Maid Brigade

We joined a monthly service so that our schedule had preference over others. However, after we did, our normal day of the month schedule was "bumped" around holidays in favor of other clients. So, we don't get the cleanings prior to major holidays that we would otherwise be scheduled for. Extra things that are visibly in need of cleaning are often skipped because they are not on the regular cleaning list of activities. |For general overall cleaning, they are fine.

they do a wonderful job. I like to have the same team come to the home and they are always thorough. I have no complaints. The office staff is very receptive also when there are any questions.

I find Maid Brigade to be a very professional organization. I have used their services for a number of years and have found them to be easy to work with, reliable and great service.

The teams that have cleaned my house have been extremely professional. Some are more thorough than others, but I now request a certain team. Keeping up with my dog's shedding is a full-time job and they are always happy to help. As far as cost, it seems a bit high to me, but I don't really have anything to compare it to. Given that you have at least two people cleaning, I suppose it's fair. I trust them in my home completely. It's such a good feeling to come home to a beautiful, clean house.

I have been using the services of Maid Brigade for two years and have been generally very happy. The service starts with a deep cleaning which is usually made up of a team of 3 with a supervisor in attendance to get an overall look at the job. Thereafter, a two-person team maintains. The team members have always been friendly but professional, attentive to special instructions and are always willing to do any extras that you may need. When possible, the company tries to make sure that you work with the same team at every visit. The supervisory staff has always been extremely responsive to any issues or concerns and maintains a close eye on quality control. Where it has been within their power to be accommodating to schedule changes, etc., they have been more than willing to work with us. Since we have pets, I also like the fact that they use non-toxic products. I think the price charged is fair for what they do at every visit, which includes cleaning hardwood floors throughout the entire house, cleaning wooden mini blinds throughout the house, vacuuming rugs and furniture, dusting and polishing furniture and cleaning both the kitchen and bathroom, including cleaning the microwave. They also held the prices in check for almost two years in a recession before they increased the cost by only $3.00! I have not listed a cost below because every house and job is different. I would definitely recommend this provider.

They also will do other things on request. For the most part, went very well. There are different cleaning groups and one may be better than another. I have used for some years and have been happy. Yes, I would recommend.

$90/cleaning-biweekly. I am home when they clean. They vacuum, dust, scrub hard floors, clean fixtures, appliances, countertops. They use eco-frindly methods. They clean in teams of 2 or 3. At this point I have the same lead cleaner each time. The office personel are very accomodating. I am very fussy and happy with the work they do.

It was pretty good. I've had them for about 3 years now. They were pretty easy to have come in, it's kind of difficult sometimes to arrange around different schedules and they have enough people that work for them that you don't have to do it on the company schedule more or less. I've had a couple of other companies and people come in and had them tell me what days they could come and that was it, and with Maid Brigade, I could signify to them which days I wanted. One of the things I don't like is they give you like about a 5-hour time period so you kind of have to wait around for them to come. They're flexible in the days that they'll come on the days that you ask for but sometimes, I have them in the afternoon, they won't come until the very end so then they're here through dinner time.

We've been happy with Maid Brigade. What stands out about them is the quality of their work. It's a very easy company to work and coordinate with. They are not committed to a particular time, just a particular day. The people I've worked with have been very professional.

It's been excellent. They were very good, very responsible, and very trustworthy. I've been very pleased with them. There is no negative at all.

I had an AMAZING experience with Marcela, Yarelis and Iris. I have never had my house professionally cleaned so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. Any expecations I did have were far exceeded! The cleaning in general was excellent but it was the extra little things that really made the difference and that I didn't expect - folding my paper towel and toilet paper rolls into little triangles, cleaning all the soap off my soap dish in the shower, dusting the cold air return vents, sweeping away all the little cobwebs on my exterior entry way - and more! You are lucky to have such wonderful employees and I would recommend Maid Brigade to anyone!!

When I made the appointment, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone describing the projects I wanted done to ensure my house was cleaned top to bottom since I was considering putting my house on the market. I was assured this is something Maid Brigade does all the time and they are the cleaners for a major realty company. On the day of the appointment, I went over the list of projects and my expectations for what I wanted cleaned--and that I wanted my small house cleaned top to bottom so I could sell it, including walls wiped down, base boards cleaned, etc. The 2 staff were very nice and friendly. However, they were not good cleaners. Though they asked me a few times throughout the appointment if there was anything else I wanted cleaned or if it was cleaned ok, I had to ask them more than once to clean areas that we talked about when they arrived at my house (for example, to wipe down the bathroom walls to remove dust and hair spray--which I had to clean it after they left). After asking for the same thing 2 and 3 times, it becomes very awkward. They even said to me this was like a refresher training for them. I certainly didn't want to be in the position to keep checking and asking for areas to be cleaned thoroughly when I hired a professional cleaning company. After they left, I noticed my living room and kitchen had a strong musty/dirty water smell. Not something I expected after my house was just cleaned. Then the next evening after work, I notice some bubbling in my laminate flooring. I have dozens of spots on my flooring in the living room and kitchen with bubbles and peeling on the flooring. I talked to Maid Brigade the following morning about the damage floor and the poor quality of cleaning overall. I was, and am, most concerned about my damaged flooring and did not ask for a re-clean of areas (like the bathroom walls). A staff member came to my house later that day to see the damage to my flooring. A week later a flooring company Maid Brigade works with and another Maid Brigade staff came to my house to see the damage and take measurements. During these 3 appointments, I pointed out the dozens of damaged areas. At no time did any Maid Brigade staff or the flooring person suggested the damage wasn't caused by Maid Brigade and even told me they were getting an estimate to repair my flooring. I waited 2 more weeks for a response/estimate. The response from Maid Brigade was they turned my case over to their insurance company. I then waited another 2 weeks and got a voice mail from their insurance company. I tried to get a hold of their insurance rep for another 2 1/2 months. Finally after 4 months since the cleaning and damage, their insurance company rep came to my house to look at the damaged flooring and take measurements. She was 45 minutes late and in my house for less than 15 minutes, and told me she would get back to me in about a week. What I got was a letter saying the insurance company found Maid Brigade didn't cause the damage. They actually blamed the damage on me with no proof and no evidence of prior damage. I even showed the insurance agent under my area rug--that the Maid Brigade cleaners did not even move--had no damage since it wasn't cleaned. When I hire a company, I look at Angie's List reviews and ensure the company is properly licensed and insured. Having a company say they are insured does not mean that the customer will be treated fairly or protected by Maid Brigade. To replace my flooring will cost thousands of dollars. An expense and damage I did not cause, and most certainly should not have to live with simply because I hired Maid Brigade to clean my house for 4 hours. I'm very disappointment in how I've been treated. I was extremely accommodating for all of the appointments Maid Brigade requested. Though I am not happy with the damage, or the thought of having my house torn up when the flooring is repaired, I had the attitude of mistakes happen and the company will take care of it as they advertise. Since that is not the case, I've filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Consumer Protection Agency.

Attention to detail in cleaning was a continuous problem. I needed to have them return afterwards to correct issues.

Overall they do a decent job with the cleanings and on occasion have gone above and beyond on areas. If things are missed and I bring them up these are addressed promptly. I have had damage that has been done to my home on 4 occasions. 3 sets of mini- blinds were bent and needed to be replaced by the company. A scratch to my dresser which was repaired. A broken glass which was also addressed. My most recent findings include: scratches to my hardwood floors, a dent / scratch to my bedside table, scratches to and end table and dining room table and chips in finish on a buffet. I have brought these up with the company. These items have not yet been repaired.

They did a great job not only doing the basic cleaning but they cleaned all the insides of my cabinets and drawers so I could just move in and put my stuff away. They even steam cleaned some stickers off the pation window that I couldn't get off. They also cleaned my appliances and blinds. They were very polite and explained everything they were going to do and discussed a few things that they don't do (like cleaning the inside of washer/dryer). My schedule changes numerous times and they were happy to reschedule to make the cleaning time work for me. I would definitely recommend them.

In the beginning everything was pretty good. When there were issues I addressed them directly with the team that was working at my house. In the last few weeks a number of minor issues that have become major annoyance have risen. Tammy in the office has responded right away.(The problems are simple fixes - ie dusting under beds better so dust bunnies are not trapped, baseboards are wiped down, kitchen counters are wiped of cleanser) When I said to Tammy I feel like having this team here is becoming work she came right out (that same day) to get to the bottom of the problem. She is fantastic!!!!!! I am very impressed with the way my concerns were handled by Tammy. The team did a good job yesterday cleaning my house. I am hoping this will keep up. I did get spoiled always having the team show up at 3:30 that I did not realize they have a 2 hour window for job site arrivals. This would be the only thing that might stop me from using the company in the future. That and if the cleaning started slipping again. Otherwise they do a good job and they are trustworthy and very hard working.

The ladies did a wonderful job. They were in and out in an hour and a half. I really liked the fact that they use "green" products. My house didnt smell like a chemical factory, however it did smell very clean. I have never had this type of service done before, so I have nothing to compare it too. I am, however, extremely picky when it comes to cleaning my house (I always said no one could ever do as good of a job as me). They proved me wrong. I have just scheduled another service with them and cant wait for them to come back!

They worked me into their schedule quickly, communicated professionally and actually charged me the low end of their estimate. The cleaning was in every respect at least as much and often more than I hoped for. The cleaning crew was very respectful and seemed to take ALOT of pride in doing a good job. If they hit anything where I had not left clear instructions, they made common sense decisions so that they could get everything done on time and right. I have to admit I was taken aback that they showed so much initiative, It was very appreciated. I'd definitely use them again and have already recommended them to someone in my office.

Everything was great. They are green cleaners. So all their products are green stuff and not chemicals. They’re on time when I do get an appointment with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

I think they're very good but I also think they're very expensive. Their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism are great. I will continue to use them in the future.

I just like them because they’re professional. They’re pretty reasonable for what they do. Their quality of work is excellent. Their responsiveness and punctuality are very good.

They do a good job. We could have probably gone with somebody else and paid less money. One thing I like is that they use green cleaning products. I wouldn't say it was excellent, but it was pretty high up there. We are using them because we have gift certificates.

The overall experience is excellent. They are punctual, responsive, and professional.

I use them occasionally about every three months. They have been here only twice. I would recommend them to others. They are thorough, efficient and they have been working great.
