I am very happy with their work, and they know what they are talking about. They usually can pinpoint the problem that you are having with your car, and repair it for a reasonable price.

They are extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. What they take care of works well, I never have a problem with.

It goes well. They are always very good and have reasonable prices. We have saved a lot of money taking our vehicles. They are very honest and don't do extra work that you don't need.

I have been using their services for many years. I feel that Glen is a straight shooter and I am confident that he knows what he is doing. It is a family business.

They have been wonderful to my son! The shop was essentially closed when we needed a part replaced and Glen stayed to get it fixed for us.

They left a wrench under a windshield wiper blade. One tire was put on wrong, and went flat on the drive home. When I went back to them, they basically blew me off. I was very angry. I told them I got their name from Angie's List, and was very disappointed that they didn't provide better service.

Friendly receptionists. Nice waiting area. Everything explained to satisfaction. Initial quote was for muffler only at $69.00 but I knew it might be more if I needed pipes, I did. I did make an appointment ahead of time but was not told which of three locations. I was to take the car too; some confusion there. I would ask the specific address in the future. The job took about two and a half hours. I was impressed to see the owner everywhere, following up on everything for all customers.

Richlen's is great. I found out about Richlen's from Angie's List about 3 years ago. They saved my 1995 Maxima about 3 years ago. Replaced idler pulley on chain for cam shaft. Another garage told me the car was not worth repairing.

They spent a lot of time diagnosing the problems, gave us an estimate, then took 2 weeks to do the part of the work described above. They had originally told us that they would work on a diagnosed transmission problem, then didn't because they couldn't reproduce the problem (which we reproduced immediately upon retrieving the car). We're not upset, because they were very busy, and they did a good job on the work they did, and they didn't charge us for their initial diagnostic work. We ended up going elsewhere to get the transmission work done. We would be thrilled to use them regularly if they weren't so busy.

They did a good job. Were very courteous and forthright with me (a woman), always a plus when working with mechanics. Found source of "weird noise", resolved problem, not a lot of cost.

Richlen's, with their own excellent reputation, just bought True Service to whom we've taken our cars for 30 years. True Service was excellent all around. Richlen's is retaining same personnel and therefore when we took in our van for alignment, rotation & oil change, we were not disappointed with continuing excellent care. The oil change was a last minute add on by us and they met our request. Shall continue to patronize.

I have always taken my vehicle to True Tire & Service but when I brought my vehicle in I found out they had just been purchased by Richlen & Sons who are retaining all the same employees. I have had excellent service in the past and this was another example. My car was making a weird noise after interstate driving and leaking fluid. Also, my 4-wheel drive was not working. They were able to diagnose and make all the repairs in an afternoon. Two of the workers even stayed a half hour past closing time to make sure I was able to pick up my vehicle after work. Everyone is always very courteous here and explains things in layperson terms. I drive 25 minutes from my home to take my car here and will continue to do so.

There was initial confusion, as the first number I called, they told me to call 'across the street'... When I called across the street, they told me I called the wrong place. Alas, I set up an appointment for that same morning and had the same problem when I went for the service: i.e. I went to the 'wrong' building. After that confusion and a rather gruff phone personna by both representatives, they got the car in right away and were finished in about 20 or 25 minutes. I only asked for an oil change and tire rotation, but they checked all other fluids and cables and such and told me everything else looked good. The waiting room was not the most desirable spot to sit around, but with the quick service it didn't really matter. I'll return for my next oil change; this time knowing which number to call, and which building to go to.

Good experience, we could not drop off or pick up the car within business hours, but Glenn arranged for us to drop off the car and the keys. I was confused on picking up the car, because the business hours listed on Angie's List were not accurate. They closed Friday at 5:00.

The work was done as promised, and the actual cost was lower than the estimate.

CALLED RICHLEN AND WAS ABLE TO GET THE MUFFLER JOB DONE THE NEXT DAY, OTHER WORK, REQUIRING MORE TIME, DONE THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I APPRECIATED BEING SHOWN THE RUSTED OUT MUFFLER. VERY BUSY GARAGE SO WAS IMPRESSED AT EFFICIENCY. COURTESY, GOOD SERVICE AT A REASONABLE COST. ASSURED IF ANY PROBLEMS TO RETURN.

I CALLED THEM FIRST ASKING FOR A QUOTE FOR CHANGING MY FRONT BRAKE PADS. THEY RESPONDED WITH A WORST CASE QUOTE OF $300 WHICH INCLUDED BRAKE PADS, ROTORS AND CALIPERS. THEY SAID IT MIGHT NOT BE THAT MUCH BUT THAT WAS THE WORST CASE. IT TURNED OUT I NEEDED THE CALIPERS REPLACED BUT THERE WERE NO PRICE SURPRISES. THEY ALSO CONFIRMED THAT THE TIE RODS NEEDED REPLACING FOR $150.

THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME USING THIS GARAGE. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY FROM THE OFFICE PERSONNEL TO THE MECHANIC. AN ESTIMATE WAS PREPARED, WE WERE PROMPTLY NOTIFIED, AND THE REQUIRED REPAIRS WERE FULLY EXPLAINED. A HABITUAL PROBLEM WAS FINALLY FIXED IN A TIMELY FASHION.

MY BUSINESS AND FAMILY HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS AND WE ARE ALWAYS PLEASED. THIS PARTICULAR SERVICE WAS ON MY PERSONAL CAR. THEY DID THE WORK PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

GLENN HAS SERVICED SEVERAL OF MY VEHICLES FOR MANY YEARS. I FIND HIM TO BE COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE HAS BEEN ABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR PROBLEMS THAT EVEN OTHER GARAGES HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO DO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

MY CAR WAS TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY AND THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A RELATIVELY SHORT TIME. I WOULD USE RICHLEN AUTO SERVICE IN THE FUTURE. I WAS TREATED PROFESSIONALLY AND GIVEN STRAIGHT ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS. UNLIKE OTHER SERVICE CENTERS, RICHLEN DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND TOOK CARE OF IT AT A VERY REASONABLE COST.

GLENN AND HIS CREW DID A FANTASTIC JOB TAKING THE ENGINE APART, REPLACING THE TIMING CHAIN AND TENSIONER, OIL PUMP, BEARINGS, AND CLEANING THE ENTIRE ENGINE. IF THERE WAS A HIGHER GRADE THAN AN 'A', THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT! IT'S NICE TO KNOW THERE'S A PLACE FOR HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL AUTO SERVICE.

THE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED PROMPTLY AND IN ALL ONLY TOOK AN HOUR. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. ALSO THE PRICE SEEMED FAIR.
