An electrician came to assess a socket or outlet that went out in my home on April 10, 2033. The electrician said it was due to wear and tear, which he will be putting on the report and should be covered. Then I get a denial saying it was not due to wear and tear. It seems like Choice Warranty is trying to find a way to deny and not pay for repairs. What a scam after all the payments I have been making! I will be finding new insurance if this is not resolved. So ridiculous. I have been calling for weeks as I need a copy of the report that was sent to Choice Home Warranty, but no one has answered or called back. It is like they are working together with the insurance company for service appointments to assist with their denial of claims.

May have not adequately described work to be done of replacing integrated light fixtures which no longer worked with non integrated fixtures which I had purchased. The electrician made the changes and was done quickly and expeditiously. Excellent and timely done. Super.
