soft light that illuminates this space so that it feels like we have a window where there wasn't one. We also put a smaller tube in the bathroom that was virtually like a dark cave. We will probably never need to turn on the light in there at all. The nightlight feature is really nice so I don't have to have a nightlight plugged in.

The technician was slightly delayed but did an excellent job of installation. This is the second installation done for us by Brighter Concepts, the first in another home, and we obviously were pleased with that installation, too. The technician was careful to involve us in each step of the process and stayed until everything was done to our satisfaction even though he was here beyond normal working hours. If ever there is a third time, we will go right back to Brighter Concepts. They're a joy with which to work.

Great-did not take long. Made a huge difference in a dark hallway. To date, we have had no problems with it. One of the best bang for the buck home improvements we've ever done. I didn't rate punctuality because we had the work done so long ago that I can't remember whether or not they were punctual.

Went very well overall. Our kitchen is in the middle of our home and we had no windows. Solotube really lights up the kitchen and brings in a lot of natural light. The staff did a great job in cleaning up and appears did a great job. Very excited about having this product in our home. Great job!!!
