For auto repair I recommend a place called Richlen and Sons. I was there about 4 months ago. The price is always reasonable, very friendly, always able to get appointments, they take the time to explain mechanical problems and issues, as well as future issues we may need to be aware of.

Awesome and trustworthy service.

These later additons were completed without extra costs and added to the quality of the repair experience. Issues of concern were already costly repairs, so additional "niceties" were much appreciated. | |This may be a smaller sized repair shop without all of the amenities of a dealer or chain repair shop, but the quality means more in the end then the perks while waiting. Definitely would recommend.

They replaced both front wheel bearings and I bought two new tires. I called on Tuesday and they were able to get me in the following day. I was quoted early in the morning and they finished mid-afternoon. As a woman taking my vehicle in myself I did not feel as if I was being talked down to nor taken advantage of. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, respectful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

They are excellent and I took my car a lot of times to them. They are a little high on price, but they are really good. They staff is excellent and they always fix the car the way I want to.

The thing I like about Richlen Garage is that they take the time to check the car and they do not pressure me for any additional work. They always advise me of my options and have gotten parts for my 2004 Cavalier that they do not make anymore to keep my car running in the best way. I have used them for my other vehicle and will continue.

Professional and completes work in a timely manner

Dave came out to the curb when I got there. Looked under the hood when I described the symptoms. I was able to diagnos it right away. I thought my car was done for with the way it was running. They have an arrangement with a rental car company so I wasn't stranded while the car was being worked on.

My car suddenly began running very badly while on the freeway. I could barely drive it. I called Richlen Garage Inc and they said they could look at it right away. They diagnosed a fuel injector stuck open. They gave me a price to replace the injector. They also said it would be a good idea to replace all six and gave me a price for that. At no time did they pressure me to do the extra work. They explained both options and left the decesion up to me. I opted to replace all six injectors. My car was done later that afternoon and has run great since. I would highly reccomend Richlen Garage to anyone. I will use them for any future problems.

They did charge A/C and fix fan. I had told them the mode changer needed a new cable, instead they straightened out and it is already not working again. Although they are willing to go back and re-straighten if it does not continue to work they say I have to pay to have them do what I ask to be done to begin with, after charging me to do the work. Now with school starting trying to come up with that amount money will not be easy.

when I walked into the garage I saw multiple collector cars being worked on. To me that says a lot. You have people that apparently trust them and know they do good work. So I went with their service. I had recently gone to another garage that i had work done at in the past and had outrageous quotes gievn to me. So i have an idea of what prices might be. To sum it up i got better work for a better price at Richlen & Sons.

They are reasonable in their price. They are extremely competent, honest, and work very hard to give you the best service. They work to build your trust and that is why I keep going back to them. I would highly recommend them.

They do a fairly good job and work on all the older models. They have three shops. I was satisfied, because I didn't know where to take my older car to get repaired.

The work was done in a timely fashion and I was provided with an accurate estimate of how many miles I had before the brakes would need to be serviced. In additon they double-checked the integrity of the front end and found no problems, saving me from performing work that was not needed. I will be using them for all of my auto service needs in the future. I would recommend them to anyone wanting honest service at fair prices.

IT was a GREAT experience they did not over charge or try to be salesmen they listen diagnosed and repaired the car honestly. Even the mechanic was not completely satisfied until he knew he had done all research necessary to do repair fully and correctly

He is very honest and he does not do unnecessary work. His prices are very reasonable. There are several guys there with who I deal with and they are all helpful and friendly. They take the time to explain what the repair is. They save quite a bit of money. The dealer told us similar price for the converted put by Richlen. It was an out of market converter. They said that converter for that model was not made anymore. They said they will have to take an out of market one or rebuild it. They ordered a converter and it took a while for it to come as it was bad weather. We have used them for simple tune-ups an oil changes and they do a good job.

My car was making terrible noises and I contacted Angie's List to find a mechanic. I took it in and they told me I needed a new engine. The staff was so friendly! I feel the price was reasonable and I may have been charged more if I would have gone somewhere else. My car has been running perfectly since! They were prompt and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone!

It is a 3 generation family of auto mechanic. You can drop your car there and know when you can get it done. It is always done 100% the right way. I always get a complete inspection from them I buy a car for my kids. They have the transmission shop on one side and the tire shop on the other side. I would continue to use them in future.

I've used this business before and have always had a positive experience. Very friendly and honest people. I highly recommend this service station.

I have been going there for about 20 years. They dont pile on the bills. They are always there until 6pm. They do the work and get it right %99 of the time. They let me know how serious the problem is so I know how necessary the repair is.

I called Richlen for an appointment two days prior to bringing the car in. They got me in, looked at the car and fixed it the same day. We took the car to a dealer first and they were unable to locate the problem. Richlen found it and fixed it.

They are very prompt at taking a look at the cars. We had taken our car on a Monday morning, and for a mechanic to get a car in right away on a Monday is exceptional because I think it is one of their busiest times. They figured out what was wrong with it right away. Their work was very reasonably priced and we’ve never really had a problem. We’ve never had to go back because the work wasn’t done correctly.

We have been going there for quite some time. You can normally get an appointment the next day. They are very honest and have good prices.

They are fair with their pricing. They tell you ahead of time the cost. If there is a repair they tell you ahead of time before doing so. If there is a small problem they go ahead and fix it for us free of charge. We have an old blazer and they do a good job of keeping it running.

EXCELLENT! I arrived early and they fit me in. Told them, I thought the problem was in the rear brakes. After looking at the car, they told me the rear brakes were totally fine, but the front needed attention. Thy could have totally sold me on both but didn't. I SO MUCH appreciate their honesty!!!
