Description of Work: It would take a bit to list all that they did. We have 3 bathrooms, master bedroom, office, kitchen tile floor, lower level with full bath and bedroom and great room or rec room. They did all dusting vacuuming, all wood floors and tile floors - so much more. I do not think anyone would be disappointed.

Description of Work: I have Maid Brigade come weekly to clean our house (4 bed, 3 bath, 2600 sq ft). They do a great job cleaning. They are very responsive if I want something done differently, or a focus on a different day. The staff is kind and courteous. I completely trust them in my house. The staff at the office is great as well. I have had a great experience working with them, and will continue to do so. (They have been working with us for about 3 or 4 years.)

Description of Work: Maid Brigade has been cleaning my home for the past year. They more often than not do a very thorough job. A couple of months it seems like a good cleaning, but not thorough. However, I've noticed this is when my normal team doesn't clean my home. There have also been a couple of instances of damage to my hardwood floors - a piece of furniture was slid rather than picked up and moved to clean behind it and a few gouges were made in my dining room floor (most likely an accident by dropping something). In both instances, my account manager expressed concern when I notified her of the problem and worked quickly to get the damaged areas repaired by a professional at no cost to me. With the repairs made, you can't tell the areas had been damaged. Despite these instances, I recommend Maid Brigade for cleaning your home.
