Maid Brigade

The staff was prompt and thorough. The only reason I gave a "B" for "Quality" was that the cleaning rags they used left many lint balls behind in all rooms. Otherwise, the staff did a great job! I was overcharged in error and the company gave me a credit promptly.

They are excellent. I would recommend them to friends and family.

They waited 12 days (8 days if you don't include Saturdays, Sundays, and the 4th of July) to reach out to me for the very first time! So I decided to take my business elsewhere!

Missed a few items in cleaning. Scheduled another appointment, didn't show up

I called the around March 29 to make an appointment to make them come out. the women that answer the phone, she told me that they'll gonna call me back after an hr. I have waited a day and half but I never received a call.

Have used them for 14 years. Very reliable.

They very good and took very good care of my home.

They have been cleaning our home for quite a few years (every other week), and we're very happy with their quality of work and customer service. They use steam to clean the bathrooms and very little chemicals throughout. No one cleans your home like you do, but I think Maid Brigade comes close.

They were very nice and very efficient. They were pretty speedy. They didn't sort of slowly walk around. They were working the entire time they were here. Professionalism was very good.

Great! Pleasant and professional. Quality of work was excellent. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

The first year was great. I had the same team consistently. Once the office be can substituting team members and than sending random teams the service suffered. I had a problem with quality. The company was great about coming out and acknowledging the problem and sending another team out to re-clean. This was happening so often I finally got sick of it and cancelled my service and went with another company.

They clean well, they do a good job to me when your talking about somebody's cleaning your house saying they do a good job is something that stands out it's an arduous, fairly monotonous task and it's easy to let stuff slide, but they don't.

I do like the cleaning service and still have it. I have had some breakage problems but i also have a lot of "things".

They worked very quickly, organized and were very through.

I have been using Maid Brigade for 10 years, as I've lived in 2 apartments and now my own house. The cleaners are friendly, skilled and professional, and my home glistens when they are done. I get the impression that MB's employees take real pride in their work and they frequently add touches that are not strictly required, but make my house look especially nice. A well-managed company that improves my life!

I cannot say enough about how great Our cleaning experience was. The three women who came to our house were attentive to exactly what we wanted. They did a great job. I will definitely be having them back.

I hired Maid Brigade to do a one time cleaning when my regular cleaning person was on vacation - I had hired them in the past. While the work done was very good the charge was shocking - twice what they had charged previously. When I called to discuss the owner was dismissive and patronizing. I have hired many cleaning services, and have never been treated so rudely. I paid the bill but will never hire them again.

Every time there is a problem they send out a new team but they problem keeps happening over and over again. They have taken me for granted. I have tried to work with them and be understanding but it gone to a point where I feel like they are taken me for granted. I should not have to work so hard to get my house cleaned. I have pictures when they left there is still dust. After 10 weeks of back and forth communication the company replaced a picture frame that they had broken while they were here, even though I am still frustrated that the service was difficult, I appreciate the fact that they acknowledged their wrong and sent me a new frame.

She sends up a flyer that has 50 to 60% off on the first cleaning. So, I took them. The girl who comes in is good. I wanted somebody else who is younger than I am. I wanted somebody who is single. I didn’t want to feel bad about some old unpleasant cleaning, when I’m still younger I handle my own cleaning. The girl is perfect. She is single, no boyfriend and she had no kids so I didn’t have to feel so bad for her that she had to wash my bathroom. It was good. They were very good and they have to be. Lizzie, the owner, is very good. I’m very flexible so they’ve never been late and if they have been, they told me about it.

They started to put charges on my Mastercard without my approval and that led to a couple of other things. The cost of their services depends on the size of your house. They were great for a very long time and then two years ago I started to notice some administrative changes, changes in their office people and that did not go very well with me. The actual cleaning done by the people who were actually in my home was always very good. It was the administrative charges that were bad. I'm not sure what was going on in that company, the communication was poor.

We have been using Maid Brigade for years. The managers are very responsive to any concerns like "please dust the ceiling corners for cobwebs." They also have been easy to reschedule around holidays and travel.
