First time I was ever able to use the snow blower since I purchased it. Jim was very courteous and responsive, even in terribly cold weather. He even sharpened by lawn mower blades for no cost.

He was awesome because he does home calls, so he actually came to my house with his trailer of supplies and was able to everything at my house. He was able to fix everything quickly and he also did a whole tune-up of my lawnmower. He also indicated couple of problems and fixed couple of those at a discounted price.

It was a very satisfying experience! I need look no further for someone to service/repair our lawn equipment.

Being a first-time homeowner, I don't know much about preparing items like a lawnmower for the winter. I called Integrity to inquire about their winterizing services and was explained how I could do this myself. The gentleman I spoke with walked me through the simple steps and explained how I could prepare the mower for the Spring. He just as easily could have had me come in and charged me to do this or just said that they didn't offer these services. Instead, he took the time to tell me everything in a very friendly manner. Once I need any lawnmower care, I will definitely choose Integrity.

Excellent job. Larry really knew his business. Very reasonably priced. I like that he comes to the house in stead of me dragging it in.

Prior to the set appointment time, he stopped over to check the mower so that he could have the appropriate parts on hand when he showed up to fix it. It was a snapped self-drive belt, which he replaced and he also sharpened the blade. This was done in our driveway, meaning we didn't have to hassle with getting the lawnmower over to a shop. We will definitely call again when any small engine items need repair!

called Integrity Small Engine Repair in the morning and he came to my house the same day in the evening. I have a 15 year old Toro lawn mower that decided not to start up any more. Larry from Integrity drove up with his truck and cleaned out the carburetor, replaced a few small parts, sharpened my blade and added a gas treatment. It runs like new again and cuts the grass with ease. I was expecting to pay $100 to $200 if taking it into a lawn mower service center. To my delight it was less than $50. I do live within 1 mile of his home so it may have been different if I was further away. I would recommend him to anyone.

I would suggest calling him, and not using his online scheduler. I did not get a response from that. When I did call, I got a quick response and it went great from there. Fast and professional and personable is how I would describe Integrity Small Engine Repair.

Larry arrived on time, was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He efficiently made the repairs to my 10 year old DR Trimmer, showed me exactly what was wrong, and made helpful suggestions on how to help prevent the problem from reoccurring. He began repairs on my 13 year old basic push rotary lawn mower. When the problem with the lawn mower was not resolved with cleaming the carburator and replacing the float valve, he informed me that the fuel tank was leaking and both it and the carburator would need to be replaced. Larry suggested that instead of spending the money on a new carburator and fuel tank, it would be prudent to put the money towards a new lawn mower. I agreed. Larry only charged me for repairing the DR Trimmer and the minor part he installed on the lawn mower (no labor charge for the lawn mower). I found my experience with Larry to be very refreshing and liked the man for his honesty and friendliness. He answered all my questions regarding upkieep and gave me valuable insight on the best way to maintain my equipment. I would most highly recommend Larry (Integrity Mobile Repair Service) and will definitely both recommend him to others and use him in the future, should the need arise. It was a pleasure doing business with such an honest and friendly individual.

He did everything that I expected and did it well. He also cleaned the Lawnmower and made it look like new. I was very happy with his work.

I left a message asking for a call back to discuss repairs my Honda mower needed. I never received a phone call or e-mail back.

Larry is a real gem. He was punctual, personable, efficient and provided great advice regarding maintenance I may perform myself. He even thought of the little things like how to avoid getting oil/etc...on my concrete driveway. Both pieces of equipment were in need of work and Larry completed everything and in a timely manner. This was such an amazing experience! True customer service! He comes to your house on time, performs the service and even gave a sheet on how I should take care of my snow blower to prevent future damage. He is such a gem and I'm so glad I found him on Angie's list. I will definitely use him in the future! Not only that, but he tried to schedule our appointment earlier in the week when snow was scheduled so that I would be able to use my snow blower! You just don't see service like this anymore and it was such a pleasure to know that if I have any issues in the future I have a trustworthy person to help me.

I found Integrity Small Engine Repair on Angie's List. Larry (the owner) came to my home and did a very thorough job. He is very experienced in working on engines. He was great and my snowblower runs great. I highly recommend him.

Everything went excellent. They had great communication and did an excellent job. They also provided a great value of service.

Helped me understand what was needed. Picked up and returned mower just as he said he would and on time.

Worked with me to find a time that worked well for both of us. Also combined jobs with another in the area so he didn't have to charge me for the travel. Not only did he replace the cord on my snowblower but he made the machine move much easier then when I gave it to him. He will be my first call the next time I need work done on any of my other equipment.

Left 2 voicemail messages and an email to have work performed on my snowblower and did not get a response.

Service was done at my home which was a huge benefit to me. He showed up a little early and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. He even gave me a few suggestions of how to keep my mower running efficiently. I would definitely call him again for any other small engine servicing.

WE called his cell on a Sunday. He called immedately back and arranged to come Thursday at 9, which he did. He found the problem immediately with the riding mower and fixed it. Fixed the push mower as well. It was a great experience.

I called for service on my lawnmower, trimmer, and snowblower. They came by, picked up all three items, and had everything returned back to me with a week, which was a great turnaround for this time of the year! I thought the price was reasonable, especially given the fact that they picked up and dropped off the equipment.I would highly recommend!
