Description of Work: We had a solatube with additional solar light installed in July 2016. They were very professional and we love the light. However, the solar powered night light stopped working. I call them and much to my surprise they sent a technician out to fix it that day. Not only was it fixed, but the new part is much better. Evidently the manufacturer of the original part had manufacturing problems. The new part is made differently and should perform better

Description of Work: I had to Solatubes installed - one in each interior bathroom that have no windows. What a difference the natural light makes!! I don't remember the cost - the work was done in 2012. But it was fast and easy.

Description of Work: This is my second room to get a solatube, but I also purchased one for my daughter's home last year. We did have a leakage problem with the one installed 3 years ago, but they came out and took care of the problem....no cost to me. My roofer initially installed it,came out to try and fix the problem, and ultimately contacted Solatube. They all came out together, figured out what the problem was, and corrected it. No more leaks....I have a very low roof line and they said every 3-5 years, I should have it re-caulked, which normally wouldn't be necessary. I just put in a new one in my family room and LOVE IT! It brightens up the whole room. They were punctual, neat and pleasant. The price is a bit steep...you will never get your money back on it, but I love my new lighted room, so I don't care.
