Solatube Brighter Concepts Ltd

Originally contractors were scheduled to arrive between 9 and noon. Received a call the day before that they would be coming between noon and 3. Two Contractors arrived at approximately 2:00 and completed the work by 4:00. They put down a drop cloth and were careful not to make a mess. They informed me as to their procedure and made sure the Solatube was installed in the optimum spot. When the work was complete, they gave instructions for changing the light and cleaning the lens. They cleaned up the area when the job was complete.

Frank was extremely efficient in stalling solartube in difficult area, the landing stairwell was extremely deep , requiring acrobatics on ladder far above the ground, the attic crawl space was difficult to get into and required a 14 ft. extension just to reach the roof.

Frank came and looked over the area then suggested the area that it could be done in. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Service person called and informed me that he was running late. He arrived 15 minutes late per his phone call. He completed installation perfectly. He cleaned up after himself. I would us this company again.

It is like having the sun on my second floor in house, the place looks sparkling. Excellent job!

Prompt. Did good work and cleaned up after themselves. However, we live in Wisconsin. I just discovered that they did not insulate (!!!) around the skylight shafts in attic. Basically there are now two holes in the ceiling. They didn't even mention insulation as an option or that this would need to be done. Now I have to call an insulation company when they are super busy. Very frustrated.

It went great! Everything was done and all was cleaned up within a couple of hours. I hardly knew he was there. I was astounded at the results! I kept thinking I left the light on. I have not had a single problem since I had it installed 5 1/2 years ago.

They did a good job. Today, what they installed is still good and I did not have any problems. I contacted them to do service because I just wanted to have solar lights. I will recommend them.

They did a very nice job. We had no problems with the solar tube. No leaking or anything like that. We were happy with the work they did. It was a big job and we just had one fellow to put it in. I was pleased with it. They have a display of different models that they sell in the showroom.

We got Solatube Brighter Concepts Ltd through Angie's List. My experience with this company has been really, really good, excellent. They were punctual and on time. They cleaned up everything which I always appreciate. I am very happy with them. I would recommend them to anybody. It is like a skylight. You get a round circle in the ceiling and it kind of looks like a light fixture but actually there is a tube that goes from that to your room and brings us the light. It is very, very cool actually. It is natural light that comes through it. I actually think that solar tubes are wonderful. They are a great alternative to skylights because they are not as expensive number one, and number two, they are much less prone to leaking and all of the other problems that are sometimes associated with cut skylights. The price was fair.

We have used them in the past when they were a brand new company. We liked them that much so we wanted them again. We had a house that had only one window that faces the south, which means our house was extremely dark all the time and of course bathroom. They put up one in the stairway and the entire place was bright. I need not switch on the light during the day anymore. They are very helpful when then come in. When you tell them what you need, they would figure out the best. When we got a second house and we called them to put one in the stairway and in the bathroom. It gives so much of light that I need not switch on the light. The one that we used for the bathroom has a fan too and it is super quite.

They were excellent people. We had two of them in our house and they were very polite when we talked to them. In fact we talked to them first at the state fair and they were very polite, answered our questions. The teller came out and gave us a quote there and then. During the installation, a young boy came out and did a super excellent job in installing it. We never had trouble with the solar tubes that they installed. For the price, I did some investigating after we had installed the first one. I talked to other people and they were very competitive. There was one place I asked and I was shaking my head because he was far too apart from everybody else. I liked the way the solar tubes were built and how they were made. I like the solar tubes. They called us after they installed it just to ask how we like them. We have absolutely no complaints. They called us if they were already on their way and one time that they were late, they called to apologize. I can’t say enough good words about them. They were professional looking.

They are excellent. I have no problems with them at all. They are quick, they are fast. They clean up after themselves. It makes a huge difference. I just recommend them. I had one in an interior bathroom that was really dark and now it is just flooded with light all the time. They are really a good company and they do it quickly and I do not think the price has gone up. I think they are reliable. They are very professional. They come on time. You dont have any mess or anything. So if you want a quick fix its just one afternoon or morning or something and they are done. Its a lot cheaper than a skylight. He explained everything and he is very good.

Yes, Solatube Brighter Concepts Ltd did work for us. It turned out wonderful. They are the best. I just think the world of them. They do a fantastic job. I wish I could afford to have them to do more, awesome, awesome. They were so professional. They were so efficient. They just got in and they did the job. They just worked so efficiently. I really thought that it was going to be a lot more disruptive and dirty because of putting it through the roof and down through the ceiling, but they just did the work so beautifully. They just got in here and got it down and everything was cleaned up and left like you would have never guessed that I had any work done. Yes, they knew exactly what they were doing. I never had a bit of trouble with those in these 2 or 3 years that they have been in, no problems whatsoever. I love them. They just added to the light in the house. It is just interesting, the moon light when it comes through, it is just beautiful. I can't say enough about the product and about them. It is just great. It is beautiful, yes, it is.

They did a great job. It was nothing but positive. They did a perfect job and we're actually thinking of having another one installed on a remodel that we're doing. I don't really know about the price because I didn't do any comparison to myself but I would imagine that they were competitive because my husband chose them to put it in. They're highly regarded. I have no complaints about them at all.

It was many years ago. I am pleased with them. The fan works fabulously. We love our solar tubes. I wish I could have put in more. I had a friend in Cincinnati who had problems with her provider and charged her twice as much as I paid. We loved the workers who came here.We had friends who put them in condos. They are very pleased. They work wonderfully. We had our first one in the kitchen and then we added one in the bathroom. They are not cheap, but they are worth every penny. Their quality of work is great. In the kitchen, the tube doubles up a electric light in the night and in the bathroom we have a fan attached to it. I would always advise to go through a dealer instead of depending on a handyman.

I haven't had any problems since installation. They did an excellent job.

The service turned out very well. They did a very good job. It has been awhile, but I cannot remember any notable complaints about the installation. That went very well. The results are good. I am very pleased with it. I believe their punctuality was good. I do not need another room with a solar tube, but I would use them again for another house.

They were great but they were so many years ago. Their price was reasonable. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive. They were excellent. The quality was absolutely great. I like them quite a bit actually. All of them were hybrid models with light in that you can turn on in the evening. One was a kind of kitchen model with extra lighting and others was for hallways and they made a huge difference. I remember when we had it done we had looked around and they were comparable with other vendors doing similar kind of things. It wasn't horribly expensive. They were very good. They were very conscientious. There was one issue that they actually I don't think can resolve with one of the systems and I think it is somewhere in the wiring in the system itself but the way things are put in I mean once they are in they are almost they are very difficult to get to. The work they did was good I dont think it was their work. They were very efficient. They were very professional.
