Integrity Small Engine Repair

Larry and (I believe) his son came to my home to pick up my lawn mower and snow blower THE DAY I CALLED and returned them in less than a week! That's astounding! I called all over and, in late fall, the turn around is closer to a month! Not with Integrity! I was surprised at the look of my machines. I didn't even recognize them. They cleaned them up too! Great service and great...well, integrity. Thank you, guys!

I called & emailed and received no response. Not even, I'm too swamped to take on additional business right now. It disappoints me because I used this provider 5 years ago and he was awesome.

He arrived at my house before I could get home from work. As soon as I pulled out my snow blower, he was ready to perform the work and it went smooth. The work was completed in about an hour and he did a quick once-over on the snow blower. He also provided me with some free advice regarding my lawn mower and I appreciated that. I will definitely hire again.

Larry came to my house and performed a tuneup on our snow blower for a fraction of the cost of others in the area. I would 100% recommend him to others and we would definitely use him for any other repair needs or tuneups in the future.

I work with them every year to tune up my mower and they always do a fantastic job. WILL hire them again.

My Toro snowblower did not turn over. Integrity did a tune-up, but I was still unable to start it. They took it back twice with no charge and determined that the pull was just too hard for me to operate. The electric start was broken, but they advised not to repair because the unit was old. They did not charge for subsequent visits. They really earn their name. I would definitely use them again.

Larry and his son were very punctual and polite. They're very honest and genuine. You know he's going to do what's right for his customers. He even squeezed my parents in to their schedule on a Saturday to tune up their snowblower right before the big snow.

Larry was a pleasure to deal with ..... he is very knowledgeable of small engines. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I look forward to giving him more work in the future.

Larry (the owner) was on time. He was a pleasure to talk to. Very knowledgeable and professional. He shared tips regarding my lawn mower engine and answered a few questions I had for him about my snow blower (which I am considering getting serviced in the future). The whole experience was positive. It took less than an hour, perhaps 45 minutes. I will most definitely use his services in the future. I was slow to write a review. I don't recall if the price was $65 or $75. Work was done in early May of 2015.

Larry showed up on-time (early actually) and fixed the snow blower right in my driveway. He is a friendly guy who knows what he is doing. The ability to find people like him is why I continue to subscribe to Angie's list.

I bought a used commercial 36" walk behind mower and after one season, the engine died. The engine that died was a Kawasaki and the recommended replacement cost over $1K. I found a more reasonably priced Briggs engine that seemed to be a good match, but a lot of things can go sideways when swapping one brand of engine for another (do your research before trying this). For various reasons, it took 3 visits by Larry to get everything working, but he charged just for the aggregate time it took to get the job done right - I still have a smile on face! I?ve been disappointed in the past by ?professionals? not cutting it, but Larry is the real deal. He knows engines and has very good mechanical mind. For more challenging jobs like I had, I would definitely start with Integrity. For other jobs like seasonal tune-ups, you can feel secure that he will do a thorough job and give you tips on keeping your equipment running well. I can?t say enough.

Great! He actually called to see if he could come early as his appointment before me cancelled. He went over my snow blower and cleaned, tightened, adjusted and ran it to make sure it would operate properly once we got hit with snow.....I'm still waiting for enough to fire it up. It took about an hour and he had all the supplies he needed in his truck/trailer.

Wonderful experience! Larry met me in my driveway and worked from his well equipped truck right there. In less than an hour he finished and charged me a very reasonable low price. I plan to call him back every year. for my lawn tractor and snow blower.

I used the service before for a tune up for my snow blower and lawnmower. When I attempted to start my snow blower this season it would not turn over. I contacted the owner and he got back to me the same day. He came out and discovered that the problem was gummed up fuel. This was not a problem caused by his service yet he fixed the issue and didn't charge me for the assist. This was beyond the call of duty as far as I am concerned and I will extoll his praises to everyone. This is a man who still believes in customer service and helping out others.

The owner promptly responded to my email inquiry and came out to inspect the snowblower on a date and at a time of my convenience. He even gave me advice as to something I could do to fix it myself - at no cost to me and no profit for him - but it turned out that was not the problem. He immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and returned to repair the snowblower, again on a date and at a time of my convenience. He was punctual - even slightly early both visits - and got the repair done quickly. He turned on and cycled the snowblower to ensure the repair was completed properly and that was that. Very professional to both myself and my wife and even tolerated my ove-rexuberant dog. I'd call him again if I needed something similar done and highly recommend him to anyone. Well done, and thank you.

Wonderful experience! Larry was responsive, able to schedule me at a reasonable time, performed the work well and in a timely manner, and charged a very fair rate. Plus he was a really nice guy! Highly recommended.

Emailed for help with grandfathers lawnmower on 7/4/14. Didn't expect a response until Monday due to holiday weekend. He emailed me back on the eve of 7/4/14 and said would call me sat 7/5. He called at 8:15 am and offered to stop over around noon. He looked at mower, tried to start it and went right to the cable that was faulty. Diagnosed in 3 minutes. Offered to order cable and install for me or would show me where it went and how to do it myself. I am doing it myself but he offered to come help or help over phone if I still had a problem. Could have charged me for service call, cable, installation and second time out. Sincerely one of nicest repair men I have used. Will recommend and use again.

I contacted this provider to repair our ailing riding lawn mower but learned we are out of his service area. However, he took the time to recommend some things we could do that might revive the mower. He said if that doesn't work, he would be willing to come to our area for an extra charge to cover his gas. He also gave recommendations on what to look for if we decide to buy new. How refreshing!

I spent $60. I've been using them since last year. They're great to work with. They're punctual and very professional.

The price was excellent and the service was perfect. The wait for an appointment was long but after the service received it is understandable that He is booked well in advance. Will be using his service again.

Fantastic service and a great value. Larry was prompt, courteous and friendly. After he finished the tune up, he gave me maintenance tips so I could do the work myself next time. Strongly recommended!

He was on time for the appointment. Gear box is bad and he said to replace the parts cost may go upto 250 and labor cost 250. so he recommend me to buy new machine, rather than fixing this problem. I purchased the new machine. I highly recommend him.
