Description of Work: My water heater went out on Labor Day weekend. They came when the were suppose to and the service person was quite willing to answer my questions. They had to replace a gas turn off to meet safety requirements. As a result there was a residual gas smell. I called and they had the service person return to check it. It was simply the left over smell from bleeding the line. I appreciated their response to my concern.
